Cleanliness, location, appearance, food choices, size of bedroom, spacious and well maintained public areas, most staff helpful

It should be standard practice for tea/coffee, milk, water, shower gel, etc, to be checked, and replenished when the room is being made each day. Pillows need replacing as are completely flat and serve no purpose and gave me a stiff neck.

Large bedroom, with mini-fridge and good-sized wardrobes. Large bathroom with separate toilet. Excellent hot water pressure in the bath/shower. Tea/coffee making facility in bedroom. Black-out curtains. Nice balcony. Excellent choice of foods etc at breakfast. Very clean and well maintained in all areas. Lovely pools and surrounding area. Very pleasant and very helpful staff. Excellent amenities.

The bedrooms and bathrooms look old-fashioned as too much natural wood colour eg doorframes, wardrobe doors, dressing table, bedside cabinets, picture frames, bathroom mirror surround. Not enough drawer space in the bedroom. Electrical socket on only one side of the bed. Didn't like having to step into and out of a bath to shower (the bath was slippery and I almost fell twice) - a walk-in shower is a must nowadays. No fan in the bathroom, so the huge mirror completely steamed up when showering. Fan in toilet didn't work.

During my stay one of the main pool was closed off and work started on braking down the inner concrete wall of the pool with air tools, this went on for approx. two days !!! When you are booking a 5 star vacation you don´t expect the garden to turn into a LOUD construction site !. NO attempt was made on behalf of the hotel to compensate for this disturbance; price cut for the room, free drinks, ......

Lovely hotel. Great location. In winter it was pretty easy to get a lounger for the pool, but in summer, we know from experience that you have to be there at 8am to get a place. Luckily the pool attendants do remove the inconsiderate towel lounger hoggers Good location for shops, beach, market, and free shuttle to the Siam Mall. Rooms had good mirror placements and the mirror and shelf in the hallway of room were convenient for wife for make up.

Rooms are very tired. Had a musty smell to them. For a 5 star hotel these rooms felt like the 1990s. No USB or convenient power sockets, dark old oak cabinetry and generally a little shabby given its rating. Buffet was OK but samey after a few days. The evening entertainment area was oddly placed due to the construction pillars, giving a very poor view of the shows every night. Unless you were in place an hour or more before the show it was pointless. Understandable but expensive for Christmas period.

Lush greenery, big rooms, big bed. We asked for a quiet room with the ocean view. At first, we were offered a room on the 1 floor. To to be honest, unfortunately, it wasn’t quiet, because our room was exactly beneath breakfast hall, also you could hear the noise from evening program. Also, the view wasn’t something we expected. We were lucky, because we were offered a new room, on the upper floor, with a splendid ocean view and no noise. We were very happy and pleased and thankful for the reception team. Breakfast has a lot of variety— different fruits, smoothies, salads, eggs, cheeses… etc Grill Restaurant in the hotel is also very good with super attentive staff. Super hotel in Adeje, quiet neighborhood, close to the ocean and shops.

Somebody should inspect the lighting in the dinner area (at the hotel general breakfast-dinner restaurant, it is awfully bright, we thought we should wear sunglasses… :)

The restaurant was superb Breakfast Lunch and dinner were all exceptional. The restaurant was extremely large and busy at breakfast times. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Pool areas were all good and never had an issue getting sunbeds despite the hotel being full. The sunbeds were extremely comfortable.

I have only one minor criticism. Not all the drinks were available on the all inclusive. I don't expect to get the high end spirits such as premium cognacs and whiskeys but I would expect normal drinks such as Aperol or Strongbow to be included. I have stayed at 4* establishments where these have been included. Other than that no complaints whatsoever.

we went all inclusive because it works well with the children.the pool was ok the room was ok the food well that could have been better l think it was mostly the same each day although there should have been theme nights ie Italian etc

We did find that the bar staff in the evening had the terrible habit of looking past you if you beckon for service, but not every person working was like that, also if you asked for a Baileys the real one they still came out with the rubbish baileys although we stated we would be paying. This year we felt that some really didnt want to be there

Decor, planting, table tennis, cleanliness, beds, rooms, food.

Had to request for coffee cups to be cleaned, restock of coffee and water in rooms. Cleaners did not monitor usage and a 5 star should be on top of these things. Are aware hotel is going to have a major renovation from January 2025, but certain parts including basketball court had broken nets which could have been replaced. Other GF hotels had new sports areas so will assume this will be improved. There should be some waiter service by the pools for drinks and snacks.

The hotel ambiance is truly exceptional. The staff's attentiveness and dedication contribute significantly to a delightful stay. The atmosphere is very friendly. The hotel itself is somewhat standard, attracting many tourists. The pool area tends to be crowded with limited space. Breakfast sees a sizable crowd, but the seating is well organized. The breakfast offerings are delicious. The pool bar offers less appetizing food; it's not recommended. However, breakfast is delicious, and there's a great terrace, including a rooftop area with a unique naked zone.

The staff are always very friendly. The rooms are always cleaned to a high standard on a daily basis. The food hall has plenty of options and there is plenty to do within the hotel for both adults and children.

On our second to last night I suffered food poisoning from something I ate in the hotel and was up all night prior to us flying home. We had visited this hotel last year and this was the first time this had happened so hopefully just a one off.
