We stayed 7 nights at room 324 (3. floor) with view to the park. The view to the park was the main reason to select this hotel. There are 3 rooms per floor with view to the park. Most rooms are facing to a narrow street opposite the park. But beeare: Many rooms have no park view or narrow street view but only view to a about 10 x 10 m hole between the buildings. Rooms on 4 floor to the narrow street has as fine balcony and looks fine. Breakfast is fine. Staff is fine. Parking in the street impossible. We parked for 10 euro per night at the underground parking at the Mencys hotel across the rambla. The park is an oasis and from 3. floor it was as if we stayed at the treetops (but the room was rather small and expencive and with a french balcony).

6 times we changed the key card to the room.

Location & hotel interior and staff all amazing. Would recommend highly & was shame I wasn't able to use the fantastic roof terrace pool.

I loved the location of the hotel and the staff was very nice and helpful, the interior is lovely and the breakfast was super fantastic. The room was very cozy and it had little balcony overlooking a big garden it was super nice. The shower in the bathroom was one of the best I've experienced in a hotel abroad. The Ac was perfect.

The bathroom in our room was a bit odd as you could see through the glass walls so there is not possible to have a complete privacy while staying at the toilet. It was ok for us as we have known each other for nearly 40 years but still a bit odd but we didn't mind.

Beautiful hotel so central to the ramblas and the park . We stayed in a Junior Suite which was an interior room windows overlooking a central courtyard which made it somewhat dark but extremely quiet which is a plus in a busy city and a double plus if staying during Carnival which we were.It’s fully air conditioned It has with a minibar, TV and very good WiFi connection. The bathroom has amenities by Codage Paris, bathrobe and slippers, and a massive rainfall shower .It also has a safe. Nothing I could fault hotel nicely decorated with extremely friendly staff, it also has a small sunny roof deck complete with gym and small swimming pool ( the pool was closed because it was being renovated but since we were staying in February wasn’t an issue with us

Newly refurbished with good touch. Nice and clean throughout. Our suite was ok, not out of this world, a bit pricey for the standard we get. Breakfast very good for 14€

No shade on the terrace and pool. I would expect at least a sign stating why there was no shade. We understood from staff that umbrellas had recently flown away because of wind and they were looking into finding a better solution. In the meantime they could have arranged temp fix

I have stayed there before, really like this hotel. I did not have any breakfast. Love the location, near the parque Garcia Sanabria. Good pool area on the roof terrace, with a good view, did not use the gym beside the pools. Good daily room cleaning.

Only negative is that there is no shadow available around the pool areas. I was there mid September and it was very warm around 28-30'.

The room was well-designed with a great view over the beautiful park. The bed was huge (and comfortable) and the bathroom was modern and inviting. Staff were also very pleasant and helpful, and the lobby and lounge areas are comfortable and great places to relax.

It was a little noisy outside (not the hotel's fault). The hand soap in the bathroom was a nice touch, but seemed to leave a slight oily residue. The carpets in the hallways could also do with being replaced.

Hotel's manager and her assistants were super helpful. We were offered two free upgrades to a superior room because our original room was too small for us and then our first upgrade was near the area of noisy construction works. The hotel is clean and tidy all throughout, location is just brilliant.

The buffet could be better, not much choice and not designed for vegan or vegetarian at all. Almost every time I had to ask for some veggie soup and grilled vegetable to be cooked for me. Also we didn't quite get the idea of having meals in the restaurant area via a menu and on other days been moved to buffet area. Not a big issue though. We didn't use the pool or gym upstairs, co cannot comment. The pool is not heated - that's all I know.

We had a wonderfull room, with the view on the park. The decoration is really beautiful The rooftop is very nice

The pool and jacuzzi were super cold . The ladies at the welcome desk should maybe learn how to be a little bit more polite and how to smile .... The welcoming was not like it is supposed to be for a 4 stars hotel .... i really think that they should take those comments into account

The lounge is comfortable and is great to work from. The room was very comfortable, with a great TV and big balcony with two sun loungers. Big bathroom too. Located next to a gorgeous park.

The pool area / terrace did not impress at all. The sun loungers looked like they needed a clean and the pool is very small. No bar and just a generally deserted feeling about it. I ended up leaving after a few mins and using the sun lounger in my balcony for a bit. Secondly, the room hadn’t been properly cleaned, which made me feel a bit uncomfortable. The floors looked like they needed hoovering and there were hairs in the sink and on the floor.
