I stayed in the hotel for a few days, and I can definitely recommend it! I injured my leg a couple of weeks before visiting Brussels and had to use crutches, the staff were brilliant, helpful and attentive and provided me with a transport chair, so I can move around more easily. The only little minus during the stay was the fac t that our room was really hot and it was not possible to adjust the temperature, but even this the hotel staff were trying to fix and sent someone to look into it straight away when we told them about the issue. Breakfast was great as well, really good choice of foods, all fresh and tasty.

Great stay - the hotel is very conveniently located only a short walk (10-15 mins) from the centre and sights. The hotel itself was very modern and clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downside to our stay is that the hotel room itself was quite warm - there was no air conditioning and the windows didn’t open (assuming due to health and safety with being on the 22nd floor). The only fresh air was through a small air vent built into the cabinets. Breakfast was lovely but slightly pricey. Other than that, can’t complain as it was great stay and affordable overall!

The hotel has a great location in Brussels – right next to Rogier metro station and several bus stops, making it very easy to get around the city. The building is tall, but there are enough elevators so you never have to wait long. The room was clean, nicely furnished, and included some welcome gifts for guests – a lovely touch. The interior felt cozy, and the value for money was excellent – you get exactly what you expect, maybe even a bit more.

The room lacks a main ceiling light – it relies only on bedside lamps and ambient lighting. While cozy, it makes the room feel a bit too dark in the evening. The window couldn’t be opened, and at times, fresh air was really needed. Also, the bathroom/toilet door wouldn’t close properly, which was a bit inconvenient.

Excellent facilities: large hotel with a top-floor sauna with outstanding views across the city. Good quality rooms. Location right next to the metro and only 15 mins walk to Grand place. A few minutes walk to several restaurants and a supermarket next door. Comfortable (firm) beds. So good to have A/C that works well and windows that open (although partially open only for safety reasons as our room was floor 21). Fabulous views from the higher floor bedrooms. Plenty of lifts so no waiting around despite the large size of the hotel.

Ask for a lower floor room if you are not great with heights (hotel has 29 floors)

The hotel is situated near the Rogier hub of EU buildings and the North Station, both accessible with a 5 minute walk. The hotel is big and frequently you're assigned high into the top floors, which is cool. The hotel has a gym, bar and snack area. My room was big and well equipped.

The A/C was on when I arrived and the heating set very high so it felt a bit tropical for me, and windows can't be opened so there's little you can do. My shower (room 2201) had a leak and after the shower the bathroom floor had water all over. The sink in the room had an obvious crack and didn't feel very reassuring.

The room was clean, very comfortable and had everything you would usually expect. Check in and check out was easy. The hotel bar was friendly and a nice place to enjoy a drink at the start or end of a night. The onsite sauna was amazing, wasn’t busy at all and was lovely at around 75 degrees celsius. The hotel gym was okay, but needs some updates and additions. The property was about a 10-15 minute walk from the true heart of the city and right near a local metro station for easy connections.

Nothing particular other than the gym really needs a bench of dumbbell exercises at least.

The hotel staff was very nice , the hotel itself is it a very good location providing access to all major attractions and conveyance near by. The rooms are clean and maintained.

The room size was a bit smaller than expected. There was hardly any space at one section between the bed and the table, this restricting luggage access to a part of room. But overall it's a good tradeoff for with the prime location and neatness of the room.

-all necessary amenities (tea, coffee, water, fridge) in the room -the hotel had bar, restaurant, games room on the ground floor as well as gym and sauna -tv was modern, allowed to connect devices via chromecast (room WiFi) or hdmi -located close to the city centre, with a supermarket literally next door which was very convenient

-bed not very comfy (though maybe would be good for people who like hard mattresses) -not very modern bathroom -not very strong ventilation in the room (the windows were fogging up from humidity overnight)

Super hotel in an ideal location for Covent Garden, the sites of Brussels and shopping!! Very convenient grocery shop a few metres away and lots of restaurant choices. Hotel is very clean, rooms are super well maintained even if halls could do with an update in a lighter colour! Staff are friendly and very helpful. Great spot for a 2-3 day visit to Brussels.

Access to the luggage room seems a bit arbitrary with guests having direct access and no check that guests are taking the correct bag! The ground floor restroom requires a room key to access which is a little inconvenient.

The location is very convenient - right next to metro, close to North station and meanwhile straight next to the old town. I was happy to see iron and ironing board in the room - that is a great advantage. Bed was comfortable, pillows were cosy. It was quiet, could barely hear when someone walked by down the hallway. The breakfast was of a very good value - besides the "standart" choices a good choice of seafood, wide variety of fruits and jams, you can get a freshly squeezed orange juice and even a piece of tasty Belgian dark chocolate for breakfast. Light-blocking curtains are a big plus as well.

In general there was nothing in particular to dislike, the only minor thing to mention that there were tears in the semi-transparent "daytime" curtains, but they didn't interfere with the functionality of the curtains.
