Loved the location and decor. Adorable small hotel (european) vibe right in Hyde Park. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was very attentive and helpful. The shower was wonderful with a rain showerhead. The espresso/coffeemaker is great. (No creamer provided.) LOVED the place, it’s like a vintage American movie set, but for more than an overnight or two, book a bigger room or ask about things below.

Everything was great except in the room we had – a standard (deluxe) King – there were no drawers for clothes or nightstands next to the bed. The table behind the bed had decorative items taking up space, the table next to the sofa was covered with bottles of alcohol. The sink is a pedestal sink, so no place to put anything. The refrig is loaded with drinks for purchase so not available to store anything. We asked for extra hangers and made do. To charge our devices we placed our devices on the floor or bathroom sink. The room did have a luggage stand but no place to put it. It did have a bench by the door that we used for stacking clothes.

The aestetics were my style and layout of the room was super functional to support working away. Details were well thought out. Also hearing everyone in the gathering room was nice... all the conversation filtering through the hallway as we would exit the room. Location. Food.

There were a lot of bar items and the refrigerator didn't really have any space so I had to move things just to fit a few drinks. The soap on my sink didn't have packaging, but Liz gave me another. Sunday morning there is a sidewalk yoga class with an instructor teaching over microphone which was a bit bothersome. Lights through the shutters were bright at times whether they were slatted up or down. Should advise or have eye masks.

I loved this hotel. It was so cute and comfortable. Breakfast was very good except it wasn't hot, it was barely warm and I like my food hot. But I still really loved this hotel.

I didn't like how I was treated by housekeeping. We let them know we were leaving our room so they could tidy up for us. Three times we asked for service and all three times we went back to a dirty room. Then when a woman did come, she told me I needed to be patient because new check-ins were a priority over our room. I said, well we wanted to take a nap after a long being out (my husband is 83). Then she mocked me, pulled the covers back and said, "All you have to do is get into bed and take a nap." I was appalled at her lack of customer service. She needs training on how to talk to guests.

The front desk staff were amazing and accommodating, they went above and beyond to help me return a package that arrived too late for me. The bar staff made amazing cocktails and were able to advise us on other inside knowledge of where they have experienced a nice steak house or alternative eateries but obv the bar area was just as excellent, The decor was amazing, the corridors are massive by the rooms which is probably why the rooms are also quiet. So many other nice restaurants nearby with fabulous vibes, some decent shops, clean streets, a cinema, cake shops, sweet shops, Sephora, Lulu Lemon, Nike etc. The rooms had microwave, really good hairdryer, clothes steamer, Nespresso machine, mini fridge, breakfast table. It was a fabulous space enough to swing many cats around the room. We had such an amazing time, taxi to airport was only maybe 12 minutes away. I want to personally thank JENNA, ELLA, SKYLER and NICOLE for making such a big difference to our stay.

We did not dislike anything, we only had a small issue of microwave not working, no soap in our shower dispenser but this was quickly changed, when we requested more bottled water this was brought swiftly, the hotel manager greeted us in person and was so lovely, one of the artwork randomly fell off the wall but we placed it back :) Generally cannot complain as it was so nice.

We loved the location, the room was beautiful and modern. A lot of things to do within walking distance.

When we checked in on Saturday, we tried to book a room for the following Saturday as well. The front desk staff said it would be easier to do online. I tried multiple sites online but was unable to book a room. I went back to the front desk, the staff person told me she would send a message to the manager and have the manager get in touch with me. I never received any communication from the manager and as a result had to stay at a different location. I was surprised because I thought they would want the reservation or at least let me know it wasn't possible.

Husband and I were at Palihouse because Hurricane Helene forced us to evacuate our home in same city. We found it a wonderful refuge at a difficult time for all area residents. One staffer was very glum. But she lhad left a flooded house to come to work day after storm passed. Hot water was off part of time due to city shutting off gas.

What an absolute gem! I was concerned that it didn't have many reviews, but the pics looked good and the location was perfect so we went for it and we are super happy we did! The place looks great, feels like a new boutique hotel (with properly sized TVs :-) no tablet-sized TVs here! ), very well kept, the staff was very friendly and the location is awesome, they even have free parking in the back.

The only thing that could be better is having better blinds or a curtain for the windows as light does sip in

Loved the aesthetic, high end furnishes. Good water pressure.

Too much alcohol in the room for purchase. Couldn't even fit a bottle of water in the refrigerator since it was filled with all types of drinks for purchase. Perhaps a community refrigerator but too much in there for how little space is in the kitchenette. Also windows can't be opened which would have been nice.

Beautiful room. The linens and toiletries were nice, very cool vibe, and it felt homey. Easy access to restaurants and shopping.

The parking situation isn’t the best since it’s open parking for everyone on the area so it’s hard to find a space sometimes.

The locations was great. We stayed for Gasparilla and it was easy and convenient to get where we going.

The price was high around that time, which made the overall value go down but thats what we signed up for staying there during Gasparilla.
