The beds were so comfortable and dinner was exceptionally delicious,the swimming pool was clean the kids were very happy.

The rooms need maintenance, the toilets are old and some door handles are broken, there was no towels in the swimming pool.

It's a very nice place

There was no bar fridge in the room if you guys can improve that

The breakfast was exceptional with a variety to choose from, well prepared and on time. The waiter's and waitresses during breakfast were the best, served us with a smile always ready to assist.

Our room had no shower caps had to constantly call the reception, only one was delivered on the second night and the air conditioner was mulfunctioning throughout the stay.

Rooms and meals services. Material used for decor very interesting. Boutique 😘.supper and breakfast gives you choices management and front desk services.

Waiter during dinner on the second night paid no attention, wrong bill no customer care at all was very irritated. At 9h00 was not able to serve coffe had to drink water 😕. Minor of cold water in the bathroom not able to flush toilets

I Liked Breakfast 🥐🍞🥖🥓 Facilities Was Good Also Staff Was Friendly. Parking And Entrance That Takes You Straight To The Mall.

I Didn't Like The Fact That We Booked For Couple But The Was Only 1 Cup Of Coffee ☕ No Glasses To Drink Juice. The Was No Bar Fridge/Refrigerator. And There Was A Space For Bar Fridge/Refrigerator. The Was No Microwave. And The Was Also A Space Where They Can Put It. Last But Not List The Pool Is Too Deep We Didn't Enjoyed It And Many Other People.

I love the hotel and stay on a monthly basis because of the proximity to my meetings at the Department of Justice. The staff at reception, the bar and restaurant (where I order room service) are always so friendly and helpful. Of course, the fact that the hotel has smoking rooms is why I don't stay anywhere else.

On the last two visits, one can barely log on to Wi-Fi. On both the last two visits, there was either no coffee, no milk and/or sugar in the caddy. The phone in the room on both of the last stays was not working, which means one has to go downstairs to order from room service.

- The check in took 20-25 minutes. - The check out is at 11am. So, we early went shopping at the mall, and we came back at 10am. Surprisingly, the housekeeping removed all the bed lingerie (bed sheets, blankets, pillows) as well as our bath equipment (towels, soaps), BEFORE our check out. Please, take into consideration that some clients need to take shower or lay down a bit before checking out. It is unpleasant feeling.

The breakfast was excellent at all times with good variety and the Breakfast Staff were all out to serve and make sure every customer is happy. The rooms are good but need attention on small things that might not mean a lot like Room 1029 eg. inside door lock, broken mirrors, broken plugs and I still think guest need glasses in the rooms. The room was clean and thank you but the carpet was wet for the duration of our stay - making it uncomfortable to walk without shoes. Then Room 1029 has a very funny and disturbing sound like a vibrating phone or a drone but we couldn't find were was the sound coming from and my Wife find it difficult to sleep until we were moved to Room 1004 which was excellent, personally I don't have a problem with the sound but at least if the staff can know about it and be able to explain to the guest in that room. 110% for Front Desk Staff, especially the morning Team on the 31st December, those guys will make you enjoy your stay even before you get in the room. (in particular the shortest youngest Mr Chone or Choeneng)

For now I dint see anything I didn't like, our stay was excellent and enjoyable, but you can try to expand your WIFI to reach the guest on the top floor like Floor 10 and 11

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient.

We booked an airport shuttle via the hotel. The driver that picked us up did not know the location of the hotel and we spent more than an hour being driven around and it was at night (2100hrs) so we got very scared as we ended up being driven to some questionable areas. There is some construction going on at the hotel which we were not warned about which woke us up at 0800hrs Monday morning. No fridge in the room

The room was too tiny to share as a couple, we wer constantly bumping on to each other. The service rendered by the lady who makes sure u pay for ur breakfast after eating. So we took a package without breakfast while ordering a stay @ their hotel, so wen we got to the breakfast area we wer told breakfast is 120 pp, so we told the lady we would like to pay when we sign out, she ddnt have any issues, to my surprise when we finished eating we headed back to our room,and we are about to pack our bags she comes to our room with the bill and the speed point machine, as if we were not going to pay( as if we wer thiefs) We felt like she was very unprofessional. The fact that the hotel makes us pay for parking of the car R25 a night, was not cool, whilst other hotels are free.
