Location, room was big.

Barking dog from traveler across the hall. The hotel bar seemed understaffed. I felt bad for the workers there. One person for the whole floor wasn’t enough. There were also some wine stains on the carpet but that could have just happened that day. That’s more about the people staying there not being careful and not a reflection on the hotel, though.

The cleanliness of the hotel. The cleaning staff were outstanding.! The two eating establishments on the first floor were exceptional!! The location of the hotel was excellent. There are lots of things to see and do close to walking distance of the hotel. Anything else is no more than a 10-20min drive.

The mattress was too soft.

Everything I asked for was provided promptly. Beautiful hotel and comfortable. Accessible to everything we wanted to do.

I requested baby beds and an additional roll-a-way to be added to our rooms. When I contacted whoever, the young lady was on the day of check-in. She had an attitude about me asking, and it was not there, saying the room didn't have the space. However, someone brought them both to our rooms, and they fit great.

The lady at the reception desk was very nice and efficiently checked me in. The facility was modern and clean. Room was a good size and the view was great.

The bathroom was very, very large. However, neither the heated floor control nor the control for the wall heater worked. Therefore, the bathroom was a little chilly. We decided to have breakfast at the hotel. The restaurant was less than 1/3 filled but after 15 minutes of waiting at our table we left without any waitstaff checking on us..disappointing.

The property was nice! Our favorite place to go inside the hotel was the bar area. It was very nice and the staff were friendly.

There was a room where people were really loud across the hall from us. Also, the restaurant attached to the hotel was not great. I know that has nothing to do with the hotel, but Sullivans was the pit of our stay.

Everything was extraordinary. The rooms were very clean and we were able to check in early. Everyone was very nice and polite, the valet was extremely efficient and kind and the pool/hot tube area was exceptionally clean. Nice gym to work out in 24/7 and the entire hotel smelled very nice. The first thing I look at in hotel rooms is the bathroom and everything in there was pristine. I would defknitly stay here again.

The location was great. Perfect walking distance to many sporting events. The facilities were clean and comfortable and beautifully decorated.

Valet parking was sooooo slow. And not worth the $45. We only noticed after we parked that there was $10 hotel parking across the street. And the valet staff was not the friendliest to deal with.

I liked that it was close to the highway and within walking distance to Ford Field. The hotel itself was very clean and the staff was friendly.

I wish the staff would’ve mentioned the complimentary breakfast when we checked in. We weren’t sure if there was breakfast so we walked to get some which was fine, but we noticed it was on the 2nd floor and did not know.

Location was great

Waited over 2 hours past check in for our room, it wasn’t ready. Hotel bar area was super dirty, lots of empty glasses and plates left all over the bar and lobby area. Some staff were helpful, more than half were very unhelpful and grouchy w questions I had during the stay and when I had called earlier in the week.

The location was great, close to everything we wanted to do.

You need like a little store to sell toiletries and other small items that customers may forget to bring.
