Beautiful modern room overlooking the river with a comfy reading corner. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into designing a beautiful space both in the room and in the common areas. The 4-course dinner was delicious and the service was excellent, including some lovely recommendations of wine pairing from Slovenian varieties. It would however be nice to also have to option to order a la carte.

I did not quite get the 'digital detox' concept with no TV in the room and wi-fi available on request given the already relatively remote location of the hotel. The fact that you cannot access the hotel's spa for free with a standard room booking was disappointing. Paying EUR 45 on top just for this did not seem reasonable. You do get access to a common spa area across the road which needs some renovation and I'd avoid it altogether. Overall, I think you would get more for this price elsewhere.

I thoroughly enjoyed the quality of the accommodation, the aesthetics of the room and the overall charm of the place. The food is of very high quality, including the breakfast, which js original, fresh and tasty. It includes a wide selection of delicious spreads, breads, salads, fresh smoothies, juices, fruits, granolas, yoghurt and cakes, and it also comprises egg-based dishes, e.g. eggs Benedict. The hotel is very peaceful and the staff is exceptionally caring and will do everything to meet your needs. They agreed to prepare a full vegetarian dinner for me, developing a bespoke menu for the day. I liked that I could access for free the spa facilities of the nearby aquatic centre. I would come back with pleasure!

The hotel is beautifully decorated and styled inside and out. The open areas and the rooms are very comfortable and luxurious in a very modern and understated way. The food is absolutely exceptional- breakfast and dinner were amazing- delicious, fresh, homemade and really unique. All the staff were lovely. We had a really relaxing time and loved our stay.

It would have been great to have a kettle in the room as had to keep going downstairs to ask the staff to provide me with hot water. You really need a car for the location. It is between Lake Bled and Lake Bohinj so new direct lake views or lake walks on your doorstep but nice mountains on all sides and very easy to get round with a car.

Everything was perfect. Wonderful ambience, super friendly employees and the best food. A peaceful environment in which you really feel relaxed. Everything is very nicely arranged and clean. The spa is perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Extras in the spa: tea of ​​your choice, fruit, flavored water, sparkling wine and books. The food is on another level. The breakfasts are perfect. Homemade nutella, lots of different food choices. Hot drinks of your choice, eggs prepared according to your wishes and a special dish of the day for breakfast (example: rice milk with raspberries and chocolate). If you have the chance be sure to make a reservation for dinner. The 4 course menu is to die for. They also adapt to all your wishes if you just inform them in time and all the employees are very pleasant and friendly.

We loved it! Hotel is just amazing. We stayed there during our hike trip in Bohinj and we loved it. Staff is helpful, nice and wants you to feel like a superstar. Wellness was also amazing and we had the luck to be alone. Breakfest is so delicious, especially healthy smoothie.

We liked everything but we didn't check working hours of the restaurant and we hoped to have dinner. So just recheck before booking. But hotel staff suggested a restaurant nearby which was amazingly good.

Breakfast is amazing, all local food and if they have dinner available for the evening, do it. Their chef creates a prix fixe menu that is based on local seasonal ingredients and it is a very intentional experience. Service is excellent. The atmosphere of the hotel lends itself as a refuge and place to relax, unwind and recharge (especially if you are trying disconnect a little bit, this is a perfect place for that).

Nothing, we very much enjoyed our stay. One thing to note, is that there is not a refrigerator in the room, so if you planned to store cold food or drinks you might want to inquire about this ahead of time.

We traveled for a short weekend getaway, the hotel had such beautiful design and decor. Both dinner and breakfast were absolutely amazing, we loved the locally sourced ingredients such as cheese and meat. The staff of the hotel really made us feel more than welcome, we will definitely come back soon!

The breakfast was nothing like the usual hotel food. It was fresh, modern, healthy, rich, and also reflected the local gastronomy. We did also dine there two times, and the food with the Slovenian wines were amazing. Worth every penny! The staff were super friendly and yet gave us privacy. The cozy wellness section was very clean and requires reservations, which is a fantastic idea to keep it relaxing. Our room was super stylish and spotless. We loved every tiny detail of it.

Digital detox policy is fantastic feature. Although they have told me network/password I didn't manage to connect to wi-fi. There is no TV set too! Breakfast is one of the best I have ever tasted in any hotel ever. Lunch, vegetarian option was delicious, realy gourment location. Staff friendly and alway available. Sustainable policy at its best including kids and pets free!

The winning combination of a healthy, rich, and varied breakfast, incredibly comfortable rooms and beds, and the warm smiles of the highly accommodating staff. The gourmet restaurant deserves special mention. Culinary masterpiece. Not to forget intimate and tranquil wellness and SPA that makes you feel completely rejuvenated.
