We had an absolutely wonderful weekend at The Chatwal Boutique Hotel and Spa! From the moment we arrived, the owners, along with the entire staff, made us feel incredibly welcome. Their warmth and attention to detail were outstanding—they truly couldn’t do enough for us. The full cooked breakfast each morning was perfect, with everything cooked to perfection and served with a smile. We also loved spending time in the spa, which was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The entire experience was so delightful that we’re already planning our next stay. Thank you again, Ash and Lindsay, for making our weekend so special!

Absolutely loved every,great hosts on arrival and throughout the stay.really enjoyed breakfast,fresh warm quisaunts were delicious,our room was comfortable and clean,it had everything we needed and our hosts were able to accommodate us in every way,the location was great right near the beach,well within walking distance of shops,pubs and entertainment,we had sessions in the sauna and jacuzzi,this was fabulous and relaxing.i would recommend this hotel and we will definitely be staying here again.

The very rude man next door, because we went to the wrong hotel and instead of him telling us our hotel was literally next instead he gave us abuse and told us to go away,I wouldn't recommend staying next with that kind of welcome, absolutely disgusting

Stayed here for new years eve, The owners was very welcoming on arrival ,we was explained everything and taken to our room which was for 3 people staying over. Good size bedrooms and great bathroom lovely and cosy on arrival fresh bedding and towels and a beautiful breakfast made. Would definitely stay again it's close to all amenities . I wouldn't call it a boutique hotel but our stay was wonderful. Thankyou for your warm welcome. Andrea.

I can't fault my stay at The Chatwal Boutique Hotel. The room was clean, spacious and decorated to give it a lovely light and fresh feel. The bed was extremely comfortable. Everything worked, there was plenty of storage space - both shelving and hanging, a modern TV and kettle etc. The en suite bathroom was large and immaculately clean with a nice shower. Both of which were equipped as they should be. Julius and Dreda are so kind and friendly, which really made me feel welcome and comfortable as soon as I arrived. Nothing was too much trouble, incredible how much Julius and Dreda went out of their way to assist me. The food was fantastic, Jerk chicken for dinner a must try as is the cooked breakfast. I spent most of the night at the well-stocked bar speaking to Julius and Dreda and listening to music a great night. Amazing stay. I am so happy that I found this hotel in Blackpool; I shall definitely be booking again in the New Year. I can recommend this as a perfect place to stay for anyone wishing to visit Blackpool.

Very clean hotel & in an excellent location! Staff were very helpful and the spa was very relaxing!

My only complaint would be the car park. I did scratch my car on the entrance into the car park as it is very very narrow. Also there aren’t enough spaces for the number of guests, cars were parking in front of others and blocking them. We ended up parking in a council car park about 10 minutes away which cost a further £25

I would like to thank all the staff for the amazing stay. We enjoyed our stay from the start to finish. We didn’t want to leave 😢 The hotel had a home from home feeling. The staff were exceptional and couldn’t do enough for us. The hotel was spotless and the rooms were very spacious. The beds were comfortable too! The food was top quality. The spa room was incredible and very good value for money. We also had a few of the spa treatments which were also very good value for money. We have stayed in quite a few hotels in Blackpool over the years but this hotel has been the best one and when returning to Blackpool we will not be stopping anywhere else. The hosts were fantastic, couldn't do enough for us and helped out with my friends complex dietary requirements. The burger we had for our evening meal was extremely good. The room was clean, the bedding was clean and fresh and the beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets.

One of the windows in the room was draughty and it was a windy weekend so quite noisy. The shower was in the bedroom which was a little unusual, but as I was staying with a good friend it wasn't too bad. Would have been nice to know in advance though.

Very welcoming, owner and her family of staff were very nice and couldn’t do enough for us, breakfast was brilliant and all freshly cooked to our individual requirements, would definitely book and recommend this hotel if staying in Blackpool again.

Bathroom window although facing a brick wall could have perhaps had a plant or blind for the added feeling of privacy

Warm comfortable and spacious room. Welcoming hosts. Good continental breakfast.

Drip on shower tap. Very narrow drive to car park. Tried to reserve a parking space three times but only got a standard reply which did not confirm the reservation. Eventually got a telephone number to ring - not the same one as on Bookings, which did not work. Telephone recorded messages generally say look at website! The outside of the building is not that attractive.

As soon as we arrived we were greeted by julius the owner and his son Clinton, they were so welcoming told us everything we needed to know and showed us to our room, we booked the penthouse and it did not disappoint it was clean and smelled beautiful, we had complementary snacks,drinks both hot and cold and also spa slippers and bath robes, the bath in the penthouse is a double bath for 2 people and is amazing, we had a sea view and a view of the tower itself, breakfast and the 2 evening meals we had were the best from any hotel we have stayed in (and we have stayed in a lot of hotels) Julia's, his wife dehdra and their son Clinton have been amazing nothing is too much trouble, we highly recommend this hotel and we will be returning soon
