Reception desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were roomy and the bed was very large. The swimming pool was quiet and open from 9am - 6pm and whilst relatively small, it was good for my needs. Breakfast was plentiful and the omelette station made sure breakfast was served fresh/ hot. The area around the hotel looks a bit shabby, with building site at the back, but if you’re prepared to walk a few blocks, then the area is very nice. It also feels very safe.

I thought that the bed pillows were too hard and a pillow menu giving guests the choice of pillows would have improved the quality of my sleep. My room was only serviced when I made a point of going to reception and asking them to sort it out. I reported that the ‘clean me’ light wasn’t working, but it was never fixed. In 5 nights, my room was fully serviced on one occasion and on another day, I managed to get my towels changed.

Place was smart clean spacious and reception staff were friendly. Porters were friendly and helpful. Luggage storage was very helpful for me. Allowed me to leave my bags and shop / visit while my rooms got ready. Bathroom was very spacious with a large fully enclosed shower. Interleading rooms a big plus good for families. The coffee shop staff were also very good. The desserts were quite tasty.

Rooms were not ready at check in time had to wait until after 5pm for check in. The gym staff are unfortunately quite difficult. They kept interfering and complaining when we were trying to train.

The room is spacious, clean, and nice with a lot of sunshine from the tall glass windows. The deco is minimal, nicely carpeted, and complete amenities. Bathroom too was spacious, clean and properly drained, equipped with enough towels. The lifts were fast and goes directly to the parking space in the basement. The café has little pasties and selection of coffee, just enough. The location is quiet, walkable to Filastin Street and the middle corniche.

The pillows were a bit thick and stiff. The parking spaces in the basement were limited. The breakfast was not included in the room cost, even with Booking genius level 3.

Although the Gym was ok, but all machines been from a chinese brand called Magnum and had low quality. One device for the legs broke even. And even the main trainer at the Gym was very friendly but he put the music always way too loud that I couldn't even understand my own content on Earpods..terrible. Lockerroom was a bit small. And in general people were more talking and giggling than working out. Waterbottles proved in the room were too small just 0.2 L

The breakfast was amazing -- they had more traditional Middle Eastern breakfast things (foul, falafel, salad, etc) and also eggs, croissants, toast, fruit, etc. It was all delicious! I also loved the Arabian coffee in the lobby the afternoons. The staff was also very kind, they let me borrow a power adapter for my computer, helped me with my bags, and it was my first time in Jeddah so they made me feel welcome and at home. I would definitely go back.

There were grocery markets in the area, and a ton of western-style chain food places (like Applebees - blahhh), but other than that, there wasn't anywhere within walking distance (but Jeddah is very hot and I might be the only weirdo who'd want to walk around in that kind of heat, lol).

One of the comfiest beds I've slept in. Hotel is clean, staff are friendly, room is very spacious and well decorated. Would definitely stay again.

TV doesn't reflect standard of the room - relatively small, not a smart TV and with limited channels. Temperature control of the shower was difficult, water was either hot or cold no in between - may have been a problem with that shower alone but only stayed for one night so wasn't too fussed.

The staff were amazing specially the woman who made my check in, she even helped when I had no change for cash to give it for the Uber driver, house keeping guy Ghazal as well was really professional and friendly.

Comfy bed, friendly staff and clean facilities. The manager is so great, I was feeling sick and she drove me to the nearby pharmacy to get medicine!! TVs could be better but overall a good and comfortable place to stay and location is great and central for all things to do and see. Loved it here.

Hotel was spotless, staff friendly and informative. Breakfast was lovely.

No public transport links to hotel. Taxi s quite hard to book. Hotel was really helpful trying to pick taxi’s up for us
