the room we great lights in the bedroom a bit dim but ok. I was very happy with my room and it is close to town which was great

The staff member was very rude. Snapped at me when after my day I returned on day 2 to find my towels not changed went to office to ask for fresh towels and she snapped at me saying she had afternoons off she had a friend with her. No notice on office door to say office hours were only in the morning 8-12. No notice to say I had to put towels on the bathroom floor if I wanted them changed. So rude I left a day early and sadly wouldnt recommend this motel.

Helpful updates prior to my arrival about the room and parking. The rooms were clean and tidy, nice little lawn on the property for dogs to do their 'business'. Close to supermarket for supplies. Quiet area. Very popular motel, seemed to be fully booked.

Although there was an electric blanket on the main bed it didn't work. One of the power points (behind the sofa) also didn't work. Having such a large bed in the main area meant there was less other space for sitting and moving about. Not a big problem but just something awkward to navigate.

Extremely easy check in with plenty of parking. The rooms are solid breeze block so very little noise from neighbours. There was a seperate room in my unit which escaped the outside light. Plenty of space for bags. Shower had adequate pressure, was hot and didn't leak everywhere.

Wifi was patchy and slow. The rooms could use some TLC as they are a bit tired and the bathroom cupboard was missing a door. Cleaning was not brilliant. One of the bins wasn't emptied and there was unknown hair in the shower, although all other parts appeared clean and tidy.

Very welcoming and gave clear instruction due to us arriing late. The room was so clean and spacious, they even kindly turned a heater on for us sot aht it would be warm upon arrival. A full sized fridge and a real oven was a delight to have. The beds were amaizng and I want to go back just for them. The shower pressure was heavenly and was simple to use.

That there was no extraction fan for the bathroom, but there was a window, so the steam still got out.

Perfect for our overnight stay, partner and I have 2 little ones (19month old and 5month old). Lady at reception was welcoming and friendly. The large king bed was super cosy, lovely shower, the motel is close to town centre so easy to walk to shops. We found staying there peaceful and pleasant overall. Will use next time we have to stay in Palmy.

Spa bath, that was fantastic! Nice to have a separate lounge. Nice and roomie. Almost everything you need. Perfect location. Nice and easy contactless check in.

The shower was crap but the spa bath made up for that. Bed could have been a lill softer but still comfy. There was an iron board, but no iron. No tea towel to dry the dishes. I felt really bad about leaving washed dishes out.

Room sizes, clothes rack, oven/stove, fridge, storage space, shower water pressure, TV size, bathroom storage space. Free use of washing machine and reasonable dryer charge. Lovely shrubs and trees although the birds pooped on my car. Lol. Not much noise heard from neighbour's units. Fresh towels and teatowels daily

Lighting was really harsh in the main room, no lights or switches close to main bed, or over bench and stove. Quite abit of pet fluff around and door tracks need a clean Laundry was a bit yucky till I swept and tidied it. Spa was out of order

We loved the friendliness of the proprioters the facilities were great and the room was more than we hoped for. Roomy, everything supplied and very clean. Cant wait to go back when its warmer and enjoy the pool. I loved that there was plenty of grass space for our puppies and that there are pet friendly motels available. Well done guys

When i selected the room it indicated 3 beds but there were only two. Details in Motel Information folder could be updated, including minor things if rolm was missed in the daily clean WIFI was not always on Some loose tiles around the pool

Perfect location. Amazingly quiet even though location is central. Beds were super comfy and we all slept well. Accomodation was roomy and it was a bonus having a full kitchen and fridge. We travelled with our two dogs and so appreciated the well kept and inviting grassy areas. We will definitely stay here again even if not travelling with our dogs. We also loved the easy check in and check out.
