The room was spacious, comfortable, and quiet, other than some noisy people who kept late hours, and talked very loudly long into the night. Breakfast was good, and the location was quite central. However the hotel was difficult to find since the first part of San Bartolome Kalea (street) seems to end at number 11, and then there is a whole mostly vacant street before San Bartolome Kalea finally continues starting with number 13, where the hotel is located!

Nothing! The hotel was well maintained, the staff was friendly and very helpful, and I would happily stay there again if I ever return to beautiful San Sebastián!

It was Wonderful, Exceptional. Out of 47 days of traveling, it was the best hotel we stayed at. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The breakfast was Exceptional, the rooms were Very Clean and the hotel was decorated beautifully. It was very centrally located, easy access to get around and we felt very safe walking around after dark. If you have not guessed it, we were Very Pleased with our stay, actually a 10+.

Again, we were above satisfied, no complaints whatsoever so ever.

Lovely modern room and bathroom. Clean quiet with everything you needed. Very good selection of toiletries including toothbrushes/paste and even a razor. Very helpful staff. Close to beach and pleasant walk to shopping area and old town. Breakfast was good and loved the beach towels provided for free to go to beach. Brilliant idea and very good quality. Would definitely stay here again

The description of the roof terrace is a little exaggerated otherwise no complaints.

This lovely boutique hotel is located in an excellent spot! Close to the beach, close to shopping, close to the Old Town and train station , and all the lovely restaurants! The staff were very helpful and very professional. They answered all our questions and even let us use wine glasses and corkscrew to go on to the beautiful rooftop terrace and have our wine! Rooms for spacious, super clean, and very modern. Each room has a door with a Juliet balcony looking out into the street but the rooms were still incredibly quiet! I would highly recommend the hotel for all your stays in this beautiful seaside resort town!

I really can't think of anything - I liked it all!

Rooms, while on the small side, were comfortable and clean. The shower water pressure was excellent. The breakfast offering was small but totally adequate and delicious. Coffee was surprisingly good. The hotel's location, just three blocks from the beach as well as the cathedral, was one of the hotel's highlights.

The street noise from people depositing their rubbish and recyclable itesm in the bins adjacent to the hotel. Of course, this is beyond the hotel's control.

The hotel is situated around 10-15 minutes’ walk from the two main stations, which was very useful. It’s 5 minutes’ walk to the beach and around 10 minutes to get to the old part of town, with its great restaurants. The hotel was clean, all staff very friendly and the bathroom in my room was really large. All in all, it was excellent.

I thought it exaggerated for Hotel Villa Victoria to ask guests to pay additional charges for tea and coffee that they can make themselves in the reception area. It is a little downside on what would otherwise have been an excellent experience. Even in the simplest discount hotels such as "Ibis budget" there are facilities in rooms and tea and coffee bags are made available free from additional charges so that guests can make themselves a cup of tea or coffee.

Room was super quiet, bed was very comfortable and everything was very clean. It was about a ten minute walk to the old town. Breakfast was tasty, fresh bread and pastries with meats, cheeses, warm tortilla and fruit, yoghurt, cereal and juices.

There was a small sign on the table saying there were eggs bacon and omlette, maybe we could have been asked if we wanted anything but that's only if I'm being really picky. We really enjoyed our stay.

Superb location, really clean and good looking hotel. Really good service whenever you need. We would recommend as a good place to stay in San Sebastian. Internet (wifi) is really efficient, small fridge in the room (for the mini bar but you can pop in something in if necessary), really quiet street and real blackout blinds.

Not a big problem for us but the bathroom are really small. Maybe a sliding door would have been more convenient for the space. Breakfast is not what we are use to in Spain especially in this city recognised for the food. Minor change could improve the offering.
