Price Quality. Comfy swipe up room (1114) we had. Staff were amazing at all times and well educated. Variety of food and quality. Abdallah responsible for room cleaning was great and did amazing structures with towels 😅 Shadi the waiter was incredible, Jad & Beshoe (hope pronounced right) from reception were lovely. Staff made the experience even better...we were so relaxed hence why we stayed one more night than planned 😀🙏 Thank you all ❤️🙏

Beach closing at 18:00! Just when perfect time for a swim in the sea 😩 Entertainment at night hardly exists and clashes with dinner time. The nights we stayed, we hardly seen any show because we would be having dinner still...and when we arrive its only music on.Not like it has good shows tbh but If this is a resort, then entertainment needs reviewing seriously and planned well so can keep customers entertained at night! We were so disappointed with entertainment that we would not come back to this resort if it stays the same. Entertainment makes a big difference especially when you go all inclusive!

super Management, super team top service Front office team, chreck in/ out procedures, service team ( also at beach and pool bars) kitchen team and food, drivers and Houskeeping everybody gave his best to make our vacation top, they are offering their service with a smile top shuttlebus service to the most visited locations in the city. i visited many hotels in Sharm ElSheikh such as Baron, Mövenpick, Ghazala, Maritim but i really enjoyed my vacation the best this time at this Hotel i would recommend it for everybody who wants to spend a nice vacation without any worries as a hotelier in Switzerland i have to give this management and this team a high score

Very helpful and friendly staff at the reception (thank you Magdy and team). Decent breakfast but nothing extraordinary (limited fruits and cereals choice, pastry doesn't seem fresh...) Free shuttle buses every evening to different locations around the city. Free shuttle everyday to partner beach. Nice coral reef for snorkeling at the beach.

Beds are way too soft. Bathroom furniture was old and dirty. Restaurants close at 9 pm, after that the only option is to chose from the limited room service menu. There is no classical beach, only stairs leading directly into 5 m deep water (unsuitable for non-swimmers or people afraid of deep waters). All pools are maximum 1 m deep. No proper location to visit within walking distance.

Everything about this place is excellent, especially the staff and the food

The only one little gripe is the fact that we paid a little extra for a swim up room, this hotel does not have swim up rooms

minor issues really and if you’ve been to Sharm before you will get it don’t get ripped off by over inflated prices - Fair prices and good business for standard supplies like cigarettes drinks sweets for kids and more can be found in shop opposite called Madonna’s

some bath products are not clean at all. there are fingerprints and hairs sticking to the packaging. quite disgusting

Cuisine was splendid, best I've seen in hotels. Several big pools, long enough to swim. Very friendly and hospitable staff. You can snorkle in sea and watch coral reef and beautiful tropic fishes just near the hotel. Nice garden, palms, bougevillia flowers and green grass everywhere.

1. Swim-up room is not actually a room where you can swim up to, just usual room about 15 metres from pool. 2. Everyone can smoke near your room, and you will breath with their smoke. 3. Also, some suspictions about staff to foreigner relation - some of staff tend to give old towels if you are not English or Italian. 4. Sea swimming is only available from pier and at limited area, you cannot walk into water right from the beach. 5. Also some staff guy told me that pools are closed after 5pm until morning. It's weird that you may freely breath with smoke from neighbour room, but you cannot swim in pool when you want.

we were on a family vacation, book 3 rooms and i can say we had really good time there The staff is just amazing specially JAN from the reception I really feel that he is a super professional worker, he helped us a lot all along the way - the food is really good and veraity of food (ALI thank you alot!) - pools very good

- very very small beach - loud music in the beach so you cant always listen to the waves (this is interesting at almost all the hotels in Sharem i see the same thing about loud music...)

Staff very attentive. ( Sometimes too much) Rooms spacious and clean. Plenty of space around the pool. Food Ample and a good variety Excellent Packed Lunches- too big.

Main Dining Room is on the slightly small side. Elements restaurant nice- but the Menu could change more frequently. Its a shame that there is a need to charge for the MASALA restaurant as the food was delicious - but under utilised.

The pools are really nice and the rooms too. There was just one restaurant for daily food and one to do with reservation. Snorkeling there is amazing! There is a great spot to enjoy the reef

The wifi is not included so you have to pay an extra to have and it is limited per device and number of days. Alcohol offer is really limited. The people in the reception was so busy not that kind.
