It was a great stay, we’ve stayed multiple times. The one off thing was when we were checking out. We wanted a luggage cart to our room. We were told we couldn’t have one. A bellhop needed to come with us and the cart. It was strange since we brought the cart ourselves to the room when we arrived, we were packing up our personal belongings and wanted to pack up the cart due to breakable things we purchased on our stay, and at our leisure . Also we were not planning on leaving that soon and wanted to get breakfast . That didn’t happen due to having a young man with us escorting us. We basically rushed packed our our things that could have broke and left immediately, . I am a Plumbing contractor and have been Plumbing for 20 yrs. I do not need help with a cart on wheels or my luggage. I told this to the woman at the desk, but she insisted that we could not take a cart on wheels to our room, the bell hop said yea that this didn’t make sense. You guys need to leave up to your guests if they need or want assistance. It was off and seemed ridiculous! Multiple guests were pushing their own carts our whole stay.

Very courteous and accommodating staff. Great buffet breakfast. Great location. Comfortable room and bed. Great location. Nice restaurants in hotel. Spacious lobby with nice seating and decor. Nice pools

Very low water pressure at sink faucet. I know that’s your efforts toward sustainability, but the pressure was just too low. Felt like I couldn’t really get my facial cleanser off. Shower pressure was better but just ok. Really disliked that there is no exhaust fan in the toilet area.. That’s not ok. Wish I had a senior discount

Great. This is our 3 year in a row that we stayed with you. Every time our stay gets better. Kionte welcomed us and what a wonderful, kind and understanding man. He helped me with my cell phone, and he looked into some weird charges that showed up . His hospitality was excellent . He remembered my husband and I all the time and would address us by our names . I walk with a walker and he was so understanding that I can’t stand for a long time so he would move us to a couch or a more comfortable chair to sit on when addressing my bill. You are very lucky to have Kionte as an employee. We are looking forward to see him next year. The other person that was wonderful to us was Roxanne at the bar in the lobby. Besides making great cocktails she has a wonderful personality. This was our first time having her wait on us and what a fantastic job she did. Her personality just shines with that beautiful smile . We felt like we have known each other for years. Between Roxann and Kionte we feel like we have some very good friends at your Marriott. We will be back next year and I hope these two wonderful people are still there.

I did have a problem with the Wi-Fi all the while we were there. It would only connect in the lobby. That was very frustrating.

Ashley went out of the way to help change out my room to a higher floor. When I first checked in- I was placed on a floor with a direct view of the hotel roof making the room extremely hot and noisy. I called and Ashley was able to accommodate my request and offered to change my room to the 16th floor. I expressed my disappointment in the current room and she understood my frustration. So kudos Ashley for excellent customer service!

Housekeeping is not prompt and had to call a few times to have them clean my room. Coffee machine needs an upgrade

The staff was very polite and accommodating and the views were excellent. The room was very clean. I especially loved the option to valet my vehicle.

I expected more as far as decor from a Luxury hotel. The walls are fairly thin so you can hear your neighbors doors closing and the people above you. The bathroom was very nice but the bedroom was a bit boring. The chairs were very small and the bed frame did not feel stable. I am tall and large, but I have never experienced that. Also, there was no covering on the box spring. I was there for a staycation, so I just expected more. I also did not like that Wi-fi was not included with the room. For the price the Wi-Fi should be bundled into the room cost so guest do not feel nickle and dimed.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was immaculate with all the amenites and a wonderful and luxurious shower. I loved it. The food was pricey but delicious! Room service was exceptional. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this wonderful property to everyone.

I wish they would not charge for parking.

Room seemed warm. Thermostat read 70 but felt much warmer. Water in shower could been slightly warmer only one single coffee per person per day

Distance to venue was great. The view was excellent and the bedding was super comfy (not enough pillows though, especially for a $$$ hotel).

It stinks to prepay a booking and then to pay more for "mandatory" add ons once you arrive; asinine. Some staff members needed an attitude check but the valet and pool dudes made up for it. As cool as the bathroom was the shower sure did leak all over the place, bad!

The fire detector in my room flashed in my eyes all night. Very annoying.

Valet was a little buggy. QR code messed up phone. But there was an arena event and a huge wedding. Just needs some tweaking to streamline :)
