I loved everything about the hotel. The reception was super helpful. The entire staff team was amazing. The room was spacious and clean. Room service was great. Extremely helpful staff especially the young man( from Bangladesh)who worked on the 7th of January was exceptional. The restaurant was amazing. Great choices. kids friendly. I loved my stay and will revisit In Sha Allah again for sure.

The location was not amazing. We had to catch Uber every time we left the hotel. Nothing was in a comfortable walking distance.

Everything is exceptional. The bedroom and pillows, the bathroom is tidy and clean. The staff are kind and helpful. From the evening shift receptionist to the bell boy staff. They are very helpful and polite. The breakfast buffet is amazing too. We liked how the egyptian staff did our scramble eggs. It was o tasty

The only thing we didnt like when we stays was that they are rushing us to leave. We check in at 8pm and we are expecting to check out at 1pm. And from the 12 pm the saudia receptionist was starting to called us and asking f what time we're gonna leave. They called us 3 times and said f we need vehicle they can help us to arrange but when we came down to hands the key card to reception there was no vehicle. So we ended up booked our own taxi.

Location was very good, staff was very nice, bed very comfortable. Breakfast was good. I loved the complementary Arabic coffee abd dates in the beautiful lobby. Pickup from the airport and return went very well.

The bathroom shower drain didn't work well and would fill up during shower...very dangerous. Also need shower mats to prevent slipping. The service in the dining room was drastically slow to order but breakfast was fine. I think the kithchen staff was spread thin, but food was good. The bell boys from Bangladesh were wonderful to help.

Gym is good. Location is quite okay. The bed is comfortable with good space in the room. Neat facility as well.

Breakfast is not impressive at all and little options. Quality of food needs to improve. The down side is non responsiveness of the room service requests with number nobody picks.

Windows were dirty. They promsed airport transfer, (I'd confirmed the price of it.) but driver didn't arrived, I called them 2x, and took a taxi.

the property is fairly nice and well kept. it’s not the best, but it’s definitely not the worst.

the location is is pretty odd and remote. nothing to eat around there, and it’s not walkable at all to any place. cannot get a taxi either.

Room was very large, bed very comfortable. Shower was good, hot water all the time, good pressure. Breakfast was really good, nice selection.

Room was dated, few carpet stains, wall paper showing it's age. No big deal, saying it as I saw it in my room.

First time stay at the property and boasted a branded hotel experience. Great location, good rooms, neat, clean and well maintained, plenty of parking, near to all facilities and posh al hamra area and the corniche area. Friendly and accommodating staff. I'd definitely recommend this for peaceful stay near the waterfront for families in general.

For 1st visit, I do not have any negative comments, I hope the negatives remain low or none in the future.

Nothing in particular...but can improve a little more...lyk more water bottles ,...n tea arrangements...n if possible keep glass cups or mugs for tea or coffee or keep more paper cups...coz as m a tea n coffee lover,.I had to ask for d cups a couple of tyms... N also keep extra tissue box n paper roll in d washroom,other Dan that all was well mananged

Mr.abdullah alzahrani was very nice guy and cooperative

A/C technician was not cooperative and he do not know the problem and he make it easy for him self by saying the A/C working good which is not true
