We had a great stay at this hotel! The property was perfect - clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the room was comfortable and spacious. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay. The location is in a quiet street, yet still centrally located and near the most beautiful public park of Santa Cruz

We had a minor confusion about the cleaning process of the room, but it was quickly resolved after communicating with the manager through WhatsApp. Once we figured out how things worked, everything was perfect. Overall, it was a small matter and didn't affect our enjoyable stay at the property.

Very comfortable suite with a perfect location near to the city center and to the Parque García Sanabria! Sonia helped us in each situation and had a very short response time. The suite has a little kitchen equipped with toaster, coffee machine, oven, stove, fridge and dishwasher for basic cooking. The Park Suits is located in a safe residential area. In addition the area has an lockable entry gate and additionally entrance to the house and to your private suite. There are also security cameras outside. There is a pool in the backyard and a beautiful roof top. The apartment was perfectly clean, each morning they will clean up the suite if desired (like in a hotel, you can hang out the "please clean" or "releax" sign). We can definitely recommend this accommodation!

Beautiful house in a quiet area close to a nice park. Perfect renovated house and suites with a small pool and a beautiful rooftop terrace. Rooms are very stylish furnished, kitchen well equipped and the shower is gorgeous. Regular cleaning of the rooms if requested. The lady who does the service is always available in the morning and will help in any room-matter. Sonia, the heart of the house, did her very best to make our stay very comfortable, starting from the first communication, recommendations of restaurants or possibilities for parking- thank you so much. Remarks regarding parking: As mentioned on booking.com, there is no parking spot on the property. If you are as lucky as we were, you'll mostly find a f.oc. parking spot on the streets arround the house. If not, there is a underground parking close by where you can park your car, even over night (Dec. 2022 - 11,90€ for 24 hours)

Fantastic stylish accomodation in a wonderful part of the city, with a lovely park at the end of the road. The building has recently been renovated to an extraordinarily high standard with beautiful outside spaces .We really enjoyed the pool and having a glass of wine in the garden in the evening. We were a group of 5 and so had the two apartments with sofabeds. Sonia was a wonderful host. Santa Cruz is also a great city - we all really loved it . Highly recommend both the city and these luxury apartments. ( Ps it also has an apartment which has been designed to suit someone in a wheelchair.)

Literally everything was amazing. We greatly enjoyed our stay in The Park Suits. The accommodation was very well maintained, spacious and crystal clean, everything is thought out down to details. The host met us and gave us a tour of the villa. The building has a history! Also swimming pool area is a great place to spend hot summer days. You feel like you are taken care when you stay in this accommodation.

Would be good to have: shampoo (not shower gel & shampoo), as I needed a bit of it during the stay, so I had to buy new bottle and just throw it away after the stay.

We loved everything! We felt really welcome by Sonia the host when arriving. Also the housekeeper lady was always really friendly when we met her. The building is really beautiful, well renowated but old details saved. We especially enjoyed the sunny rooftop terrace, but also the pool since it's heated. Suite is spacious and beautifully decorated. Really comfortable bed. Location was perfect to us. Quiet and beautiful area and many parks around, but just a short walk to most central streets. Will definately book again if we return to Tenerife.

There was not convinient place to dry swimsuits, since the towel rack is placed above the toilet seat. There could be a rack inside the shower cabin. But that's the only improvement we can think of. 🙂

We really enjoyed our week in this lovely, immaculate, stylish suite, which had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was excellent. The property has been tastefully renovated and we welcomed the outside seating, either by the pool or on the roof terrace. It’s in a very quiet neighbourhood and it was nice to have the lovely Parque García Sanabria just down the road. Sonia was very helpful, always available over WhatsApp, and gave some good restaurant and café suggestions, all within easy reach. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at The Park Suites. 😊 The apartment was so beautiful, we had all the necessary amenities, and the location was great (a quiet street, but close to bus and tram stops, next to a park). Sonia and Angela were really helpful. We would highly recommend staying here. 😊

Fantastic location. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance and the most beautiful park nearby with a great little restaurant there. Well worth a visit.

Some shade by the pool. It was the only small thing that was wrong. It needed an umbrella or two.

This has to be the best apartment on the island! It is super modern, impeccably clean, spacious and the communication with the owner is super nice. Location is directly next to a park and you can walk everywhere. The pool is fantastic and so is the rooftop. We really enjoyed some relaxing hours there. Would always come back.
