The location is great. I've been at the Movenpick on several occasions for work related functions but this was the first time I stayed there. This was a birthday treat for myself and my partner.

I had asked for a room that was designed for a disabled person. Unfortunately we didn't get that room and the following day, we had a problem with the lifts. They weren't working for nearly an hour. This caused us problems as my partner needed to be somewhere. We wanted to have breakfast early but this didn't happen due to the lifts being out of order. I explained to the staff that there was no way I could carry him up the stairs to the 12th floor in his wheelchair. The fact that I didn't get what I wanted in the first place makes me think that any requests that are made, are not listened to.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The hospitality was great, and the reception process was fast and efficient upon our arrival. We were assisted by Mr. Abdullah, Mr. Abdullah, and Mr. Saud during our check-in and check-out, and they were all very helpful. The pianist in the lobby was marvelous, and we enjoyed her music while relaxing in the lobby. Our room was spacious, clean, and quiet, with a beautiful city view. Everything was spectacular. The breakfast on the 12th floor was spot on and left us feeling satisfied. We are definitely looking forward to returning next time!

-rooms were clean and soundproofed -loved the indoor heated pool -hotel is close to the Corniche, restaurants and shopping areas

The air conditioning was extremely cold and we could not adjust the temp. Maintenance came to check it and said that it could not be readjusted . We turned it off and requested a blanket and they brought us a heater also.

Food served at restaurants are pricy . I had a coffee and it was unreasonably expensive while the quality was poor . The gym facilities are poor and limited

The staff were very friendly. I had a special request to have the breakfast in my room instead of buffet and the manager of food and supplies, Mr Majed, accepted without any doubt. The room was very beautiful and well organized. The view was nice. They are generous, in terms of food amount.

The most annoying things (if you consider these problems and solve them, you deserve 10/10): The space between legs and the top of the table is not conformable, it was too tight. The curtain didn't block sunlight properly. There is don't disturb button near the bed, when you switch it on, light appears which is annoying when sleeping. The least annoying thing: The banio was cozy.

Two nights at Movenpick Hotel were absolutely delightful. The accommodations were luxurious, impeccably clean, and beautifully designed. Shaymaa at the reception was exceptional, providing warm and efficient service. Her professionalism and attention to detail enhanced my overall experience. Highly recommended!

Some aisles .. the elevator are not ventilated.

- i booked a room as a sea view but unfortunately the sea is really far a way which it should not call a sea view room because thd hotelmis far a way from the sea - the windows of the room are dusty which it should be clean to enjoy the view - thier food is average and not a hotel level - when i asked for late check out they did not even give me 30 minutes extra

Location, furniture, very clean and comfortable.

The internet was extremely bad. I couldn’t perform my job on my laptop easily. The coverage of ZAIN network is disappointed, when i switched the internet from hotel wifi to my phone it get even worse. Its really annoying when you demolish all of your advantages with a very silly thing such like internet.

I left the room in the morning and switchef the clean my room botton i came back after 4 hours they didn't clean my room But it's exceptional because i should call them asking for that rather than switch the botton

As for the rooms, they are very clean, spacious and very comfortable. As for the reception staff, they are helpful and respectful. I would like to thank Mr. Ali and Mrs. Maryam for their services and dedication to the distinguished work.
