The Star of Quest is excellent customer service, although all I came into contact with were very good, Carrie and Inez were 'Standout' for me.

Window would not open. I realise that this is a staple health & safety being on the 5th floor , however the alternative air Conditioning meant I was too cold and having asthma was not good for me. The only heating was a heated towel rail in the bathroom and I had to put 2 towels over me and my coat , hence ; I rated lower for comfort What I did not like was the tv It was the worst I have ever encountered. Very minimal channels Lots and lots not available saying not broadcasting today.

the location was ideal. the room was spacious and very clean. the staff were welcoming and very helpful

the shower in our room was very temper-mental, if the temperature knob was touched even in the slightest way the water would become extremely hot and impossible to shower under. housekeeping wasn’t great. they came in once a day to change our bins and that was it. we stayed for four nights and not once were our bed sheets changed or offered to be changed and we weren’t offered clean towels. we had to ask for extra towels ourselves as having only 2 towels for two of us showering twice daily wasn’t sufficient.

The location is just perfect !!!,, friendly staff,,sound proof building, the noise during friday night was very minimal

- The tissue roll and the tissue box that were provided in the toiled were half used, i would love to have my own new stuff not a used one from previous visitors!! This is not hygienic at all. - The toilet smelled pee during my whole stay. - I didnt like the chair in the studio, i would rather have a small sofa instead of just a chair , that made the vibe of the room not cozy. - The water in the shower was very hot although i placed it on the maximum cold but was still hot.

It was a fully equipped mini-apartment with a microwave, hob etc. There was plenty of space for anything I needed to do. The location is central so shopping, including supermarkets, was close and easy. There was ample washing up liquid provided so re-using the cutlery and crockery wasn't a problem at all. I found the frying pan, spatula etc but didn't use them so I didn't heed to ask reception for some cooking oil as none was evident in the room.

I missed a lit 'make-up mirror' for shaving and tying my bow tie (I'm getting on and my eyesight isn't as acute as it once was). Not that there were no mirrors...there were large ones that I could get close to...but the lighting was 'restrained', ie perfectly adequate for most things but not the brightest. Reception have promised to get the shower temperature control looked at. I could get anything from hot to scalding but nothing below. Hot was at the top of the range I like and so it wasn't a problem Come summer it might be...

The apartment was in a perfect location with easy access to shops , restaurants & the docks & train station . The apartment was very spacious with separate bedroom , long hallway , bathroom and a dining/sitting area with kitchen facilities. The apartment was spotless it also had a washing machine/tumble dryer which would be great for longer stays . This apartment was very comfortable and even though it is on a very busy street once inside the building you couldn’t hear any noise . The entrance is very secure and the reception staff are amazing . We parked in St John’s Centre car park ( £12 for 24hrs) and it’s a a 5min walk straight down to Quest apartments located to the left of Primark . We will definitely be using these apartments for our regular visits to Liverpool

Everything was perfect , no issues

already looking to go back, we stayed here for a family get together, everything you need is on your doorstep from shopping ,travel and entertainment, we arrived early (10am) and wanted to drop our bags off, not only can you do this but the very nice receptionist checked to see if our room was ready and it was, so she gave us our keys, means a lot when you have a service like this, honestly couldn't fault the apartments, double glazing, backed up with internal secondary glazing keeps you room quiet, very well laid out room and spacious.

The property was so so central- we could not get over how central it was to everything. It had everything we needed and quite spacious. It was spotless and had a lovely shower. The mini kitchen was perfect also. We thought everything was amazing. Even though you are on the Main Street, the building must be sound proof because you can hear nothing once you are inside.

There was honestly nothing that we didn’t like! It was perfect in every single way.

We had a fantastic weekend stay in the studio apartment right in the heart of the city, perfectly located on the high street with everything we needed just steps away. Despite its central location, the hotel provided us with a quiet room as requested and we had no trouble sleeping. The studio was clean and well-maintained. The staff checking us in and out were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. We’ll definitely be recommending this place to friends and family and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on our next visit!

The duvet and pillows were a dream, like sleeping in a cloud! The mattress itself was a little on the softer side however we know this is down to personal preference.

The location is brilliant, the reception staff were lovely & the studio apartment was bigger than l'd expected with everything you could need provided. l'll certainly stay there again.

My only slight quibble was the shower controls. l'd read the hotel guide on the TV, which didn't mention the shower & when l got in there l struggled with which dial did what, etc. After l'd finally had a shower l noticed a sticker on the top corner of the shower screen, which proved to have instructions on it. Unfortunately the screen was 6 feet tall & l'm 5 feet 1 & l need spectacles to read which, not surprisingly, l don't wear in the shower!

The hotel is excellently located in the city center, a short walk from both Liverpool Lime street and central stations. It's pretty much located exactly at the intersection to the downtown shopping streets on the one side and pubs and restaurants on the other. There's also a few supermarkets nearby, so it's easy to make use of the kitchenette in the room for making simple meals in the hotel. The rooms are small but well thought out and clean. The provided basic utensils are great to use as well. The staff are excellent and very helpful. We had no problems with checking in, leaving our bags after check-out, and getting refills for the basics like kitchen-roll. Overall it was a great stay and would stay here again.

When we stayed, there were some hick-ups with the internet which we could easily fix by restarting the logging in process. Also, because of its excellent location between the pubs and shops, there are many people passing the hotel at all times of the day. Luckily the windows are well insulated and on our floor this was not a problem. But it really isn't in a quiet area of town.
