The location of the hotel is the best especially for halal food. As all the halal food restaurants a just a walk away from the hotel. The subway station is just in front of the hotel. If you want to go to Myeongdong or Namdaeumun you can easily take the bus number 421 and the bust stop is just in front of the hotel. The hotel room is clean and complete with all the amenities. As for the noise, it is standard since they have clubs all around Itaewon. The hotel even provide ear bud for those who cannot stand the noise. But for us it is not a bother at all. The front desk staff is accommodating, she help to call for a taxi for us. Even the check in is at 2pm, if you arrive early, you can leave your luggage there first.

This is not related to the hotel. Previously, like 4 years back, there is a airport bus limousine that you can directly take in front of the hotel. Unfortunately, during our trip this time, there is no airport bus to Itaewon. The nearest stop is at the Namsan Grand Hyat Hotel which is about 10-15 mins taxi ride to the hotel. A bit inconvenience on this especially if you have big luggage.

The Hamilton hotel is located in the night life district of Seoul. By day it is relatively quiet but come the dusk everything comes to life. there are plenty of eateries of all kinds and clubs and bars are everywhere, The hotel is located beside the subway so it's a quick ride if you want to travel to Seoul central. The hotel has a pool but you are charged (discounted) to use it. There is also a spa and sauna in the basement (run privately) but guest are discounted if you wish to use the facilities.

The hotel is on the night district. Noise from the clubs does affect rooms on the lower level pending your room orientation. Rooms on the 9th floor aren't affected so ensure you pay for a bigger room to access this level.

Good location and clean. Spacious enough for 3 adults in the triple room. We were given room on the 9th floor and was quiet despite the Halloween celebrations during the weekend.

Didn't clean our cups each day. A bit noisy in this neighbourhood, but we could ask for earplugs if necessary.

the location was THE BEST, you literally have the station outsidec the bed was comfortable. truly recommend staying here

Staff weren’t very transparent about the extra fees. We were told that there is a in house laundry service & that we can simply dial the launders to collect our washing. Not once was a fee mentioned. Anyways after we did the washing we found out there was a fee so I asked the reception for the fee but we were told they didn’t have any record of our washing, So we only did it that one time & never used it again. Come to time of check out, somehow they had a record of it & our 3 very small bags of washing ended up costing $350 AUD lol. Unsure if they travelled to a spring to use natural water & organic soap but the price was ridiculous.

- Big light billboards outside of window - Loud (doesn’t bother me as I’m used to sleeping over pubs in Ireland or taverns in Greece) - Unstable/low Wi-Fi - Low water pressure in shower

Everyone was very friendly and helpful, the location was great to wonder around during the day, the beds were comfortable and room was really clean. The sauna/spa area was warm and felt quite secure, I just had to get over my own public nudity insecurities. Also - great view of namsan tower from my window.

At first the rooms seemed really well sound proofed, obviously you hear the clubs thumping away til about 6.30 in the morning (it’s Itaewon, what are we really expecting of sound proofing??) - but one the second day I could hear my neighbours through the walls (they weren’t being particularly loud, I could hear them having normal conversations) which was a little surprising and disappointing. The sports massage advertised as part of the spa has been closed for a while, it seems. Some of the treatments they advertise in the room brochure also aren’t available anymore. The info just needs an update.

got highest floor, facing the mosque. so far the music not bothering me, i sleep well. they provide earbud though. easy access to halal food. free 1 parking, lots of space. among affordable hotel around seoul because my room 1 queen bed and 1 single bed. suitable for family if short stay. bathroom also very clean with high tech bidet with its guidance (in english). my son enjoy the warm bathtub, after very cold outing during the day.

no bellboy person to help with luggage from my car. just wish i can stay here longer to explore the place.
