The location, view, cleanness and the variety of food options at the buffet

The employees at the reception need to improve their customer service skills and the language was a barrier honestly as most of the employees does not speak English fluently

The hotel was not that accessible. If you’re a tourist, it’s not that convenient since it’s far from tourist spots, bus stops, and subway stations. Nonetheless, the room’s spacious for two people. They upgraded us to a larger room because no rooms left for higher floors. The view was still good—we could see Namsan Tower and the Seoul skyline. We had a great and comfortable sleep. The beddings were super comfy.

The room’s kinda old (but that’s understandable I think). The facilities were limited. We felt like it’s not good for its price.

Wonderful views of the city and Han river. Rooms were clean and well kept. Location central, 15 min downhill walk to Itaewon. Close to CU and GS25 for snack needs.

Not near a Metro station.

The room we had the view of the mountain which we could see Nansam Tower. Very beautiful.

The room would be more comfortable if it is slightly bigger cause we have 3 people in the room. A common dislike we had was the pillows are too soft. They do not provide the necessary support.

An old school, classy hotel reminding of the luxury of past eras, which place benefits from an exceptional location. The oversized lobby is impressive, and the lounge bar offers a fantastic view over the river and the city down the hill through 10-meter high floor-to-ceiling windows. It is an island of comfort and an ideal place to steam off after a busy day, before enjoying a fine dining experience at one of the nice restaurants that can be found within the facilities. Overall, the staff is competent and attentive, and the venues are very clean.

The elevators are crowded day and night (another set of lifts would be beneficial to discharge the principal), sound proofness of the rooms is not top-notch even in the upper category, and the breakfast that is served in the second dining room (actually, the lounge bar, which is converted on Sundays morning) is different (lesser) from the one served in the main dining room, even though it is boasted as being exactly same by the staff in charge of dispatching customers. When it was pointed out to the staff, they admitted and made excuses, but it can be resented as some form of dishonesty, especially from regular customers' viewpoint and in regards of the rather high ticket demanded.
