Stay was awesome and staff friendly.

The restaurant was a disappointment! Food was not good. Chicken burgers was raw yet we were still charged for it. The garnish on the burgers was minimum. 1 tiny gerkin sliced in half, I get more gerkins at McDonald's. The butter chicken was extremely strong , more like curry than butter chicken. Not pleasant to eat. On our previous stay in March the food at the restaurant was amazing but not this time around. The tables also doesn't get cleaned during breakfast buffet. When someone is done they clear the dishes and immediately reset the table without wiping it. Hygiene is key!

Lovely hotel with friendly and helpful staff and good facilities. Room had comfortable beds, nice bathroom and enough space for luggage. Breakfast was busy but staff worked hard to ensure everyone was happy. The coffee from the barista was great. There was a good selection of food.

There was a lovely pool but it closed so early, at 7pm. Considering it is Summer and people are sightseeing until late, it would have been nice for it to be open a bit later like until 8pm. It was disappointing as we were looking forward to a swim after a long day. The TV in the room didn't seem to have a signal but luckily I didn't have time for that.

Rooftop is fabulous ,contemporary club musuc and amazing view for Table Mountain, the restaurant downstairs offer variety of local and international food for lunch&dinner , breakfast is excellent, bed is very comfy and good size , good quality fresh linen , good parking , great location for explore Cape Town . Many international group all over the world use this hotel . Space for everyone. We went to the Cape city hall . The classical 🎶 music concert was outstanding 👌 . The stunning Clifton beaches ⛱️ 10 minutes away by Uber or car. Beautiful white sand and stunning view for the Lion head mountain ⛰️ . Stuff is very friendly and efficient.

Bathroom product is very basic and minimum.

The vibe of the hotel is amazing. Modern, with a touch of perfection. The food was incredible. We had the best appetizers at the rooftop bar, and there after the best seafood, I've ever tasted at a restaurant. Compliments to the chef. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are clean, fresh and modern. Loved the big windows in the rooms, at night we as a family lay on the bed and looked out the of window and could listen to the city. Would definitely do this with my both of my daughters.

Would prefer if they could guide people to their breakfast table. We as a family waited to be seated due to tables that would normally sit 4 people only had 1 person at that current table. There was quite a few of them, but was sorted out immediately after we asked for assistance.

Everything was absolutely perfect, Hotel in a perfect location, just a walk to a lot of places nearby, cheap to use Uber, ,amazing views front and back ie table mountain to water front , 14th floor it's for entertainment bar ,pool with gorgeous views💃🍹👌, so is the Hotel restaurant👌, friendly staff🌸💗, very clean hotel, it's a home away from home, I will always choose this hotel for our Cape Town family vacation, oh! they also treated hubby with a beautiful piece of cake on his birthday the 24th February, he really appreciated the gesture!

Unfortunately our take away breakfast delay, as we requested staff to prepare takeaway, since our flight returning to KZN was early! But I understand, the delay wasn't intentionally, unfortunately we left without our takeaway breakfast. Nonetheless everything was perfect, we enjoyed every moments.

They were accommodating to me having my kids with me which I appreciated , they sent up extra towels with no issues, The view was amazing from that room , thank you so much

I paid for my child's breakfast which wasn't an issue, I was asked to pay at the restaurant which I did , on checking out I was asked about this , the lady at reception phoned the restaurant to check , I only had today's receipt with me , I had thrown away yesterday's receipt , I showed her this but she didn't seem to believe me , she said restaurant told I paid but they couldn't verify how many days , I had to open my banking up to show her , There should be better communication between them and it wouldn't hurt her to smile instead of being cold.

The hotel and all the facilities were amazing. I was pleasantly surprised. Value for money was excellent. Wish I had booked my entire stay at your hotel. The rooftop bar and pool area were outstanding. The view of the city took my breath away. The room was clean and fresh. Bathrooms were exceptionally clean. Gorgeous thick fresh towels. I felt pampered.

Unfortunately, the sound from a nearby nightclub or bar thumped through both of the nights of my stay. This unfortunately was very unsettling and affected my sleep

Breakfast was good, not great. There was one exceptional staff member that helped my wife who was suffering from congestion by advising her about pharmacies in the area without us asking.

Included breakfast was not always well stocked. When we arrived some items were already consumed or nobody was manning the station in question. The kitchen seemed already to have moved on to the next meal. Some of the staff seemed to not understand questions that were posed in plain English.

I liked how helpful the staff was. On our first night, we arrived late at night and the kitchen was closed, however they made a meal for me and my kids, taking the above into consideration. The breakfast was always very good and the location is perfect, 10 minutes walking and you are at the Bo Kaap. The rooftop has an amazing view, with a pool and a bar... The sunset is magnificent

At some point the cleaning was failing, but the staff corrected it and it was fine

Enjoyed the location close to all amenities however the one of the hotel staff when we asked for a shuttle to take us to airport he recommended a cameroon driver to the airport who then charged us a trip that uber charges less than R500 he demanded R1800 we felt overpriced and taken advantage of.Please look into your staff on this issue.
