I really like how clean it was I am a housekeeper myself so I know what is clean and not clean. The corners in the room had no dust, the top of the bed had no dust very clean. And I was there for two nights and they still came in my room made my bed and changed my towels I really liked that a lot. Shower was great too. I was so upset I didn't have cash to leave a big tip but I will be back, beds are too soft for my liking but I still enjoy my stay. Great TV service too I brought my Roku stick and didn't even use it.

I didn't like the entrance way the bricks are very sippy definitely in the winter!

All the staff at the front desk were very courteous and helpful. Genuinely seemed to enjoy their jobs. The wait staff in the restaurant was excellent! Made us feel right at home every time we went there throughout our stay. Centrally located for us and clean. We thought it was a bit pricey, especially when you added in the cost of parking our car. But, all in all, we felt it was excellent and would recommend it to friends. Thank you for making our stay so nice.

All the staff were friendly and helpful. I loved the valet parking. The valet staff were so nice and accommodating when I had to get things out of my car. I loved the location, across the street from the Baird. I was able to leave my car in the parking lot for a few hours after I checked out to attend the event at the Baird

The rooms are a little small. The lighting in the room itself is poor., too dark. When you have two daughters getting ready and trying to do hair and makeup the bathroom is too small for two girls to work in it. The lighting in the room is not bright.

I always enjoy Double Tree hotels. This was the first time I've checked in here, and my booking didn't go all the way thru, so the wonderful young lady at the front desk had to create my reservation. It was the same type of room and price, and she let me know when booking with a third party company to call the hotel and make sure they have your reservation. I enjoyed my cookie on the way up to my room and room service was also delicious. My room was clean and comfortable as always. I received a room on the front of the hotel with a beautiful view of downtown.

The price for parking, I feel like it should be a one time fee not every night! The staff didn’t give me time to correct my reservation he corrected it and didn’t communicate! My cousin ended up sharing my room with me instead of getting her own so I originally didn’t need parking until we discussed she was going to stay in my room so when I called to correct my information someone had already did it! I only didn’t like that because of the assumption that was made! What if she was just visiting and he decided to just add that onto my room but she didn’t stay? And then didn’t communicate anything with me!

The staff was so welcoming and friendly. The rooms were clean and didn't have a stale smell like some hotels. Loved the location and the outdoor patio on the 2nd floor is beautiful. The beds were super comfy and pillows were great!

Honestly couldn't have asked for anything better about our stay. Everything was just as described on the website. I guess if I had to pick anything, I would want the outdoor patio on the 2nd floor to stay open later than 10:00 P.M. It is so peaceful out there and views are great.

The location was ideal for the Harley-Davidson Museum in one direction and the waterfront in the other and all other points of interest. Everything was within walking distance. The king size bed was probably the most comfortable bed we have had anywhere. The room was a good size and had a fridge, microwave and a safe which are 3 very useful items for us. The staff were friendly and helpful and seemed genuinely interested in what we were doing each day.

The view was disappointing and the decor is old fashioned. The hotel would benefit from an update but it was clean and well maintained. The corridors by the rooms were too cold. Hilton could save some money by turning up the temperature slightly and maybe using the money to redecorate

We were so appreciative and thankful for our experience at the DoubleTree Milwaukee Downtown. We had a reservation for the night at a different hotel that turned out to be disastrous and unsafe, but we were lucky enough to get a last minute booking at DoubleTree and they came to the rescue! Everything was clean, felt safe, all the staff were so helpful, and our whole night and trip turned around after that. So thanks so much!!

Location wasn't the best for our doings but my fault not knowing your city. I thought it would be within walking distance to the athletic club where wedding reception was. Construction on streets made it difficult for using gps. Our room was quite small for 3 adults.

The room was ok. It was better that the Hyatt Regency rooms which were very disappointing. The bed was comfortable. There is a nice sized mini fridge and a microwave in the room. I ordered a cheeseburger in the restaurant that was delicious! It took a long time to receive it, but it was worth the wait. The home fries that accompanied was very good also. The price was on the expensive end. I was in town for a convention and the staff was amazing! They made us feel very welcome and bent over backwards to accommodate. Most of our functions were held at the Wisconsin Center or the Hilton. The Doubletree is across the street from the Hilton and the Wisconsin Center is at the corner. You can walk there is 3 minutes.

The buffet was not very good. The room needs to be updated. But there was a nice minifridge and microwave that was available. I didn't like that they did not provide a bar of soap. They now use refillable shower gel/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. The containers are locked to the wall so they cannot be moved. That didn't feel very luxurious.
