Highly limited breakfast and while friendly and efficient no real attetnion to make it appealing. The corridors on the 7th floor carpet was all stained, our chair in 716 was stained, and general cleanliness is somewhat missing. When we arrived they could not find our reservation eventhough we were snet a check in notice and had our conifrmation in hand. However, the AGM was excellent and handled everything beautifully. SHe is a real treasure for the property. Having been a hotel owner and operator and knowing many Mariott Executives here in DC - she is what a hotel needs - frinendly, courteous, efficient and above all accommadting.

I do t usually write reviews but this place gets a solid 5 star. I don’t know where they found their staff but I want to take all of them home and have them work for my company! What an incredible experience in hospitality and detail! Hands down the best place ever stayed. Hard to describe- you just have to go to see what I mean :-)

Customer service was really great. I was given a room with a view of riverwalk which was nice to wake up to. The location is perfectly centered between Armature Works and Sparksman Wharf. It was also very walkable as well.

Access to more umbrellas in the pool area. I was told that the umbrellas were on a First come/First serve basis but there were a number a chair sets that had the umbrella settings attached to them.

I would rate this facility a 5 start facility except we were without AC for two days. Tampa weather is not the best it was uncomfortable to sleep and we had a convention the days there. Other than that overall lovely experience.

Entering your property, please give better directions. Because you didn’t I ended up at riverside, everything thing there was way better including the valet parking. Your valet stated to me , I am too busy to park or move your car. The valet at riverside moved my car, and gave me directions to your hotel, Then at the u-turn light, your valet cut me off on the u-turn to get into the hotel parking lot, swung double wide on a u- turn.

Nice hotel. Great location. Close to the Arena. Clean room. Very comfortable bed.

I did not like that valet was the only parking option and it’s $40 a day. We only stayed one night so that was fine but we will not stay at a hotel where they charge their guest for parking.

That whole breakfast thing is terrible...only bread sandwiches no accommodation. Breakfast cook was very rude about me not eating bread and was upset at me asking for just eggs bacon and sausage w no bread. Then al of a sudden she don't speak English lol....

Everything but the breakfast cook. Pool was amazing, bar and Bartender was great. Rooms are 2nd to none.

Booking dot com non refundable reservation posing as holding the room with your cc# and hiding of parking policy at hotel when I find it's valet for a brand new large vehicle is not cool. I'll never use booking dot com again - ever for a hotel reservation. Ever.

The views from the room overlooking the river are incredible! Staff was nice and valet was easy. Bar on site with outdoor pool and pool table. Great location right on the river walk.

Staff at front desk are wonderful, Chianti and a woman (didn't catch her name), both super friendly and helpful. Room was not ready when we checked in so was given a coupon for free drink at bar (which is great area). Location is fabulous, on Riverwalk, just over bridge from Univ of Tampa. Room is good size, we had great view of river. Gym is decent.

The walls are a bit thin. There were some folks down hall we could hear in evening and again when they were leaving a 2 am. Otherwise, I would rate hotel as excellent.
