The room was excellent, really well presented, and the locks to get in etc. worked a treat. One very small point was there were no teaspoons in the room (I did say it was a small point!).
I appreciate that this is something outside your control but I found the music emanating from the pub below a bit tiresome - I could say that I heard nothing that suggested there was a pub below us APART from the 'thump' pf the base coming through the floor. I realise that there's nothing you can do about this but I did note that it didn't seem to finish until about 1.00am ans I also reaslie that the night we stayed was a Saturday.

The rooms are really lovely. The bathroom was great. Decor is fab.
There was a party on the Saturday evening, it was even bigger because of a nearby electricity outage. So a lot of people came to the bar. I knew there would be music and bar customers into the night. And didn’t mind it so much. But for this night loud music was going on it the beer garden until midnight. I thoroughly loved the stay and the apartments are fab! So it was ‘ok’ as I knew to expect the disruption, and I think this one was a one off for the night in question. Also no mini fridge. Was ‘ok’ for me but I do like to pop a water in and a snack. I like that they encourage buying food from local area by doing this though, so it’s just a point I wanted to note

The room is just luxurious, beautifully laid out and decorated with soft lighting and great atmosphere - it's a sumptuous bedroom with a beautiful bathroom/wet room. The bed is the real star of the show - it's huge, and gorgeous and ultra comfortable - probably the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. A great coffee machine with real coffee, plenty of space for clothes. A great TV - this place has everything you want. You are right in the middle of the town centre and the market, open on a Tuesday and Friday, just outside the door has a great little cafe area. The bar underneath is lovely and it has a great outside area too.
Parking was a pain - the only option is to park in one of the public car parks, the closest being just outside the door to the Silk Rooms. Cheshire East have made as difficult as they can and started charging from 8.00am - 10.00pm. As I have mobility issues we had no choice but to park as close as we could and set the alarm for 8.00. It's expensive too. There are cheaper places to park, Tatton street car park has an all day rate which is much better but too far away. We will go back, I can't imagine staying in Knutsford again and not staying in the Silk Rooms. You will not be disappointed - it's a really beautiful place to stay.

We loved the location, presentation, access, lay out, decor, facilities. We were much pleased the tv actually had netflix and prime on! Surprising how many dont.
There only seemed to be one sachet of milk for a brew and 1 sugar (which i use 2 of each just for 1 brew) i have to say our room was quite dusty to be honest. Not to throw any shade, it was a beautiful suite to stay, it just so happened to be a very sunny of day which highlighted how much dust there was on light shades, curtains, in the air etc..... Oh and the side lights on the walls seemed to flicker alot. Other than that the bed was very comfortable and all other amenities catered for.

My husband and I were flying into Manchester airport before embarking on a 10-day pilgrimage of Christian ruins. We would be staying in student lodging at Durham University so my goal was to find a place near Manchester airport where we could rest up from our journey and have some really good 'sleeps' (on a really high-quality mattress with terrific linens.) The Silk Rooms delivered IN FULL!! Gorgeous modern space (we had room #6), that could be fully darkened in the daylight, helping us catch up on some lost sleep. Remote access, so we didn't meet any staff, but fresh towels and 'biscuits' were delivered daily. Knutsford, by the way, is a plush, charming English town with fantastic shops and restaurants. We could walk to the all from The Silk Rooms. Would return in a heart-beat.

Location was brilliant, car park right outside the property. Beautiful room, big and comfy bed. Easy access with the pin so you don't need to worry about the key or key card. Gorgeous décor, loved the room being all the same colour and just lovely space. Because of the style of the property, you could hear other guests coming in or walking (we were the top floor of the property but bottom to the couple of other rooms). It was like being in the same house with other people but in separate, secure rooms. Which didn't bother us too much, just something to be aware of.
All the comments are of very minor things that did not spoil our stay. Coffee pods didn't work even though we have followed the instructions, we would end up with just hot water in a cup. It wasn't as pristine clean as I would like it to be, bit dusty in places but nothing major. Door to the bathroom would not close properly unless you really pushed it with strength which then created a noise and wasn't ideal if you wanted to use the toilet at night.

Lovely decor, comfortable bed, excellent location.
Although the property was lovely, clean and in a good location it was extensively overpriced considering it is electronic check in, no breakfast or option to add on a breakfast and no parking included. Although nicely decorated, the facilities were pretty basic. There was nothing above and beyond what you would expect to find in any accommodation to reflect the price- the lack of refreshments (we only had two sachets of milk, one teabag and not enough coffee for the length of our stay) was an oversight.

The bed was comfortable and the decor pleasant if rather dark. Much thought had been put into the aesthetics. Enjoyed our stay.
More thought should have gone into functionality such as position of bed side lamps . Small wash basin and difficulty in getting cold water. Parking arrangements have changed recently so we were caught off guard . No free Sunday parking and maximum stay of 4 hours so had to move to Princess car park further away.

Rooms really well appointed and comfortable. Easy to find and access. Would book again!
Only issue we had was that we didn’t realise the market was on (every first Sunday of the month) and the signage was not clear in the public car park. Our car was blocked in so we couldn’t leave Knutsford until 1600 that afternoon. I’m not sure if I missed a notification but even though it’s not the properties problem it might be worth notifying customers if the book the Saturday night.
