If you're searching for place to travel on a budget Itaewon Inn is PERFECT. The host is great! the cutest human being on this planet, always smiling and ready to help you. Strategic location, amazing if you want to experience Itaewon night life (and 10-15 euro taxi from Hongdae). Itaewon metro station is 5 min walk and line 6 is great to move around Seoul since you can easily transfer to line 2.

As everywhere in Seoul the rooms (single room with private bathroom) are kinda small and with not so much space to place your luggage or much sunlight. The bathroom is not the best but at least was clean.

I'm really happy during my stay at Itaewon Inn. 7 years back, I've stay at this hostel. And this year, still my 1st choice of accommodation when come to SK are Itaewon Inn. In future, I'll still choose this hostel. Current location are better than previous day. 1st day I take an exit from Itaewon Stn to stop by at Ankara Picnic and fill our tummy before check in. It takes like 5minute walk to the hostel. No worries, there's no hill. U can also exit from Noksapyeong Stn. I think the distance is the same. Daily trip I just take a bus. Because the bus stop are within close range. Bonus point also, it is nearby Daiso & Olive Young! Everyday before going back to the room I'll go to Daiso to buy hot pack. Haha. Halal food? No worries. There are plenty of halal restaurant & bakery. For the room, before my flight take off, I got a call from the staff, Kak Zu. The same person that attend me 7years back. She asked if I need to cook during my stay. I said no, And she gave me the room in other building. I have no complain at all & I really satisfied with the room. Amenities are complete. They also got microwave, fridge, water filter. My ++ point are, the corridor. Thank you Kak Zu. We appreciate your warm welcome. Hope to see you again!

Great location to take part in the nightlife and a cheap place to bring someone back without having to go far late at night.

Shower was not super great and a little more light makes it through the windows than I would prefer. Make it difficult to sleep as restfully as I could have.

Location is good, close to two metro stations and not far (by train) from the major city attractions. But the hostess, Zuzu, was the best thing about this place. She was super friendly and was kind enough to let me use her phone to get in touch with my tour company who had forgotten to pick me up, and she also held my luggage for me while I was touring the city. She is also a great conversationalist and her English is amazing. She alone makes this place worth staying at.

The mattress was saggy and the windows had no curtains to filter the light from outside.

The location is very good. In the heart of Itaewon town. Groceries store and subway n bustop is nearby. The hostel is quite good. Good wifi. Good water pressure. With airconditioner. A little bit small n narrow with stairs but u cant get price like that in itaewon. Theres a microwave. Ironing board and kitchen to cook. With fridge. What need to be improve is the lighting and colour. Maybe need to refurbish to lighter n brighter colour paint. Everything made good and fun because of the very friendly and helpful staff name Zu. We enjoy our 6 days stay there with no complaint at all.

The colour of the wall and the sensor lighting. No need sensor lighting I guess. It made the area ever darker with the black paint😅

Great location, big beds. Even though it’s close to the party district, you couldn’t hear much noise which was very good. The staff is extremely nice and thoughtful. We kept our bags there before and after check in and they also gave us good restaurants tips close by. Towels were quite big for what you usually get in Korea.

The blinds on the windows didn’t block the sun at all so you get direct light to your face very early in the morning. Since we were on a different building than the main one, it was more complicated to access the laundry facilities (which can be quite helpful for long time travellers/backpackers). There are no plugs close to the beds. There was an electric extension but still not enough, it wasn’t working very well.

This place shocked me. It was a great stay, big room and comfortable bed and a big private bathroom. A fridge and microwave were accessible from the landing area. The staff were amazing; a lot of respect for their help and answering of any questions as well

Not the fault of the hotel but there were some loud guests up at silly hours and the level above were also loud (I think it was a family apartment above)

I liked the spaciousness, the comfortable bed and air conditioner.

Having to hear the couple next to me doing you know what all night for 3 nights in a row. Ew! Wish there was an elevator for my heavy bag to drag up to the top floor. Luckily the reception guy helped me carry it up. Also, didn't like the shower over the toilet, don't understand why the shower can't just face the empty blank wall?
