Gizela was very efficient friendly & I could see a very good worker. I didn't get the gentleman's name, he was sociable & made my room pretty. Room 5 was bright with an adequate sized shower room. Plenty of quality towels & pumped dispensers for hand, shower gel & a separate one for shampoo. Water pressure was good. The code access is user-friendly & a short walk means plenty of everything. I greatly appreciated the lady who served breakfast on my last morning who kindly offered to carry my luggage to the exit. Although I didn't accept her offer thinking she had enough chores, it was a genuine gesture of kindness.

The wardrobe & storage within the bedroom could have been better. Breakfast space was limited one morning as there was capacity for six only. I felt for the couple with a young child who had to wait. I felt sorry for them & left the table early. My room was on the first floor & street rubbish was collected at some ridiculous night time hour. The noise was tremendous & affected my sleep.

My wife and I had a nice 2-night stay at this hotel. The room was small but clean and tidy. The bathroom had the essentials, including body wash and shampoo. We appreciated the breakfast service, which was provided by a friendly lady who made sure we were well taken care of. We also liked that the kitchen where food is prepared is open all the time, so you can have breakfast earlier if needed. They seem to leave out some pastries, jams, and other snacks for guests who want to have an early breakfast.

Having had our passports stolen in the south of the island, we had to go to the consulate in Santa Cruz to collect our new ones. This was a perfect location for us to stop overnight and was easy to book. The owners are a lovely family and were so helpful and understanding. I was unable to check in online, having no documentation, but they were happy to do it for me with the details I did have via WhatsApp. They were so kind and really flexible given our predicament of not knowing whether we would be able to check out the following day, so they held our room for the following night at no charge. The location is perfect for exploring the city and is only a short walk to the shops, sea front and marina area. The rooms are modern fresh and well maintained. This is a perfect stop over for Santa Cruz! Thank you so much!

Great location, less than 100m from the tram stop Owners and breakfast lady are lovely. Good continental breakfast freshly made . Nice sized clean room serviced daily. Very comfy bed but could do wit 2 bedside tables. Good shower and bathroom. No street noise. (we were at the back). Would I go back? Yes, without hesitation

Room (6) was on the third floor so a bit of a climb if you have mobility issues. The guy in the room upstairs liked to practice clog dancing and moving furniture at 6:00 am. Hopefully we were unlucky with that.

Booking provided wrong information to hotel , in my reservation said 2 adults + 3 kids, but hotel got that we are only adults without kids. But the owner was very nice with excelent customer service skills , so all was sorted out in the morning with the smile :) rooms are clean, breakfast was nice :) also i liked the kitchen open in the evening so we could cook sausages for our kids in the evening :)

The only minus is that there is no parking space and we were driving for 30mins each time looking for a free slot where to park the car :)

Parigi Hotel is in an excellent location for visitors to Santa Cruz de Tenerife. Although we only stayed for one night, we also felt very much 'at home' due to the exceptional care we received from the host Milena and her mother. The breakfast was very good quality and the outside terrace was a nice option to enjoy a good coffee and a small slice of home made cake!

A very minor point - it would have been nice to have small 'bed side' tables, although it could be difficult as space is at a premium in room #7.

The self check in pricess was easy and very clearly communicated the day before arrival. The cleanliness of the apartment and private bathroom. The bed was comfortable and had bedside plugs to charge your phones. Ample continental breakfast. Great value for money and in a good, quiet location. We will certainly visit again on our frequent short trips to Santa Cruz.

I wish we could have stayed longer :) The hotel is very nice, not large, modern - a short walk from the city centre. The room was bright and nicely decorated, there was a really comfortable bed, shelves/hangers, small balcony and a huge bathroom. Breakfast was superb - home-made cakes, freshly made orange juice and many other things to pick from. The communication with the owner was good - we received a code for the gate/room in advance, and they let us store our luggage in the hotel earlier than check-in time. Everyone from the staff we met was very friendly. If we are ever in Santa Cruz again we will definitely make another booking here.

I WOULD GIVE 1 POINT,but the owner was supernice. She deserves the 10 points,because she is super nice,and kind. She messaged us all the time,she helped us. There is cute little kitchen,and a mini balcony what you can use.

So if you are looking for privacy or a calm room,this is definetly NOT YOUR place!!! The walls are so thins,like you can hear what the neighbour doing in the bathroom,it is not a joke!! I couldn't sleep there because the snoring from the next room was so loud. It was really crazy. I could hear what they were talking about... This place is a HOSTEL not a hotel! Honestly,I didn't read all of the reviews before I booked the room...now I learned my lesson. Think twice before you book here. Btw if the owner can makes the walls soundproof it can be a really nice hostel.

Great location, very clean, the place has been recently renovated, everything’s new and very cosy. The hosts are super friendly and welcoming. The breakfast format was not a traditional one but very nice and tasty. Freshly squeezed juice and coffee were especially awesome as well as the home-made bakery made by Paola.

The walls / door are a bit thin (and probably our room location mattered) however the other guests were really quiet and did not bother us. Also it was a bit difficult to find a place for two huge suitcases with lots of stuff which unfortunately we had brought with us.
