Sea was nice and you dont need to go anywhere for swim with fish. Alcoholic drinks was enough dont worry. Personel was kind and helpful and special thanks Karlos from Pool Bar and Bishop from Loby Bar:) Soho square was so close for night walks and also you can go other places with taxi in 15 min. Our flight arrived at night and reception was kind and take semi price for early check in. You can book boat trips from guys who are walk around in beach.

Mosquitos was painful and there is not protection for them in rooms. Room furniture was old but it not so important if it Clear. Balcony doors cant open from outside and there is nothing you can do if you locked outside. Foods was enough but not so tasty or not good for us, especially barbecu and pizza guy behave different to guests and he dont give you pizza if you dont fight for it. House keeping personnels was so kind ( especially Amir) but equipments were smelly. Please more animation for parents....

Perfect Hotel: five stars! -Location: 8 minutes from the airport -Staff: Amazing! Very welcoming, they speak English, Italian and Russian too! -Room: Wi-Fi, the room is very big; big bathroom, comfortable beds, big wardrobe and a balcony! The view is amazing! -Cleanliness: very clean, bathroom is equipped with everything and has a hair dryer! -Food: everything included, you can go at the dining area and eat whatever you like! Also at the bars by the pool/beach -Outside: I was amazed by seeing the amount of flowers, palm trees, and different type of birds. The corals and different type of fish are amazing! The building is unique. -Activities: plenty by the pool, and also a diving area by the beach! Coming back for sure!

Location is great, just 10 mins walk from Soho square. Food at restaurant tastes delicious and lots of varieties to pick. Amazing beach with spectacular snorkeling area. Special Thanks to Mr Samuel Receptionist for his support and professionalism. Big Thanks goes to Natali and Akon from animation team, specially beautiful Natali for embracing and entertaining our kid. It was my First visit but wont be the last for sure. We need more Beach activities ( like volleyball, aqua gym, etc ) than bellydancing, Yoga and darts. Also snacks are not tasty and repetitive, everyday fajita, hotdog and fries on beach, so doesn’t make sense to eat same food everyday and some people prefer to skip lunch and have just light snack till dinner time to remain enjoying beach time. Gym needs gym lol. Note: à La carte restaurants are free of charge at most of the hotels, just guests book a date and enjoy the meal, so please consider waiving charges for those restaurants.

Location: The airport is only 12 minutes away. The hotel is at Sharks Bay and the beach of the hotel is basically an aquarium. Once you jump into the sea, you will immediately face the kind of fish that you would see on a Ras Mohammed diving tour. Staff: Ahmed at front desk and Housekeeper Mahmoud were excellent. The staff in the restaurant area were professional. And considering these people are working 14 hours a day, I think their attitude towards tourists were great. Food: The food is good. You are definitely getting what you are paying for. I was reading some comments about food being very bad before I booked my room, and I would say to those people that you can always pay x5 price for a room next door hotel (Four Seasons) if you want better food.

Gym: This is a total disappointment. Covered with shade nets, just 6 old machines to work out. I think the gym is there to say we have a gym. Concierge: I wanted to book a desert tour but nobody at the hotel could help me. I felt like they wanted to help me but they didn’t know how. How is it possible that there is nobody at the hotel to book a simple tour.

The hotel is located right on the beach where there are amazing corals and fish. We spent six fun all-inclusive days, an ideal rest holiday, especially the room service / arrangement and the person in charge at the reception named Ayman who helped and advised and even booked us taxis at a fair price. In addition he extended our stay in the room by a few hours at no extra charge. Highly recommend staying at this hotel.

The music at the beach and in the pool is a bit excessive and noisy, we had to ask several times to lower the volume and also to vary the types of music.

All was included even drinks. Food was plenty,many choices and good quality

Was no Sand Beach or amminities at the property like glass boat....etc

The staff are very friendly and service-minded. I’d like to especially mention the bartender Gasser who remembered our preferences, our housekeeper Mohammed (for room 1239) who accommodated our comings and goings and the friendly Nader in the reception. We got a free upgrade and the sea view was incredible. The balcony for each room gives a very airy and pleasant impression. The beach and the reef are very pleasant and clean. Food selection is extensive, generally hygienic and tasty, with the exception of sausages which were awful. Desserts are especially tasty!

Everything beyond the reception/lobby area is old-looking and worn (but it’s kept clean and tidy). The constant blaring music by the pool and beach got on our nerves after a few days. The air conditioning was noisy so we mostly left it off. I only ate at the hotel but got food poisoning for two days. But my wife didn’t get it.

Everything was perfect and well organized. The staff were very decent, friendly and helpful. Very good variety in food every meal nice choice of protein and salads also snacks were delicious pizza , fajitas , hotdog and fries. The animation team was funny and creative every night with new show. The beach is spectacular! It’s a bit deep (7 meters down) yet perfect for snorkeling with all the fishes swimming around you 😍 In addition, there is a bus that takes you to/from soho square every day for free which is perfect overall i enjoyed my stay to extreme and would definitely repeat it next vacation!

Nothing, the room furniture may be a little bit old but won’t affect your stay at all. It’s just not that fancy but very comfy and clean

The fact that other guests doesnt seem to care. It saddend me to see the amounts of food wasted just because the guests want to dish up so much more than they can eat, instead of "sharing" their meal with the less fortunate by saving the left over food that are then given to the less fortunate, they over indulge just because they can.
