All the staff was courteous, friendly and helpful. they were always willing to support and facilitate any legit requests. many thanks to Deema, who helped my wife get the pass for Riaz ul Jannah. great location for couples and families as it is close to gates 15 and 16, which are dedicated gates for ladies. room size was great with a lot of space. the bathroom was great too. breakfast was Ok, nothing fancy but did the job.

There was nothing that I would say I disliked. if i am being overly critical, there is some room to improve the breakfast better

1- Great and helpful staff 2- Close to Haram and taxi pickups. 3- For Ramadan, it was very helpful to find many local express restaurants including a nearby McDonald’s 4- Clean room with clean carpets 5- Elevators move fast during rush 6- Parking in basement

1- With recent changes of assigning visiting hours via Nusuk app by Saudi govt., it’s a very tiring walk to get to the other side for ziarah. Ladies gate is also a bit farther. Hotel can offer customers Golf cart car service to move them around the Haram and it will make it more distinctive and stand out among others.

Very close to the masjid (right next to the woman’s entrance, if that’s what you’re looking for). Reception staff very friendly and welcoming, Rahaf ensured I had an excellent room and early check in, during their busy period! There are comments made about lifts, which was off putting for me, however I never had issues and always managed to get a lift, even if I was late to prayer or early.

The location is excellent, there are 2 to 3 minutes walk to gate 328 in the Masjid Al Nabawi and the other side of the hotel is directly on the highway we can reach Jabal Uhud in 6 to 7 minutes by car. The Saptco VIP transportation connecting to Makkah is in sae same building of the hotel ground floor, we reached to Makkah in 5 hours using Saptco VIP. This is a great advantage to avoid naturally crowded traffic at the peak seasons in Madinah and save lot of time and effort in transportation. Besides that the hotel was clean and the staff were kind and supportive. I liked this hotel and will plan my next stay in it.

In the peak season the hotel will be overbooked. Sometimes the visitor groups from Malaysia will book most of the hotel rooms and the whole restaurant so the other visitors can make rooms booking only without breakfast, however we can buy breakfast from outside and use delivery service. 😀

Location is excellent. 5 minutes walk from Alharam

I arrived after midnight and although I mentioned clearly in the message my arrival time, the reception told me that the booking is canceled and then he managed to get a room for me. I think this needs to be carefully considered as some flights arrive late in the morning of the following day

Breakfast is ok, but could have more options. Location is close to Haram, but it's to the backside so if you have to go for Ziyarat than it's a long walk as its located to the opposite side.

it’s away from crowed area. women gate 19 is close. as kids aren’t allowed in masjid nabwi yet. so it’s better to pray out gate 19.

they should offer breakfast in the same price.

Its a very good hotel the reception is very nice the breakfast is very good and if you want that they gonna clean your room just say it to the people who clean rooms the hotel is very clean some people say its a bad hotel dont listen to them cuz is very good and its nearby the haram for me its a 5 star hotel

Since it was Peek season the prices were higher than normal, the location is close to the gate 328 but is a 18 minute walk to the prophets grave. The breakfast was good and I think 2 days will be best thereafter the breakfast will be the same over and over. The Taxi from the Medina Airport was 150 SAR for the 3 of us. I strongly suggest to take a taxi from Medina to Makkah. A car cost around 500 and I took a Green Hyundai Taxi Van for SAR 600 Hotel to Hotel 3 of us. The last time I took the train it cost me with the taxi from hotel to station & station to hotel 1100 SAR for the 2 of us with a lot of bag restrictions. Always try and a get a Saudi driver because at the check point there can be other issues otherwise.

Nothing in particular because my stay was for only 2 days and it was not enough time to really make a fair comment.

Amazing staff. Upgraded our room when they saw we wwre a couple, and we were only able to book the Twin online. The rooms are incredibly spacious, clean, and well kept. Beds are very comfy. The cleaning staff are very proactive in making sure you have everything you need every day. The receptionist even helped me when I needed change because most hotel ATMs only give 500 SAR, and I needed to break it. The location is literally a straight line walk to Masjid Nabawi so it's very convenient when leaving last minute to pray. There are many shops nearby as well and space around the back entrance for taxi pick up and drop off. Guest relations also checked up on us a few times to make sure we were satisfied. I didn't attach pictures because it looks exactly like the pictures.

The AC on the first day was still 28 degrees. It went down over the week but very slowly. We flagged this to reception on the first day and they called maintenance but maintenance never showed up. However, the reception did call up to check on us and we said it's fine. I really didn't like the taxi drivers on the back entrance. I feel because they are parked outside the hotel the hotel should regulate the types of drivers they allow because many of them were rude, nasty and harassing us. It was unpleasant to wait outside that part of the building. I also didn't like the smell of the lobby. It came from the canteen and smelt the same everyday which wasn't pleasant. They could use some bakhoor in the lobby now and then.
