Location was amazing the hotel was cool that it was a skyscraper style. Buffet was amazing and the omelette was unforgettable. Perfect city view out my room 18th floor. Very cool roof top terrace surreal atmosphere. Those sweet potato fries with guacamole was AWESOME. Must have snack on roof top bar restaurant.

The drinks (my rum with coke) seemed not too strong despite being a double. Tasted watered down didnt really make me buzzed. While the property is in a perfect location, I will say 482 per night was alittle bit expensive despite not having an upper level higher optioned room.

We had an amazing stay every staff member was kind and helpful. We were stuck in the garage on the morning we were leaving! For some reason we prepaid the parking ticket and when leaving the machine took the ticket, did not open the gate and the rep on the help line quoted $50 more even though we prepaid for two cars at the same time entered at the same time and one car was out of the gate. The valet staff Ryan came to our rescue he was exceptional. The hotel is next to everything we walked everywhere. The food was really good at SoCo

Parking but what can you do downtown life

I really liked the room I got the view of the lake was excellent and the hotels location is prime. I was close to everywhere I wanted to go and if not it was a short ride there. The facilities in the hotel were great I love the gym, there is so much I can do to keep up with my health routine. I also love the breakfast at this hotel and the bar within the hotel are great!Everything was kept clean for the most part and as usual I had a lovely stay.

There were some issues related to miscommunication that left my room uncleaned one day. However the staff was very gracious and came up to clean it right away. The staff was kind and cordial and I always felt respected as a guest.

The location was perfect , the employees were friendly, courteous and helpful, very clean, comfortable beds.

Excellent in all respects except for the cheapest, Motel 6 quality toilet paper. The buffet breakfast was very good with a nice variety of offerings, but again, powdered eggs just like you'd get in a much lower quality motel. These very small things make the difference between the quality you'd expect in this level of hotel and in a beside-the-freeway quick overnight motel.

We liked that it was really close by the Scotiabank. We went for a concert. It was also within walking distance to the harbor in the hockey Hall of Fame. We absolutely loved our waiter that we had in the hotel restaurant. He was amazing!

Apparently there was some kind of a smoke problem in the lobby. The smoke alarm went off at 6:00 a.m. . Although the announcement said there was no need to be worried, it was contained to the lobby... The annoying alarm kept going off for over 30 minutes... Like they couldn't shut it off.

Very friendly reception by Guest Service Expert Raylin Sales at check-in. All of our special requests (early check-in, late check-out, special amenities) were met with exceptional service. The view from our corner room was stunning, providing us with memorable pictures of our stay. The whole experience made my birthday celebration one of a kind.

There were stains on the bed linen (blood?) and the pillows were too soft.

The hotel is modern, clean and in a great location. Very close to CN Tower, to Rogers Centre, to Union Station, the harbour, etc. Our room had a wonderful view, it was beautiful both during the day as well as at night. Breakfast was included, and they give you a card which you must show to the waiter each morning (the gratuity should have been included, according to this card, but we were charged a separate gratuity for each breakfast anyway?...). The buffet was ok, not a lot of and some odd options (cereals in boxes), but there was always lots of fruit. Kind staff

Although we were asked if we wanted to skip housekeeping, as "they are trying to go green" as the gentleman at the reception said, we were surprised to find, when we ordered room-service one night after a long excursion, that everything came in boxes made of carton and plastic, with plastic cutlery and plastic wrapping the cutlery, plastic bottle opener... why not normal plates and normal cutlery, we were eating in our room and not taking it out. What a waste of plastic, really... not green at all.

Close to local attractions and close to highways to leave for other places nearby

Waiting a long time for elevators, too many guests and stopping off on each floor all the way up was a real pain. The kids in the pool at 10:00pm to 11:00pm when it’s only supposed to be adults. Need more signs up about this!!! There were a few different families who disobeyed the rules both nights and having toddlers screaming at me and 12 years olds splashing me in the face the whole time was very disappointing. The air conditioner was plugged when we first got to our room and the room was incredibly hot for hours. I had to ask for a fan until maintenance came and unclogged it.

The location was awesome! Literally across the street from the CN Tower, aquarium, Roger Centre, and many shops. The Scotiabank Arena was literally a block away. It was convenient for sure.

There isn’t anything that I didn’t like, per se. The desk chair in my room was sort of old, the leather was ripped and so it felt like some things may have been outdated.

Upon arrival you walk into a beautifully scented aesthetically pleasing lobby. The staff is exceptionally pleasant and helpful. The hotel is centrally located near the Scotia Bank Arena and the Roger’s Center as well as the CN Tower. There are an incredible number of restaurants and cafe locations in the area. The restaurant in the hotel is very good and they serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. And there is a late night menu as well. There is access to the train inside the hotel in case of bad weather; no need to go outside. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom is modern. I can highly recommend this hotel.

I was not able to stream my Prime Video onto the TV but apparently you can use the You Tube app. I was not able to and since I was tired I didn’t try.
