View, and location of the hotel

I had a reservation that i did on priceline and paid with Affirm. But the day we checked out, my reservation wasn't charged to affirm as i reserve it but was charged on the credit card that i give for warranty. That was very awfull because change our plans. And even that i returned to the front desk to ask how they charged the reservation, they said that they just charged to my warranty credit card the parking, and instead of that was charged the whole reservation. Very bad if the front desk staff lie to you.

Location is amazing ! Right on the center of Tampa bay. And the river walk ! Close to the Amelia arena (steps away). Close to multiple restaurants and shopping areas. Hotel was super clean, modern. Breakfast buffet was abundant and delicious.

Pool area chairs could use an upgrade. The chaises needed repair. Pool area could use a bit of sprucing up.

Such a wonderful hotel! We were able to check in right away and get our room keys. The view was beautiful, the food was great, and the staff was super helpful accommodating all our needs. This was a birthday trip for me and we will definitely be staying here again.

No complaints about our stay. We enjoyed every second of our stay and never complained once. The trip was very rejuvenating for my fiance and I.

The front desk at check in was excellent. The valet service was not explained before we arrived but they gave great service. We were in close proximity to restaurants and other events downtown.

I asked to see if my points for this stay was applied and they not only could not tell me but that conflicted with what I was told when I checked in. The ice machines on floor 10 did not work and we had to go up two floors to get ice. Not good

The young lady that checked us in went above and beyond. I told her that we were celebrating my husband's birthday. We had a bottle of champagne glasses and a birthday card in our room when we returned from dinner. The view and large balcony were amazing!!! The location was fantastic.

Everything was great!

We stayed on the 15th floor which is a wellness floor with aroma therapy in the halls, electronic air cleaner in the room and vitamin C infused shower water. My wife really liked it. Room was quiet and spacious and well appointed. Nice balcony with nice view. It was cold but we still went outside to see what we could see. We went for Gasparilla and the location was very good for attending the parade. Very good breakfasts with really attentive wait staffs in spite of the current labor shortages. We expect to go again next year and stay here again.

I know this is Tampa and a big city with a high demand event, but the room rate (reserved many months in advance) was higher than I would normally pay for a high end resort. No other negative issues.

The whole place was wonderful love it just no stores near by other then that it was great…. The guy who check me in forgot his name slim curly hair guy was awesome love it him will stay again came in for rod wave concert

It was a great hotel in a convenient location close to the concert arena. The check-in staff accommodated some requests for a special celebration - like moving us to a water view room - for a nominal fee. The pool area was very nice; they even had a grill turning out good sandwiches for a quick bite without having to leave the sun deck.

Convenient, clean, restaurant food was great, loved the balcony over the water!

Limited option for room service & having to go down to the front desk. Housekeeping kept knocking even with do not disturb sign.

Location is great, as you can walk to multiple bars, restaurants and other hotels. The view is awesome. The room was big and very clean and had a nice size balcony overlooking downtown Tampa.

I wish the lobby bar stayed open later.
