Super-friendly and helpful hosts who went above and beyond - like waiting up till late to let me in after very delayed flight :) The SOLAR POWERED GENERATOR which provided electricity during loadshedding periods - essential and rare to have in accommodation at this price! Fully working Wi-Fi. The apartheid history and decor of the place. The swimming pool, beautiful garden and terrace area to soak up the sun. The super-comfy bed and cozy room. Perfect location.

Nothing. Except that I wish there were more guests who would stay in this undiscovered authentic gem! It's deserving of so much more.

Location is great, closes to the mall and other convenient stores, walking distance. also very quiet.

Just the bed was uncomfortable because of the seperation between the two singles....Would recomment you get a queen mattress to keep the consistency.

I loved the shower its was quick and easy to get my water temoerature and pressure correct. I loved the pool and the patio area the staff was very kind and welcoming. Iloved their warm sheets especially in this cold weather.

I really wish there was a heater though even though the blankets were warm enough.

We stayed in the baobab room. The view of the window was lovely especially in the morning during the sunrise. Quit spacious and loved the cutlery and crockery they provided. I absolutely love the mini self kitchen they provided, electric kettle and a microwave which most properties don't have. We were able to have an indoor picnic with the space provided in the room, what a lovely birthday gift. The swimming pool with an added bonus.

It does get a little hot and stuffy at least they tried to compensate it with the fan.

I liked everything about the place and how the shops were a walk away and it was a safe and quiet neighborhood. The place was amazing the staff was very very friendly as well as the host. The facilities were amazing and I would not change a thing about the place

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Big comfortable beds and clean bedding. The place is in a safe location and a walking distance from the mall. The outside sitting area is well maintained and furnished nicely. The place has a kitchenette with essential elements.

I had to endure sexual sounds from the couple next door to my room😩😩😱, that was a horrible experience for me. The place is built in a way that you can hear your neighbor whisper There were spiders and mosquitos in my room No tea only coffee. No shower caps And the chair covers need to be cleaned up

The place is quite and the personnel are so friendly. I thank Mel for assisting us to move the luggage from the sister guest house. And Sam for being such a friendly assistant.

Comfort, price, area, cleanliness, staff should have an option above exceptional, it's quiet, beds are super comfy, staff outstanding. Worth every dime and more. In fact I initially booked at Broadlands apartments and was messed around by the host, bookings.com helped me find this gem and was probably the best thing to have happed to be relocated to Uxolo, do yourself a favour and give them a try. YOU WILL BE BACK.

Beautiful and clean place, all amenities included. It is quite peaceful and good value for money. Friendly stuff as well, we had a great stay.

There was load shedding and they did not turn on the generator. We were chilling in the dark and we did not have hot water to bath. They said neighbours complain about the noise, however as a guesthouse, I expected them to have backup since Load-shedding is almost a permanent thing in South Africa.

The asthetics and the staff was very good. The place is a walking distance to Norwood mall. And the pool was clean enough.

The rooms are to close to each other and the walls are thin. The rooms are hot with little amount of windows or room for fresh air. The facility had extra instructions which were not stipulated on the bookings page,pertaining visitors and keeping the facilities clean.
