Everything is very nice, I can say that the best hotel in Sharm City.He has already deserved the title of the most beautiful hotel to have a holiday with the family, especially the hotel recepcion manager Mr.Peter and his team are a rare manager to be very interested and appreciated.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for a perfect vacation. The resort itself is a marvel—impeccably maintained, with stunning architecture and lush gardens that create a serene and luxurious atmosphere. The Aqua Park is a highlight, offering endless fun for both children and adults. The slides are thrilling, and the pools are pristine, making it a paradise for families and couples alike. What truly sets this resort apart, however, is the exceptional staff. Every member of the team was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure that every guest feels welcome and well-cared-for. Their smiles and dedication to excellence were evident in every interaction. I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Ayman, whose professionalism and dedication to guest satisfaction were truly exemplary. The best thing about the holiday inside the hotel is the cleanliness of the entire hotel In addition to that, the service is very excellent and fast specifically the service at the pool bar and a sunny restaurant a waiter named Mohamed Badry , his treatment is very nice, and he is a very elegant and respectful person. There are a lot of swimming pools and a lot of lifeguards, and this is very safe and comfortable

There are many restaurants, but the meals served in each restaurant are very few The hotel is very huge and does not have means of transportation. The only available possibility is walking, and this matter is very tiring to move around inside the hotel. There is a restaurant called Sky Bar that has hookahs, but the existing hookah is very bad and I do not recommend it at all

The hotel staff is very helpful and kind, especially Mr. Peter from customer experience team. The beach, pools and restaurants are very nice. The rooms are spacious and clean. The food is good and delicious. We had a very nice stay as a family. Thanks to all the team.

An improvement area could be gluten and lactose free food availability for people who have a diet to maintain.

Staff and front desk manager mr.Ayman were super nice ,professional, rooms facilities and surroundings were very clean and attention to details was obvious, restaurants were well run clean ,beach area huge room for every one ,over all the place is definitely among top 5 best resorts in Sharm.

Swimming area is limited, water sports boats compete with swimmers, boats come and go every few minutes with reckless crews , safety is definitely an issue , beach and swimming is the main attraction in Sharm. Food in restaurants variety and tastes needs to be revised specially meats ,definitely don’t Mach other services .

The hotel is very clean, and we can see a lot of energy is spent on keeping the facilities clean, from the garden to the beach being continuously cleaned. We were particularly happy with Ahmed Abass, who cleaned our room during our stay. Ahmed was very friendly with us, always asking if we needed anything, and if we did, he immediately took care of our request. I would like to give him 5 stars :). The staff at the restaurants are exceptional and really hardworking, and as soon as we need a drink or cleaning of our table, they take care of it immediately. I would particularly like to highlight the staff in restaurants Sopranos and L'asiatique. The staff at the diving centre was very friendly also and helpful.

We expected that the different restaurants have different food variations, but it was disappointing to see that the food was nearly identical in all restaurants. It would be great to have more variety. Our door in room 1311 was very difficult to close, often requiring us to slap the door very hard, disturbing our neighbours. Please fix it for future quests.

The staff running and working in this neat hotel are exceptional. Their hard work and incredible courtesy really makes this hotel shine above many others we have stayed in. Team spirit and smiles prevail. Despite the straight looks on some of the tourist faces, the tourists were encouraged to have a good time, to enjoy their holidays. The hotel is also immaculately clean every minute. There is not a fragment of litter to be seen anywhere. There are a dozen pools, some heated, and the fantastic aquapark is the main reason we picked this hotel. The beach is also lovely and the coral, well, don't get me started the environment under the sea - it is mind blowing! Special thanks to Ahmed Mohamed who made our room spotless every day, after our two kids had trashed it. And thanks also to Ehab Abdalhamed who we reckon is the best barman in all of the hotel's 5 bars!

Not much. Perhaps the hotel could do more to gently persuade guests to be aware of planet earth and to do their best to save it, by for instance: - not wasting water or food (by over loading one's dinner plate) - not walking on or touching the coral reef when swimming or diving, understanding how fragile it is and the growth rate of 10years for 1cm of coral. - keeping showers under 2 minutes to save water. - bring in a policy of banning the use of single use plastic bottles etc. Guests can be issued with a drinking bottle for re-filling during their stay, instead of plastic bottles of water by the hundred. - bigger signs in rooms asking guests to save on laundry and water use.

We came to this hotel for the honeymoon vacation - week after our Wedding day. We booked direct flight tickets from our local air flights company and made direct hotel booking on booking.com. We saved for two more days compared if we would made our trip via tour-operator. We’ve ordered minibus transfer via booking.com and arrived to the hotel with comfort sooner than anyone else. The room we got was in a quiet part of hotel territory, we were happy hearing birds instead of Zumba. The room was large, with superior view on the sea as from upper floor, everything inside was working as expected (air condition, fridge), bottled water provided in sufficient amount daily, same as toilet paper; cleaning of the room was daily with couple of surprising figures from the towels on our bed - for the international women’s day we got a heart figure with red flowers around - very much romantic. Our free time was rich with all the possible entertainments - Zumba, yoga, water aerobics, aqua park - during the day and various shows and competitions at the evening. We would prefer the disco at the lobby bar to start earlier - right after evening show - this would make evening part even more fun. Good and various food, nice sandy beach, beautiful reefs, everything perfect. Thanks a lot to all the staff who took care for our stay to be fantastic, very special thanks goes to Moustafa, Reception manager who provided us with such a nice room and to Mahmoud who made it always clean and cozy. We usually don't travel to the same place multiple times, but we made an exception for the Albatros Palace, where we returned for the 2nd time. We love everything: the hotel itself, beautiful and clean, the beach, the pier, the many large heated pools, the spacious, bright, and beautiful rooms with a sea view (thank you for the upgrade!), the numerous restaurants, the flowers, the birds, the atmosphere, the location... But what especially made us come back is the staff. Everyone is kind, smiling, warm, goes out of their way to help, solve any problems, ensure we have an excellent stay. Special mentions to Mahmoud Ali who cleaned rooms 1405 & 1408 to perfection, always had a kind word and created wonderful towel and sheet sculptures, Ali El-Sayed from the Culina restaurant for his friendliness and humor, the entire team of waiters at the Restiro restaurant, Mohamed Mostafa the lifeguard, Moustafa Mohamed at the reception, Kareem the photographer, and of course Ayman Mahmoud, the front-office manager, who is the true gem of the Albatros Palace. All issues are resolved within a minute with him, he always checks if we're doing well... His efficiency, kindness & professionalism are unmatched. Every luxury hotel should have Ayman on their staff. Thank you a thousand times again for everything!
