Staff (receptionist) were really friendly and helpful. The one who checked me out in the day called Kassie was super nice and friendly. I forgot something in the room and she was really nice and let me back in to get it. When I checked in, there was a lady with black hair but I don’t know her name. She works at a different location but same motel chain I believe. Anyway she was also really friendly. Asked if I needed anything and gave me a nice run down of things that I needed to know like wifi password, where to park and when breakfast was. It’s a standard motel very basic but it was clean and relatively quiet despite being near roads and noise. Also the place is nice and close to amenities which is super handy

The room was clean and inviting, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The reception staff (Leanne and Kassi) were delightful - so friendly and helpful. Good location, just off the main road, with two dining options just across the street. To have a basic breakfast provided was awesome; the selection was decent and the breakfast room was clean, pleasant and spacious. Nice outdoor area with seating, pool, and BBQs; although being winter we didn't utilise it.

The desk nook under the TV was dark and really needed a lamp - the only lighting in the room was from the two bedside lamps on the opposite wall. From the outside this place looks a little tired - in need of paint, and repairs to the parking lot asphalt - but in this case you really "can't judge a book by its cover".

The woman at the front desk was very kind and helpful especially when I locked myself out of my room on the first day. I’d also like to say there is a triple-o’s and gas station right behind the building which was convenient for food

The phone rang at 10:30am each day and I would answer but nobody was on the line. Also the shower curtain was tangled when I first got there so I fixed it. At some point during the night the ac unit in my room grinded loudly for about 10 seconds then spit out a ton of things into the air that could have been plastic but then it went back to normal.

The property is cute and seems well maintained, a bit dated but you can see they have done some Reno’s.

My stay all in all was good, quiet and comfortable, my one complaint if I had to give them some constructive criticism would be, what they offer in the kitchens in the kitchenette suites, 1 pot, 1 pan although you can get the job done it is very hard to make much with just that, and it does lack some basic kitchen gadgets that are inexpensive but would boost the experience, a cheese grater and a strainer would have made it far easier, and possibly looking into placing a true kitchen knife into it as well opposed to a bread knife. However, I would choose to stay here again, and those small things are mere hiccups!

They had upgraded my room which was nice. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Staff at desk and breakfast were friendly and helpful. I needed a document in an email printed out and they cheerfully did that for me.

The building itself appears a bit run down and in need of updates but you can see where they are putting improvements into the rooms which is what counts for me. The breakfast may be limited for some people's tastes but it was just fine for me. The location of the building is a bit of distance from restaurants but there is a pancake place and burger outlet within walking distance.

JJ at the front desk was amazing, inviting, engaging and made us feel welcomed right away. The room was extremely clean, though some dated elements such as the harvest gold bathtub, everything was spotless and many other things are upgraded. There was a handwritten note in the room from tye cleaning staff wishing us an enjoyable stay. The beds are new and extremely comfortable, top notch linens, abundance of comfortable pillows, etc. Good variety continental breakfast included, with a friendly staff member to cater to needs and questions. Cozy picnic areas with bbq's for guests, laundry facilities as well. A gem in Kelowna, everything is 5 minutes away including city park.

I can't say anything bad at all about our stay.

Staff were very friendly and helpful at check-in. Pet friendly room included food dishes and waste bags for our 2 dogs. Located one block off the main road and was easy access to other parts of town once you knew where it was located. Has bbq's and picnic tables if you're so inclined. Rooms were clean and comfortable beds. Room had fridge, counter top 2 burner stove top, kettle and toaster for home cooking.

Exterior could use a little more TLC, ie. paint and repairs. Needed a map to locate the first time in. Once we had landmarks, it was easy to find.

We were upgraded to a kitchenette. Would have been great for a longer stay. Place was clean but outdated. Good location near Harvey Street and Rec Center. Traffic noise was not bad. Enjoyed the small outdoor pool. Reasonable price compared to other Kelowna properties. Breakfast offering was sufficient for our needs. Nice to have that included. Very friendly staff. Nice to have barbecues and picnic table area on a small strip on edge of property.

We were in the pet area section and put up with incessant barking for half an hour before contacting the front desk to contact the absentee owners. Some people are not aware of how their animal behaves while they are gone. Annoying. Would ask to not be in that section. If you are a big breakfast eater, go across the street to the IHOP.

It was very clean and the staff was great. I liked the grassy area with the games and the BBQs. That was a nice touch. It is also close to the main roads, yet not on the main hiway, so getting around was easy.

It was unfortunate that the pool was closed although I understand it needed some repairs. It was not a big deal, just would have been nice to use it. The breakfast room is pretty small, that would be my biggest concern, but overall, I would stay there again
