Hyatt Place Moab was our absolute favorite hotel on our two-week vacation! The rooms are modern and we loved having a couch in our hotel room. Breakfast was great. Would have liked stronger coffee though. The view from the pool area is incredible - the main reason we chose this hotel. We were lucky enough to have a room close to the pool, so very family friendly for gaining access to pool area.

The bathtub in the shower did not drain properly. Had to turn off water many times to let water drain. Did not let the front desk know until we were checking out, but am confident they would have fixed had we asked.

We have stayed here multiple times and love the location. It is quiet, just outside of downtown Moab, and easy to access the National Parks. The rooms are very spacious, comfortable, and updated. Breakfast is one of the highlights due to the variety of foods that are prepared and the delicious taste. The restaurant/bar is also a nice place to have a drink and meal, very convenient. We also enjoy the pool when it's open and the hot tub is huge.

One of the main reasons we chose to stay here was because of the hot tub, which was under repair when we checked in. When told it was fixed we headed right out, but it was like a warm pool. The next night we thought it would have warmed up but it was even colder.

Closeness to Arches National Park and downtown Moab. Breakfast was included. Separate seating area in the room so you don't have to watch TV in bed. Good water pressure and hot water. Pool area was nice.

Getting out of the parking lot was challenging due to all of the traffic. Service at the bar was slow & seemed disorganized . The main host at the front desk had to keep running back and forth to help the waitress at the bar. Some of the staff at breakfast could not communicate in English. Pool area could use more lounge chairs. The plastic chairs are uncomfortable.

The staff was great. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good. Good location away from the busy town area but just a short drive if you need anything.

The pool area is smaller than I expected. The chairs around it are not comfortable. The hotel sits very close to the road so you do hear some traffic noise if you have a room facing the road like we did. It was quite over night though.

The ubication of this hotel is really good, because is close to all place we want to visit.

The first morning we were having breakfast at the hotel, we were embarrassed because of the staff, they do a good job cooking and cleaning, the only bad thing is that they do it with headphones on and therefore they don't have that sense that when they speak they shout. Well, my son has Autism and he was holding his toasted bread with his mom, he couldn't use the tongs since he became too big, because instead of the person who was there telling him that it was better to use the tongs, he just did it. I yelled at him, yes, yes I yelled at him: "Don't touch the bread, throw it away" and my son didn't understand it was his bread that he was touching. All the people saw the man because he shouted and also my son because he stayed silent and they were all doing the same thing.

Good location, comfortable. Good parking.

Breakfast starts at 6am, probably can start earlier as many people are hiking and want to beat crowds into national parks. Sound insulation isn’t that good

One of the staff was great, we had several interactions, while the rest were just ok, the difference really stood out . ( man, also took care of the bar/restaurant)

In house restaurant seemed somewhat improvised. There was an individual sprawled across several seats on his laptop for hours on end while we were there. Not a problem in itself but seemed odd.

Absolutely loved this place for price/quality! Room was spacious and clean, swimming pool was great - lovely seating area and outdoor space in general. Breakfast was good, staff very friendly. Free laundry on site, which is great when travelling through a red sand area! 10 mins drive from Arches National Park and close to restaurants and stuff in Moab.

Nothing I can think of, really had a great stay here.

Clean, good size rooms. Nice jacuzzi. One breakfast was great with beans and roasted veggies , the rest of the days was also good, but more normal- scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, breakfast meat, waffles or French toast. High quality yogurt, fruit, hot and cold cereals. Juice, coffee, tea.

Lines for breakfast before 9 AM are long. One day oatmeal was completely undercooked.

My bedroom super clean, food very good, my bed my pillow I’m very special when comes to clean but this place was super clean , staff in this place are that best ❤️Good hard working people is what makes this place Run perfectly ,

Swimming pool was to small wi didn’t have that space to swim to crowded no space I wanted to swim after my hikes but was no space there - my kids not happy 😨
