Pool is tiny Kitchen BUT no tools/utensils to cook. When I asked for them, I was told that it is not allow to cook. So be aware of this, what could be important if you are planing to cook your own food.

The place is clean and that was my main concern. I stayed only for almost one day so I can't comment on the housekeeping staff but I'm sure it's good. The rooms are soundproof so you can sleep in peace. The view is also nice esp. if you book rooms on the higher floors.

The only concern is that bathroom slippers are veryyy slippery on the tiles of the main hall which is a huge fall risk, especially for the elderly. Secondly, there needs to be more changing ports especially in the main room.

Great hotel overall, not my first stay and will not be the last.

1- Small car parking which accommodate only 5-6 cars, at least they should put some shade around the building for the costumers cars. 2- Very early check out at 12:00 PM sharp, most hotels allow up-to 2:00 PM without charge. 3- Housekeeping should be directed to be generous in the mini bar staff, only few tea bags and very poor quality paper cups. I have asked to refill and again gave only few poor quality paper cups and few tea bags. You may consider double wall paper cups which you don’t need to use multiple cups to drink a tea.

The cleanliness, the lovely reception staff, the ease of entry, and the quick response to requests.

Some easy remarks: I hope the children’s play area has a variety of games and more attention to the club and pool area.

Almost everything to be honest, really nice Hotel and facilities.

I think more explanation about the Swimming pool times and what was allow or not for my wife. Also I think they could explain us about Wifi because we never receive any information for wifi.

Room Size was great, the Bedroom with separate living room area was perfect for our needs. Breakfast was good to with lots of selection, even had a custom omelet chef. Pool and work out center was very good and clean, with attendants present to give towels or clean up. Kids play area down stairs was Awesome to use for my two sons and it was a major contributor to our enjoyment at the location.

Pool area is Male only so my wife was disappointed she couldn't attend it with me and my son's. Lobby café area is quite limited in selection and operating hours, this seemed due to low demand though and room service was more then able to make up for this, although I wasn't able to get a morning coffee while going out the door I was able to have one earlier with the included breakfast.

Everything. This hotel checked off all the boxes for me. They cared about every little detail down to choosing the type of pillow, google smart tv, blackout curtains, iftar in ramadan, a fitness center and spa. I couldn’t have asked for more. The price tops it all off.

The way the Hotel handles payment. Your payment is deducted from your credit card before you even enter the country. if you need to change your stay during the trip due to some unforeseen reasons you will receive no credit.
