Misty at the front desk is fabulous. She was ok w is sitting at the table in the lobby to eat dinner that we'd picked up @ Texas Roadhouse. She made us so at ease, we didn't feel like we were making anyone mad by being there. LOVE the chartreuse desk chair! Perfectly comfy and I need one!

$50 for our CUTE little dog? Most we've ever paid. Housekeeping could do a little overall dusting touch up - top of tv, mirror, other upper "ridges" need to be wiped off once in a while.

It was clean and quiet. I was on the 3rd floor and it was an all no smoking floor. That was the best because I have asthma and any smoke makes me wheeze. The cleaning room staff was very nice and friendly.

The only thing I didn't like was the hot tub/spa was out of order, but overall that is not a deal breaker.

Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Room was very spacious and , clean, beds very comfortable, room was quiet with little sound from neigboring rooms, good wifi, basic hot breakfaast with decent choices

Hotel is a bit far from I15 Interstate ( if that's the route one is on), but trade off is little traffic noise.

I loved the location and the amenities! I loved the convenience of having the pool open til midnight but feel it should be open longer!

the pool should be open til like 3 am as I work nights and have a different schedule than most. one employee particular that works nights was very rude and called us saying we were loud at 2:30 am! we were laying down watching television! I did let them know the next day and the lady did try to make it right by giving us a gift certificate but I was upset when we really were not that loud!

Breakfast was awesome pool and hot tub very nice! It was in a good location I was able to walk to many places saving money on renting a car.

They share an airport shuttle with holiday Inn which is great but when I got to the airport and called Hampton inn they told me I had to call the holiday Inn to arrange it. I feel like they should have called for me instead of me standing outside at the airport at 9pm trying to find the number. When I left they arranged for it which is what I would expect. Its a small thing but it would be more convenient for the guests

The staff was super friendly and addressed a minor issue with had with the room immediately.

The pool and hot tub were both closed for renovations. I think they should inform guests of this during the booking process.

The continental breakfast was unfortunately the worst we have had at a Hampton Inn. In our opinion it would be better to not have breakfast at all if that is the best they can do.

Good location. Very nice place. Everything was clean and inviting. Staff was friendly and helpful. The kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast had a great variety.

Wish there was a fan in the bathroom.

The breakfast was great. The location is in the housing area of Idaho Falls and is ok. Very near a hospital and can have life flight come over and cause a stir, but life flight is needed.

It's a little off the main path, but a good enough location. Quiet for the most part.
