The hotel is a great hotel, aesthetic wise it’s beautiful, location wise for what we needed it was spot on (Final Fantasy concert in the Eventim) and located round lovely pubs and places to eat (even as a vegan) the rooms were big and clean and very very nice. Staff were friendly but one girl in Particular gave us the plasters form her bag for one persons very badly cut feet as the first aid kid was empty, appreciate she likely needed them wearing heels and standing all day so thank you so much!

I would say the only thing I did not like though this is purely to be honest and is not fair maybe to some. We had planned on using the restaurant for our stay and then we got informed a few days before it was closed and we were really looking forward to using the hotel restaurant as we had an autistic member who had studied the menu and knew what they wanted and then we had to rethink so close but that’s just one of them things I suppose.

We were met with a very friendly desk lady who took the time to say hello and chat with my 7 year old son asking him about his day, she then went to get a children's welcome pack from a draw and included a tiger mask as he was wearing a tiger T shirt. He was chuffed with this. She offered him use of the sweets trolley all free of charge. We were made to feel very welcome. There was plenty of tea and coffee, some hotels only put enough for one cup but the room was well stocked and there was some chilled water in the fridge.

The only thing was the windows, we like fresh air with windows open but the windows would work themselves shut. I had to use a spoon from the tea and coffee set to hold the window open. I understand they cant open all the way for safety reasons but they could at least latch in the open position.

The rooms are spacious and nice, breakfast was good, Location is the best!! Next to the underground station and lots of shops and restaurants. The staff are super nice and helpful. The area is safe and quiet

The check in time is late 3 pm, it can be very inconvenient especially when you come in from an early flight, however the staff were super friendly and cooperative. My biggest disappointment was the housekeeping services, I’d leave early morning and come at around 3.30 or 4 and the room is still not cleaned?? Dirty spoons and cups are stay put and not washed or cleaned, didn’t get clean towels! that’d be my main points, other than that I really enjoyed my stay

We stayed for one night as we were attending a concert at the Eventim Apollo. The Novotel is perfectly situated for this, being less than 10 minutes stroll from the venue and only 5 minutes from Hammersmith Station. Although we didn't drive into town on this occasion, we did take a look at the onsite underground car parking which seemed fine albeit with very low headroom. At £1.50 per hour for hotel guests, it's pretty reasonable for London. We will probably drive in next time. The room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The check in was quick, easy and friendly. The whole vibe was very comfortable and better than we were expecting from a big chain. We would certainly come back again.

Great location. Very close to Hammersmith tube and the Apollo. Received a nice welcome from Ioannis on reception, who was very helpful. Well appointed room, very clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. Bathroom not very big but plenty of space to lay out toiletries which is always appreciated. Wanted to eat before going out, but as hotel restaurant not open until later, we used room service and ordered a couple of pizzas. I don't know if they're made in-house or brought in, but either way, they were good.

The lift from the ground floor to first floor reception is very small and often already full from people coming up from the car park so very frustrating having to wait for ages to be able to get in one. I think there are supposed to be two lifts but only one was working. We later discovered there's another entrance to the side of the building where the car park is.

Drawback was only one of the two lifts working from entrance to first floor reception. The one that was working would only allow four people in for it to move even though it stated eight. Problem when quite a few people arriving at same time and no stairs to use Great location for Apollo as about seven minutes away, same for tube station. Staff very helpful, spotlessly clean. Excellent, well varied breakfast. Staff cleared and reset tables as soon as vacated, unlike those in the bar who left glasses and plates on their tables. Great nights sleep. Beds very comfortable. Would certainly use it again.

Staying at your hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service provided by your team. The reception staff were incredibly helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in process. When I experienced a car battery issue, they graciously extended my parking and offered assistance. A particular staff member, on duty around 7 PM, provided outstanding customer service by personally checking in to ensure everything was satisfactory—a gesture I deeply appreciated. The housekeeping team also deserves commendation for their friendliness and attention to detail, which significantly enhanced my stay.

I did encounter an issue with the shower in my room; the shower head wouldn’t stay fixed in position. Addressing this would greatly improve the guest experience.

The duty manager sorted and resolved the room issue to make the stay a comfortable and acceptable stay. The reception staff were as helpful as they could be. The breakfast was extremely good.

The first room we were in was cold, so I complained to the receptionist. The second room was just as cold, it was colder than the corridor. This was not acceptable for an 89year old who has Motability issues even though they were accessibility rooms, any disabled person would have struggled to get warm, we had to eat our room service meal in coats. I then demanded that the duty Manager felt the difference in temperature between the corridor and the room, he agreed that it was colder in the room. We were upgraded to a different room where it was obvious the heating was actually working and acceptable for us.

Position is great - only a short walk from Hammersmith station. Room was tiny(ish) for three people but good enough. Staff was very kind but not super attentive. We were there for Halloween and they were handing out candy - very cute!

Overall pretty nice hotel that is meant for business people and families. Only thing, they asked for a deposit which is pretty normal but it was not mentioned in the T&C (at least, I couldn't find it) and I had to reconsider the holiday budget (at the time it was 50 GBP per night). Food in the cafe was very average but coffee was good!

It was a short and pleasant walk from the Hammersmith tube station and closer than I thought it was to the theatre we were booked to see a show at. The property layout worked well and the room size was perfect for us. I loved the thoughtful touches the hotel provided us for our stay to make my partners birthday celebrations extra special, it really made our it more memorable and enjoyable than I could’ve imagined. The views from our 9th floor room were great too.

Coming from the tube station we travelled to the back of the property without realising, entering the car park and basement floor reception. It was difficult to see where the main entrance was as there were no visible signs available.
