The location of the hotel is the best especially for halal food. As all the halal food restaurants a just a walk away from the hotel. The subway station is just in front of the hotel. If you want to go to Myeongdong or Namdaeumun you can easily take the bus number 421 and the bust stop is just in front of the hotel. The hotel room is clean and complete with all the amenities. As for the noise, it is standard since they have clubs all around Itaewon. The hotel even provide ear bud for those who cannot stand the noise. But for us it is not a bother at all. The front desk staff is accommodating, she help to call for a taxi for us. Even the check in is at 2pm, if you arrive early, you can leave your luggage there first.

This is not related to the hotel. Previously, like 4 years back, there is a airport bus limousine that you can directly take in front of the hotel. Unfortunately, during our trip this time, there is no airport bus to Itaewon. The nearest stop is at the Namsan Grand Hyat Hotel which is about 10-15 mins taxi ride to the hotel. A bit inconvenience on this especially if you have big luggage.

Location was great,close to halal eateries and also the station. Lots of shopping outlets all in walking distance.

The Hamilton hotel is located in the night life district of Seoul. By day it is relatively quiet but come the dusk everything comes to life. there are plenty of eateries of all kinds and clubs and bars are everywhere, The hotel is located beside the subway so it's a quick ride if you want to travel to Seoul central. The hotel has a pool but you are charged (discounted) to use it. There is also a spa and sauna in the basement (run privately) but guest are discounted if you wish to use the facilities.

The hotel is on the night district. Noise from the clubs does affect rooms on the lower level pending your room orientation. Rooms on the 9th floor aren't affected so ensure you pay for a bigger room to access this level.

The location was fabulous. Bank was next door for forex. Convenience stores, excellent options for restaurants, pubs and night life as the hotel is literally on Itaewon world food Street. The subway was less than 50m from the hotel too. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast timing till 11.30am was great too.

The NOISE. The hotel has not even the slightest sound proofing. We were on the 8th floor and we heard people partying till 6.30am on Friday and Saturday and till 4.30am the rest of the days! So we could only sleep properly after that time! The breakfast. We were there 7 nights and they had the same food all 7 days! Normally, 80% would remain the same and 20% would change daily by her it was the same everyday. I won't choose the breakfast package if I stayed here in the future.

Good location and clean. Spacious enough for 3 adults in the triple room. We were given room on the 9th floor and was quiet despite the Halloween celebrations during the weekend.

The location is excellent in terms of access to train stations, bus stop, mall, food, ATms, restaurants etc literally right outside your door. The bathroom was the largest we had on our trip and our room was clean. The staff didn't speak much English but were very kind and helpful.

There was very loud music from the K-pop Karaoke bar I front of the hotel each night. We were on the 8th floor but could hear it even with the windows closed. Also the business center was just 2 computers in the foyer vs a closed space to work.

It has a great location, right next to the MRT and bus to Seoul central. Next to night clubs and international world food street. The room is clean and the bed is comfy.

My check in time was 30 mins delayed due to the room is not ready at the checkin time. I have asked for the upgrade and the checkin staff has asked to me to pay extra to go to different room at higher floor which same room type but maybe less noise so I refused and wait for my room. And so no compensation or any offers which is very disappointed. Right next to night clubs. I have seen lots of people’s review complained about the noise but I give it a go for my last night as next to MRT to go to the airport. Even if am a heavy sleeper, the hotel provided earplugs but the noise is still too loud. So if you want a good sleep then reconsidered this. I also booked for the pool but the pool is closed during my stay.

Excellent location. Comfortable room. Larger than expected. With cables to charge phones and other portable devices.

Didn't clean our cups each day. A bit noisy in this neighbourhood, but we could ask for earplugs if necessary.

Location, value for money

Staff weren’t very transparent about the extra fees. We were told that there is a in house laundry service & that we can simply dial the launders to collect our washing. Not once was a fee mentioned. Anyways after we did the washing we found out there was a fee so I asked the reception for the fee but we were told they didn’t have any record of our washing, So we only did it that one time & never used it again. Come to time of check out, somehow they had a record of it & our 3 very small bags of washing ended up costing $350 AUD lol. Unsure if they travelled to a spring to use natural water & organic soap but the price was ridiculous.

the location was THE BEST, you literally have the station outsidec the bed was comfortable. truly recommend staying here
