Location is A1. Bar Julian is spectacular. It might seem silly but the carts were the best we've ever used, as we were traveling somewhat heavy due to a 6.5 week trip so it was quite helpful. Room was awesome. Staff were lovely.
Pillows were super thin and we got caught in the rain checking in. Being that we were traveling so heavy, it takes a while to get things out of the car and tetris them into the cart so we got soaked and so did our luggage due to there not being a covered area to load in and out. The only other thing was the fridge in the room was barely better than leaving things on the desk, it didn't cool at all.

The rooms were very nice, comfortable, CLEAN, and QUIET! I didn't hear anyone loud in the hallways, or loud neighbors, or anything. It was amazingly PEACEFUL because sometimes hotel walls can be thin or it can be chaotic and noisy with families going to and from. Also, the WATER PRESSURE was explicitly GREAT! I could have stayed in the shower for hours.
I would have loved for this hotel to be CLOSER to main parts of downtown but it wasn't too far off, but ubers were costly and though the hotel offered a ride service for free it was impossible to schedule it at a time that made sense. The hotel is nice but I'm not sure I'd stay again because of the location so far away from walking distance. Depending on what i'm in Savannah for I would absolutely consider it. I wish there was a convenient store of some sort close to the hotel also. The hotel is just a distance away from basic needs.

BEST HOTEL in our entire trip. We travelled 9 states, 15 cities, 3.000 miles. ABSOLUTELLY OUTSTANDING HOTEL. So stylish, beautiful. GREAT LOCATION. GREAT GREAT GREAT COST. PERFECT ROOM, GOOD SIZE, GREAT BATHROOM, AMAZING BEDS. PERFECT VIEW. I miss the hotel already.
ABSURD Valet parking prices overnight. Sorry but even the valet himself agreed and helped us find a parking spot on the street. 40+USD/night in Savannah Georgia does not make sense. Not even in Boston, NY or Chicago we paid that.

Most of the staff were friendly and upbeat. The food at Bar Julian was fantastic and the staff were just as wonderful. I loved our room. It was spacious and clean. The view was great. Shout out to Charlie the driver - he was so friendly and made us his priority while driving us around. Also a shout out to David, the one doorman, who was fast and friendly as we came in and out. He was also helpful when we were trying to find an afternoon snack and gave us some good suggestions. Lastly, a shout out to the evening receptionist. I didn't catch his name but he was so friendly and made me feel seen. He was helpful when I was looking for some very early morning coffee.
I didn't like how the receptionist was sexist towards me. When I greeted him, he completely ignored me and asked my spouse how HE was doing. He continued to ignore me until my spouse told him the reservation was in my name. It was extremely rude. He also didn't tell us anything about the hotel or where our room was. The guy was so unpleasant. I didn't like that I was charged for minibar items that we didn't take and I also didn't receive an updated bill to inform me of this new charge. I'm not sure if that's normal in a hotel like this, but I didn't like the surprise of the charge on my credit card two days after we checked out.

This hotel was so clean and modern! If you don't want to be in the middle of downtown and don't mind a short walk or quick car ride up to River Street, this is your hotel. Upon arrival, we were greeted by all smiles from the doorman, to the front desk staff, to the bellman who took our luggage from the car to the room. We were in room 419, partial river view(see pic), more than enough view to see the boats coming in/out. Everyone always had a smile. The hotel has a complimentary house car that will take you anywhere within a 3 mile radius of the hotel(the day driver Mr. Frank is amazing, couldn't have asked for anyone nicer or more personable), 24-hour security, great drink selections at the bars, wonderful views from the rooftop bar. Added perk, you have to be a guest of the hotel to enter the floors for the rooms using your room key. Anytime we needed anything, the staff were so helpful and friendly and did whatever was needed to make sure we were happy and did it extremely fast. I told the housekeeper one day she didn't have to make the beds, just fresh towels would be nice. When we arrived back from going out, she had made the beds anyway and took the time to fold our personal blankets and arrange my sons stuffed animals on the bed!
The only downside to this hotel is that there is no free parking. Your options are: parallel street parking, parking garage, or valet parking; all of which have fees, but if you plan accordingly, it's not a huge deal.

We thoroughly enjoyed your hotel transportation. Allen was very friendly and was there to pick us up almost immediately every time. He had a great sense of humor that made it even more fun. Our group of 8 would not have enjoyed Savannah as much if the hotel transportation hadn't been as timely and enjoyable.
Your property if a good mile from the center of Historical Savannah. The weather was amicable so walking was enjoyable, however, if the weather had been rainy or very warm walking would not have been pleasant. A hotel courtesy bus service that would drop guests off at a designated time and location in historical Savannah. Then have a designated pickup time and spot to bring guests back to the hotel.

Hotel is beautiful. Our room (premier king corner suite) was lovely. Quiet, well appointed. However, charging $50 for valet parking and a $35 property fee is not necessary. The garage is right next door. Fresh bottles of water available in a cooler at the front door a nice touch but a welcoming cold container of fruit or veggie water with glasses at interior entry to the hotel would have been preferable for making a good first impression. Front desk staff was polite. Valet and luggage staff were very quick. Bed was very comfortable. Would like the bathroom to be stocked with more than two washcloths and drinking glasses in the bathroom. Bath products very good. Could have used a shower cap and an extra towel or two. An available blanket or afghan in the living room area would be nice while sitting on the sofa. These little critiques are minor. The property is 4+ star. I would recommend more than a one night stay in order to fully appreciate the hotels offerings. We arrived after 5 pm and after walking for hours in Savannah, so being tired, we did not fully see or use the wonderful offerings at this hotel. We would stay again.
Above…also, at least one additional front door staff as there was no staff present when we arrived, especially on busy or holiday weekends. After waiting in our car a few minutes, I went inside to front desk to see how we were to arrange parking, luggage, check in. Front desk staff checked me in and then pleasantly came from behind desk to wheel a luggage cart to our car at the curb.

The hotel was in the perfect location. It was close to everything but still felt quiet and secluded at the end of a busy day. Also the staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean and beautiful. The food was amazing at both the restaurant and rooftop bar. We loved the rooftop bar!
I didn’t like the fact that there was shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel and not able to use it without paying a fortune. I didn’t like the mattress as it was too firm for me and they need to add a few better pillows.

This is definitely the best hotel i ever stayed at. The staff were extremely courteous and very helpful. There was a concierge on staff to help us navigate the city. This hotel has a 5-star restaurant on board as well, in my professional and honest opinion, and I'm an Executive Chef so I know what I'm talking about. The food was AMAZING!!!! The hotel location to downtown Savannah is really close. I recommend just parking your car near the hotel and then just using UBER to travel downtown. I can't wait to return!!!!
May be a little pricey but i think it is worth it!!!! No microwave or refrigerator in the rooms but you can use the mini bar refrigerator as one if you really need it. LOL!!! Can't really think of anything else I didn't like about this hotel to tell you the truth!

We liked the river view.
We did not like the tub shower. The glass door only opened on one side making it awkward to turn on the water only when standing in the tub. Should have walk in showers at the level/price of hotel. Parking is a pain if you opt for the street parking. Staff at the roof top were not friendly, we left the roof top and ate downstairs and found our waitress to be exceptional.
