I liked the resort's spacious areas and the variety and size of the swimming pools. The cleanliness, service, and attention of the pool supervisors. The enthusiasm, service, and attention of all the restaurant staff. The supervisor (Doaa) adds to the atmosphere of closeness and intimacy, and her attention to all guests. Of course, the reception team, without exception, is distinguished by its good treatment and attention to guests' requests. Finally, the distinguished entertainment team adds a wonderful atmosphere of intimacy, positivity, and entertainment to the resort, which is loved by everyone, young and old, and of all nationalities.

Nothing

Good food, always a large selection of dishes, a large and beautiful territory, it is regularly looked after. A very beautiful reef, lots of corals and fish. The rooms are large, and there are many pools. There is a market opposite the hotel where you can buy everything you need, from souvenirs to medicines. Nice SPA with wonderful massage

Some waiters are asking for tips too much, taking tables at lunch for those who leave them these tips. The waiter wouldn't let us sit at the table, he said it was for other guests who (I think) were leaving something for him.

I want to start off by saying how welcoming the hotel is as soon as you enter. The staff on reception are extremely helpful, especially Mr Eid, who was happy to help with any issue we had. The hotel was always so clean and tidy, shoutout to the housekeeping team, Mohamed and Ibrahim All the staff in the restaurant are amazing Big shoutout to Ibrahim, Ahmad, mohamad and Mr Lofty. Everybody is always so attentive and looking after us all the time, they are all so hardworking and always want to make sure we have the best experience as possible All the staff from Eagle Divers were great and lovely Ali and Mohammad special mention as they were great salespeople and very knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. They went above and beyond and helped us book our trip to Ras Mohamad- A lovely day trip on the boat where we did snorkelling and diving. the White Island was beautiful but you can’t beat snorkelling in Tiran, it was the most amazing place. You cannot miss Quad biking in the Safari either!! We booked with Hamada who was lovely. We had a trip to the desert where we rode the quad bikes and also camels and was accommodated very well, Hamada was also really helpful as we had friends in Sunrise Arabian (The hotel next to us) and they booked with him as well so we were altogether on the safari trip which was great !! Ahmed spoke to us about swimming with dolphins and we would have liked to do this but we unfortunately didn’t get the time to do this, hopefully next time! Once again shout out to all the staff at Eagle Divers, they were all amazing and friendly and they always look after you and make you feel special. A big shoutout to the lifeguard team, Shehab, Moustafa, Mohamed Arby always watching and attentive to the sea, Make sure you speak to Moustafa and book in for the spa, they do great massages and the scrubs make your skin feel so smooth. everything was great

Above all, I’d like to point the staff who made up our stay lovely, entertaining. Special thanks to beautiful Olya gor her hospitality and Memo for his amazing energy from animation team. All the meals was great with tons of options. Open buffet is real huge and it is impossible that you cant find anything to eat. Rooms were clean, we have stayed in a premium suite which is large and have a great jacuzzi inside. Housekeeping workers was great and very good at hospitality. They always ask if we need anything. Animation team prepared great shows every night which kept us entertained. we did not even leave the hotel. also during the day there were games at the beach and pool area. yoga, coctail games, belly dances, volleyball and so on. Thank you all! This hotel will definetly be our choice next year!

The bed and the pillows a bit uncomfortable

Staff were very accommodating, depending on the package you choose, everything you need is there. The rooms are exceptionally clean. Food for all types are catered for (not to mention that everything is Halaal). The facilities, including the beach is well maintained. The views are unbelievable and everywhere is safe in the resort. Heated pools were fantastic and dinning experience is beyond expectation.

With this been a very secluded resort, most of the entertainment is found in the resort itself and hardly would look elsewhere for entertainment. The Taxi fares are on the pricey side however if you going just to relax in one place where you have everything at your disposal then this place is well worth the stay! The resort is big, so to get from one end to the other does take up some time however they offer lifts every 10 minutes from various pickup and drop-off points in the resort.

Very nice facility. Best place to eat, play, drink and sleep. Safe for families.

Noticed staff are not very happy with their job. Small tip helps with this problem. Staff also should be aware that there are customers from countries other than Russia.

Literally everything in this hotel is perfect. Staff is super friendly, polite and helpful. Facilities are great! Gardens around the hotel are immaculate and beautifully maintained. Food is top class and there are always so many options to chose that from that its difficult to decide what to eat. Pools are very clean, lifeguards are very helpful and keep en eye on everyone making sure all guests are safe in water. Hotel's beach is great, not only plenty of sun loungers, but also great access to water. Reef opposite hotel is awesome - you can snorkel all day long without having to pay for a boat excursion. Sultan Gardens has the best beach from all nearby hotels- I know, as I was staying previously in one of the them.

I liked everything and I don't want to criticise the hotel because my stay was PERFECT. But I want to make a little suggestion. During meal times, some guests filled their plates to the brim and then leave them unfinished. This causes a lot of food being wasted. This is not OK. Maybe the hotel should encourage their guests to take smaller portions and to top up their plates when they want more. We can't forget that over 30 million people in Africa suffers from hunger!

Overall amazing experience. Ask for free transfer from the airport to the hotel in advance, which makes life soo much easier. Arrived late but they kept the restaurant open for the late comers. Had a room upgrade on arrival without asking for it. Very polite and helpful staff, everybody was there to make our stay exceptional and comfortable. Room was great size, clean and well equiped. One day we were given a fruit basket 😊 Our room was half way between the main building and the beach, but there is a bus going around in the resort regulary. Large selection of food in the restaurants and there are a lot of bars all around the resort. Beach is clean and well kept. Coral reef looks amazing, you can see a lot of colourful fishes when snorkling. We went to a boat trip near to Tiran island which is an amazing place for scuba diving and snorkling, definetly worth to go.

Can’t think anything

Sultan Gardens is a true paradise for a holiday! The hotel is spotless, with daily cleaning and top-notch room service. Food is also a must-try - they have a wide variety of dishes, including meats, seafood, and fresh vegetables. We had a few minor issues at first, but with the help of the amazing guest relations Marina D., and the super helpful manager, Mohamed S., everything was sorted out. We had one of the best holidays ever! And don’t forget to try the spa centre! I had a series of five massages and left feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. My massage therapist, Ahmed, was incredible!

Everything is amazing

The resort and rooms are very clean relative to the surrounding hotels. Showers have good water pressure. Family room is relatively spacious. Accoustics in the dining area is far better than the extremely noisy restaurants of surrounding resorts. Beach has superior access to the water (having a sandy bottom for first few feet, which does not exist in surrounding coast line). Food is clean and served, guests don't reach and take themselves thus leaving things clean and in a better state than other resorts. Pool is very relaxing and my son loved it. Cocktails at the various bars are great as is the beer. Staff mostly wear masks for superior hygiene. Cleaning service is thorough and frequent and resort didn't feel over populated. We always found available loungers. Taxi service outside was very comfortable and we loved the inclusive shuttle service to the airport. Indian restaurant was very tasty. We stayed in another adjacent resort that while having superior layout of the external grounds, was vaslt inferior in cleanliness, quiet, beach access, room comfort, staff treatment and food quality. We'd definitely choose Sultan Gardens over them if we had to choose again.

The hotel is undergoing renovations so if your room happens to be located near the workers it'll get noisy early in the morning. Lunch buffet is not up to the standard. The staff, while very accommodating and friendly are slightly over persistent in their attempts to market additional paid services such as safari expeditions, diving, spa etc... And at times we were approached every ten minutes to be proposed.
