The rooms are very nice and well designed, clean and spacious. The check-in experience was smooth, the representative was very friendly and upgraded our room with no extra fee which was a really nice gesture from the hotel. The open buffet breakfast is very delicious, and well organized and offers variety of items which i got to experience something new everyday in my stay, the breakfast staff were really friendly and helpful. overall, i recommend this hotel and definitely will come back!

Although the hotel offers a great outdoor pool with outdoor lounges but I wish there was an indoor pool with the water temperature controlled if the weather was cold. But still, i did not see this as a downgrade that's just a suggestion.

We stayed in a twin room and it was very clean and comfortable. Great mattresses and bedding. Lots of selection at breakfast, and all of good quality. Check-in and check-out were very smooth, and we were accommodated with early check-in and late check-out.

Hotel policy states that the swimming pool is for men and children only. I find this unacceptable in 2024. Modesty can still be upheld without outright banning women from swimming. There was also a strong smell of damp throughout the hotel, and dehumidifiers need to be installed.

The staff was very professional, smooth check-in & check-out, and the hotel view was exceptional, I would like to stay at the hotel again.

I have two important notes: 1- The insulation of the shower area is not good, when I shower the water runs from the shower area to the room. 2- From an architectural point of view, I believe the location of the pool is wrong because the place is not exposed to the sun long enough and the pool water is therefore very cold. Therefore, it is necessary to have a heater for the pool water.

The staff were extremely kind and helpful, professional and welcoming. The location is optimum and the sea view is amazing.

At around 8 am, there were creepy noises coming from upstairs, it seemed to be they were cleaning. Unfortunately, these noises didn't stop until around 10:30 am. Another thing is that despite the fact that the hotel is located only 100 meters or less from the beach, it does not have a gate or direct access to the beach. The main entrance is in the opposite side.

They don't have cars parking service. Which is not good for 5 stars hotel.

1 minor observation, the shower had a glass door that was fixed in a way that water is not prevented to leak from the shower to the bathroom floor when using the shower. I think this doesnot affect me enjoying the hotel, but it might annoy ppl who loves taking their time in the shower.

Looking old and tired. Had twin room as staying with my mother. Curtain nets torn still rubbish on floor and dust on table legs. Considering room was for 2 people, there only 1pr of slippers 1 chair on balcony and no hand towels.

Very central easy access to everything close to the beach. Check in was with Bassam quick and professional, was kind to find me a good comfortable room for me and the family. His colleague Al Mohrah was great also, she remembered me from my last stay, super elegance and professional. 10put of 10 for both. Housekeeping also super nice and quick in completing our needs.

Beach view. Good amenities and facility condition. Very good breakfast buffet. Pleasant and friendly staff. Available car parking spaces inside the premise. Maintained hotel. 5-star worthy.

Nothing major, just the check-in wait was a bit longer than hoped. However, the young lady who attended us later was swift and professional.
