Location: excellent. Closed to City Centre & Water Front, cruise port and hugh first rate shopping centre. Personnel: Very friendly, helpful & caring. Their service is way beyond our expectation. Really appreciated. Breakfast: amazing; have almost everything for a buffet. One can see that the Chef really cares. Value: You cannot find another hotel in town with such a low cost per night for such a great 4 star hotel in Cape Town CBD. Free parking in hotel and Avis is just 5 minutes walk from hotel. The plumbing is a bit aged; hope they can update in the near future.

All your staff are excellent and friendly especially at reception the welcome is great there is one gentleman who received us at the door he smiles a lot and we felt at home, and the one who carried our bags was very wonderful, all the reception ladies and a gentleman where great and helpful, we found one of rooms ready as we asked for an early check-in. Kazi is great and excellent and very friendly! all your staff are also very helpful to show places like supermarkets, atms etc and the nearby tourist attractions. Also thank you for keeping our bags after check-in. the Hotel's location is very central and close to the airport and all the interesting tourist attractions, 6km from the table mountain, 7km from the Camps Bay Beach and V&A Waterfront is also around the same kms. everything is central. lots of restaurants around the hotel.

I will be honest there was a wide variety of breakfast but most of the cooked food is not tasty. I really did not enjoy it. l liked your dessert range its fresh and 100% fine. The bath tub was not clean even after the room was cleaned and there was no stopper.

We have absolutely nothing to complain about, only one small thing - to replace our coffee/tea stirring sticks when house keeping does their thing!

We had a wonderful stay at Cresta Grande which is very well located. The hotel is very close to the many popular attractions with a maximum of 15 mins drive to for example Table mountain, Canal Walk & kenilworth amongst others. Places like Bo kaap/ Greenmarket/ Red bus office are a walk away while the V&A is a 7 mins drive from the hotel. Their staff are always courteous and responsive. Many thanks to them all specially Fawwaz, Waleed and Jayson.

As many other guests mentioned, breakfast is the same every day. But this will not prevent me from booking this hotel again.

The Hotel was a pleasant stay. It is well located, central, we even walked to the V&A Waterfront, but just during daytime. It is not recomended to walk after dark. We appreciated that our room had coffee and tea, a water heater, a small fridge and a safe. There are many restaurants in the area and there is Pick n Pay supermarket just around the corner. The staff was very welcoming and willing to help. We were able to leave our luggage in a dedicated room after check out.

The bathroom was not very modern, but it was clean and on the plus side it had a shower and a bath tub as well.

The receptionist Mitch, deserves a medal, she is fabulous, a real winner. Room was adequate and clean, hot water, cold water in fridge, but the kettle was rusty inside and poor quality coffee sachets, sad.

The restaurant needs serious work, the food is sub standard, they staff, although friendly, are not empowered to make decisions, especially when the food order is messed up, and the customer has to foot the bill for the mess. Their version of tempura prawns, was a soggy mess, and only a fraction of the amount of prawns as to what the menu said, 5 as opposed to 16 to 20 advertised. A real sad state

The reception staff, especially Mel and her male colleague was very friendly and helpful. Dinner was top notch and very good value for money. Excellent full breakfast with wonderful variety and friendly, helpful staff. Room was very clean, comfortable, quiet and well appointed. Excellent wifi.

I really cannot think of anything. I can sincerely recommend this hotel to any traveller. Very good value for money and excellent location. Our car could even be parked safely in their garage @R100, which was worth it. We could not initially finish our breakfast because we overslept and had an appointment, but the staff let us return to finish our breakfast! How great is that?!

The location was great, Ubers are readily available. Reception staff were friendly and efficient. Nice fresh fruit variety for breakfast.

Floor and bar/restaurant staff were friendly but very uninformed about little things like where the nearest MyCiti bus stop is, where hotel lounge areas are, events happening near the hotel, basic knowledge about available wines in the hotel bar etc. There were basic things missing from breakfast - baked beans, cured meats, hot milk (coffee), fresh chillies (omelette), hash browns, pork sausage.

I requested for a room on the higher floors and it had an excellent view of the mountain on one side and the city on the other. The room was very comfortable and clean. I especially liked the working station which had a good chair, large space, great lighting and many charging ports to accommodate numerous devices.

The carpeting is a bit dated.

Good view of table mountain from room, location is ideal, short drives to get places. Was safe to walk the streets even late at night. Can't do that in Johannesburg, Durban or even Benoni Breakfast was good, had the pastries, meat not halal

Very little parking on property, had to park at a shopping center and walk 2 blocks to hotel. No shower head, only hand held shower
