Good breakfast and helpful staff. The room was large and spacious, even though we didn't spend more time other to sleep and shower, it was good, modern, and up to our liking. I liked that each room had a picture by the room number to probably help kids recognize their room by something other than the number and it added a little extra fun identifier for the room. I liked that soap, shampoo and conditioner dispensers were provided in the shower, even though they weren't great - the shampoo didn't lather up very well. The pool and gym were open 24 hours a day!

There was one sticky spot at the bottom of the bed that we ended up cleaning with a towel.

Nice large room! Loved that the pool was open 24 hours a day. We went swimming after fireworks and it was nice and quiet without a ton of kids. They also served a free simple buffet dinner in the evening. Awesome! Great location!

Not much. We did request a top floor and they put us on the bottom. Breakfast was good, but the employees weren't keeping things filled. No forks, cups, fruit, milk, yogurt, ham. Lots of empty things and lots of guests. We saw them come and check once.

Very clean and well kept, and public areas were clean and comfortable.

I felt that some of the staff were just tolerating us, and our request for late checkout was denied. We were traveling because of a death in the family and we had to wait for others family members to arrive to pick us up.

HamptonInn Idaho Falls meets the expectations you'd have of other hotels within the franchise: well-equipped, clean, and modern rooms and a nice breakfast as well as a good indoor pool. We stayed there as a family of four and had zero complaints - everything met our needs and expectations.

Very clean, quite, well maintained hotel. specially the complimentary dinner offer really warm our hearts . The hot breakfast is delicious too. I’ll will come and stay again in future.

Easy check in process. Friendly front desk staff. Clean lobby and rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Easy walking distance to restaurants. Easy to get to from the highway.
