The room was large, lovely, and very comfortable. The pool area was great, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was close to the entrance to Arches National Park.

For the price of the room, they should pick up the trash every day. We stayed five nights, and they only made the bed and cleaned once. It was great they had a laundry, and there were three washing machines, but only one dryer was working, so finishing the laundry was time-consuming and inconvenient.

This is a lovely hotel. The room felt airy with high ceilings. The sofa was comfortable for reading. The highway was not far outside the window, but there was NO road noise. The walk-in shower was so much nicer than a tub with shower. Breakfast was excellent with a chef making our omelettes and chicken sausage. Complimentary coffee was available in the lobby at all times as well as hot water and cocoa mix. We did not use the pool but it is heated and looked enticing.

The tv did not offer abc nor PBS our news sources. A rug in front of the sofa and next to the bed would have been a nice addition to the atmosphere and warmth of the room.

Nice room with tall ceiling. Clean room, comfy bed, large bathroom with walk in shower. Good breakfast with hot menu changing daily. Nice pool and hot tub, though we didn’t use them. We were travelling with our dog, but there was no place to walk her other than the parking lot. There was a small sloped grassy area next to the parking lot that was nice for the dog.

The chair in the room was not very comfortable, too shallow a seat and a low back.

This was a beautiful surprise and we absolutely loved the hotel. We had a huge room (more like a studio), with a full kitchen, a living-room area (the couch was a pull-out couch), 2 Queen beds, and 2 TVs. The room was very spacious and had everything needed, and some more. Breakfast in the morning had a lot of options: cereals, eggs, yogurts, breads, and staff was very kind. We also had time to enjoy the jacuzzi and pool at night, which was a nice refreshing moment after hiking at Arches National Park. We also appreciated the free parking. The hotel is very well situated, 5 minutes away from the entrance of Arches National Park, and 5 minutes from the center of Moab. We can definitely recommend this hotel for a family, couple, or even alone. We had a great time and we will come back for sure.

Small detail, but the laundry room had 3 washers and 3 driers and only 1 washer and 2 driers were working. More maintenance in that area would have make this a 10/10 stay,

Great location for both Canyonlands and Arches National Park! Friendly staff all around. Waiter at bar/lounge area was great and the chef for both dinner/breakfast are awesome! The room was spacious, comfortable bed, and dog friendly. My pup and I had a wonderful stay.

The only issue was paying for a room with mountain views-we were on the first floor with parking lot views.

Comfortable, clean, modern room. We booked a king room and got access to a shared studio space with kitchen and living room that we had all to ourselves during the stay. Staff were wonderful. Pool was refreshing and the longe chairs and cabanas were great in the heat. Views were great. Very close to Arches. We stayed after a week of river/desert camping so the air conditioning and shower felt like heaven.

We hoped to walk to the brewery next door during our stay but they were closed. Not an issue with the hotel of course. We just needed to drive into town since the 110 degree heat made that walk a little too far.

Location, pool area, room size.

No AC in lobby for first few days. Room was not very clean.... Floors dusty even after room service. Limited room cleaning service. Breakfast not very hot... Even though they had cook station. Seemed expensive for what you got

We loved the way the hotel looks, the newness and cleanness of it, The beds were so comfortable. The pool and hot tub awesome. The location is great, too. There wasn't much we didn't like about our stay.

The only thing that could have been a little better was the breakfast. There was always a hot option, which changed every day, but tit would be nice if there were some better pastry options. The ones on offer were packaged and not very good. It was nice to have yogurt and toppings like blueberries and granola.

One of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The bed was super comfortable— even the pillows! The amenities were top notch. The included breakfasts were awesome, it was something different each day made fresh, and then you also had your typical continental breakfast set-up. I needed to do laundry, and the laundry room was super clean. The washer dryers were operated by an app, which was super convenient as it would notify you when your loads were ready to be switched.

We spent a couple of nights in MOAB on our way to St. George, Utah. We visited Arches National Park and Canyonlands and Dead Horse Point State Park, all of which are fantastic. The Element is located just a few minutes from the entrance to Arches and within 45 minutes of Canyonlands and Dead Horse Point. The hotel is fresh and relatively new and has a most excelent staff and amenities.
