The hotel is located right in the city center, just a few minutes' walk from the historic old town. The Scheveningen beach district is only 3.5 km away, 15 minutes by bicycle. The Hague is a paradise for cyclists. The hotel rents out bicycles. Very friendly staff. Free coffee and tea in the hotel relaxation area; very cozy and inviting, and there are sightseeing books available that give lots of tips for an interesting. The Hotel have a parking lot, don't forget to make a reservation for your car. The Hague is not a paradise for car parking.!!!

The hotel boasts a prime location, making it easily accessible for guests. Its cleanliness is commendable, ensuring a comfortable stay. Each room is equipped with a modern electronic key system made of wood, providing both security and a touch of elegance. Additionally, air conditioning keeps the environment pleasant, while amenities like an iron and battery charger cater to guests' practical needs. Breakfast offers a standard selection but shines with its variety of fresh fruits, allowing guests to start their day on a refreshing note. Overall, this hotel combines convenience, comfort, and thoughtful amenities for a delightful experience.
Not enough vegan options.

Very nice room, though my single wasn't the biggest but it was big enough to open the suitcase and not trip over it all the time so that's nice. Fantastic sound isolation from the street, though you could hear what was going on in the corridor so that's not nice Very very good location Good contact with the staff Good breakfast, plenty of choice, food was good
The shower floor in my room wasn't built properly as the water was flowing AWAY from the drain Showerhead was damaged Very expensive parking - 23 EUR per day, but at least it was available so that's nice Generally - the price for the night (over 150 EUR) was definitely on the higher side, the most expensive place of my trip so far. Was it worth it? Not really tbh. I also don't believe in those 3 stars

Everything was decent enough. I received my room card digitally which was fantastic as I arrived after 10 p.m., additionally I had an inquiry with NS and the staff was very helpful. Furthermore, they have rooms for a single person if you are traveling alone (something that's not that common, sadly) and the breakfast was plentiful (a block table with whatever you might want). The rooms are a little bit on the small side, but it's not a big deal as they have bigger common areas. Overall, even though it's a little bit further away from the central train station and the centre, it is worth it.
No cons,

Diana in the Reception was simply amazing! She looked at my requests prior to my arrival and she did the best to accommodate them. The check in interaction was very pleasant and I was explained all the facilities in the hotel. I worked from the hotel lounge which had great coffee with oat milk, water and snacks! The hotel has been recently renovated and the rooms are very clean and the maintainance is perfect. The location of the hotel is great because there are many restaurants, bars, coffee places and just a great area to walk around. All the people working in the hotel were very nice and friendly and it was a pleasure to stay at this hotel.
I thought my stay was perfect!

Staff is very helpful and friendly, they go the extra mile to help and give solid advice. Just ask. Location is superb, tram stop a few meters away, you only cross the street 30 steps and you're ready to go. Restaurants and shops 5-10 minutes away. Peace Palace 10 minute walk. Free coffee and drinks and a nice cozy area to sit downstairs! I stayed in single Rooms, twice, both were similar, clean and cozy, a bit tight, but practical especially for solo travellers or business. Air conditioning works well, but you need to turn it on, hot water, clean towels and soap. Mattress is comfy, plastic chair and tiny desk for work, closed closet for your clothes and a hanger on the wall for your coat. Two electric sockets, and TV... Windows and nice street view in both rooms that I've tried.
It's not a big deal, and won't affect your experience but the Hotel entrance was a bit confusing for me upon first arrival. It didn't look like a main entrance, closed and a wall behind the glass door with arrows pointing to the right and writing :) The main entrance won't open unless you press a small button and someone must open from the inside, you can't see them... This only happens the first time you arrive, then you get an access card that opens hotel main entrance, elevator and room.

Nice hotel. Very clean. Friendly staff (e.g. helped me with finding tram lines and times). Superb breakfast: good selection of fresh fruit and vegetables, plenty to choose for vegetarians, also gluten-free and dairy free options available. Fresh pastries, cheese and ham. Also good scrambled eggs (made of real eggs) as well as sosages. Pretty quiet - no sounds heard from the street, but one could hear voices in the corridor and next room. Fortunately the neighbours happened to be not noisy. Relatively wide bed in a single room (120 cm).
A little distant from the centre but a nice walk (about 35 minutes from the Plain area. The pillow was awful - lumpy and hard. Fortunately there was a cushion that was softer so I used that instead.

Highly raccomended. Best feautures surely includes: location, staff, design. It's very close to the heart of the city. Clean, comfortable, and welkoming, i appreciated especially the ecofriendly and effective project behind this hotel. Also, despite the closeness ti the city center, the place is definitly quiet at night and allows for good sleep (also, very good mattress). Delicious breakfast option in the hotel or just around the corner.
Just a minor issue. I appreciated the bike-rental service, but i would suggest to keep some not-too-touristy bikes (lighter, not that noisy), because riding around (especially on beautiful and quiet beach tracks)i felt a bit out of place and a bit too rattling.

The hotel is in a great location for exploring the city. There is a bus a short walk away (or the tram) to get to the city centre and Scheveningen beach just andround the corner are cafes and restaurants for the evening. The room was a decent size, the bathroom quite big and there was free tea and coffee in the lounge area. We had a room towards the carpark and it was very quiet. We didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that.
Having a carpark at the hotel was great (and easy to book) but the price was steep. Having said that parking in The Hague in general is expensive. The room only had a very small window and we stayed when it was hot so there wasn't much ventilation in the room but it was okay
