Location, location, location! Lots of restaurants/shops/entertainment a short drive, or even walk, away. If you can tear yourself from the beach, that is. Lots of chairs and lounges available-could use a few more umbrellas. Beautiful bay view from the room, which had a nice little balcony. Very comfy beds. Appreciated the room amenities like a fridge with a freezer and nice bathroom toiletries. Tea, coffee and hot chocolate available in the lobby 24 hrs a day, with fresh, baked right there cookies every evening. Friendly staff. I highly recommend staying here.

The A/C in our room had a mind of its own. It seemed to come on when it wanted and cool to whatever temp it chose. This made it difficult to sleep as it often didn’t come on at night and the room would get so warm it would wake me up. I just couldn’t get the room to really cool down at night to sleep. Very frustrating. My husband thought the room seemed noisy-it’s on a main road and you can hear cars, although I didn’t think it was that bad.

The most perfect location. It lacks NOTHING in the eye of beauty. Amazing lake view rooms, walk out to patio, lawn with picnic area, huge beach area, so much lounge furniture for sunning. Lots of gorgeous wildlife. It’s private property. The front desk people are incredible Mikayla? Makayla? So amazing! Perfect personality for hospitality! She even called me to come back for my wedding rings I forgot at the hotel!!! Saved my life!!!! Bed is so comfy! Shower is awesome! Clean! This place has everything!!!!

The ice machine is loud in the middle of the night. No one needs ice at midnight by room 120. I wish they would put door stoppers on all the frames so it doesn’t sound like every door is being slammed and I hate that they went to hardwood floors in the common area you can hear everything in the hallways in the morning. I wanted open the door and yell to shhhhh several times. None of this will stop me from wanting to live here for the rest of my life though. It’s a people problem to be fair. You know how people be trash and inconsiderate.

Beautiful scenic beach side room! Walked out slider to the beach. Comfortable bed. Complimentary breakfast. Warm cookies in the evenings. Perfect.

There is no elevator. I booked online. This important detail not mentioned. My husband is wheelchair bound. We were put in tough spot and had no choice but to pay more for an upgraded room on 1st floor as most hotels were already fully booked due to a local event. Those with mobility issues should be able to book any room unless otherwise clearly stated as the assumption is an elevator exists.

Beautiful location, right on the beach. Well maintained and rooms renovated nicely. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, I appreciated texts after checkin to make sure everything was ok. Coffee on the patio in the morning was a pleasure. The private beach was great when we didn’t feel like going elsewhere.

We were told our room would be cleaned the 3rd night, so we double checked with front desk that morning. When we returned later, it had not been done so we had to go downstairs and ask for clean linens and take our dirty ones out and bag our own trash. A little frustrating but they did bring us clean towels.

The staff was amazing! Always helpful and always happy. Loved the view. The beach. Super close to everything. Clean!!!! That is huge. Staff seemed happy to be working there which is huge in my book

It is nice not to hear your neighbors. You can hear the traffic outside. Maybe need thicker doors? I don't know but we will definitely be staying again! Also our tub stopper didn't always work for our daughters baths. Seriously though this place was great

We loved our stay at the beach haus! Took our family of 4, including a baby and a 4 yr old, and had a blast! Such a cool place. Will absolutely recommend it to anyone. The value was unparalleled. Got the room for less than anywhere else on the strip and it’s just as nice, if not nicer than those $500 per night rooms I’ve stayed in so many times before. The entrance way is nothing fancy. If you want a beautiful lobby this is not the place. There’s no bar or restaurant inside. I don’t care about that. The location, view from anywhere but particularly our private balcony, beach and yard, beds, room, cleanliness, staff, etc were all top notch. And even though there’s no restaurant, they still deliver breakfast to your door at whatever time you choose. It was quiet which is big as a parent of little ones. Everything was updated recently and looked very nice. Comfortable beds too!

The room was a little small for the 4 of us having to use a pack n play. We all fit and all our stuff fit, it was just kind of tight. Not much of a concern as everything else was awesome.

The property is beautiful. Plenty of outdoor seating on the beach. Tables and chairs up right before you get to the beach for meals. Gas grills to use if you want to cook. The room was excellent. Appears to be recently updated and very nice. The patio/balcony was perfect to enjoy the view of the water!

The door to the rooms are a bit old, could use updated with insulated ones. The only negative thing I have to say is to request a room that is not by the front desk. The ice machine is there and they have metal “buckets” so it’s a little noisy when someone decides to get ice at 3am.

everything was in good repair and very well maintained. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The beach was also ever clean and groomed daily. The view from our room was better than expected.

The pillows could have been a little thicker and softer and the shower head was a little low for someone over 6 foot tall. I had to reach to think about anything to improve, because there were so many positives.

Having breakfast delivered to the room every morning was delightful! The beach was wonderful! The view was beautiful and the sunsets were stunning! The staff could not have been more polite or professional. They expend a great deal of energy paying attention to the little details, such as fresh baked chocolate chip cookies every evening, books available for reading, courteous staff and more! We definitely will be staying at The Beach Haus again!

I would not have changed a thing!

Everyone was cordial and hospitable, beach was right there, every shopping and eating attraction was a few miles away.

The room wasn't ready when we got there at 3, also wasn't ready at 4pm and we had to wait another 10 minutes. There were spider webs everywhere and the black gazebo in the back was covered in spider webs. Also had a few stains on the bedding.
