Staff, restaurants especially Chop House Delicious! Cleanliness and great location.

Stayed here before and had “0” issues with the room then except for my recent stay. Air conditioning unit was old and not pumping out cold air. Worked but it was like having a fan n all night. This was a Queen room the prior stay was in a King deluxe and has no issues. The other thing in this particular room was the noise from the plumbing. You can hear faucets being turned on and off as well as the toilet flushing. This is an awesome hotel to stay in and staff is very nice and professional. Just not what I wanted this time around.

Very friendly and helpful staff in this historic hotel, well located in Milwaukee close to the river and local transport links. Comfortable bed and nice views of downtown.

If I'm being critical the room was quite dusty on surfaces that looked like they didn't get much contact - but this was minor. The bathroom and linens were spotless, so don't let this put you off staying here.

I loved the architecture in this hotel and the facilities and location are great. The staff was so helpful. A woman at the front desk (I think her name was Catherine?) adjusted my booking so I could stay longer and was able to keep me in the same room. She was SO helpful. Her excellent service was why I will come back here again to see my son at Marquette.

Friendly service workers, cool building, great restaurant, great location in Milwaukee. Loved the broadcasting honor hallway. Lots of neat history.

Yucky bedding. There was a stain on the bed cover, and it seemed tattered and worn. The room was quite expensive for its size.

The beauty and convenience of the Hilton is a winner. Had dinner at the Chophouse. Excellent A pleasant lunch at Millers. Giid foid and a great waiter/bartender.

Well thd fire alarm snd subsequent stay in the lot across the street during a big thunderstorm was very unpleasant. On the other hand the staff were very helpful and accommodating . Handled the issue very welljo

Comfortable bed. The room was quiet. It was a good location for using my bicycle to ride to the Irish Festival.

I did not like the dirt on the bathroom floors in the corner. I did not like the human hair in my paper coffee cup.

One cannot beat this hotel for its location. It has attached parking where you can leave the garage several times and not be charged extra.

We took part in the Saturday brunch. It was nice, but the waitress was clearly overwhelmed by how busy it was (restaurant was not half full). It took so long to get check, we charged it to our room. The room didn’t have a fridge, but there was an ice machine near our room. Pillows were not great.

It is conveniently located.

Our room was 60 degrees when we got there with no hot air coming out of the heater. They sent maintenance up and he got hot air to come out however when we came back to the room 6 hours later it was still only 71 even though the thermostat was set to 73.

In a good location, the bars and restaurants inside the hotel were nice and grand beauty of the old building.

The young lady at reception, we got there around 9pm and she was too busy on her phone to attend to our checking in and she was very blunt and not at all helpful.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of the city, close to great restaurants and attractions.

Table service in the hotel bar was not great (at the bar was very good) and the cafe service was abysmal. We were seated by staff but we sat for 15 minutes waiting -- for water, coffee, someone, anyone to come to the table--as we watched other people seated after us receive service. We got up and left, very disappointed.
