The room was modern and spotlessly clean. It had everything you could need for your stay. The staff were super helpful and helped me to decide what to do during my short stay The accommodation is a little way from the main city centre but is within walking distance if you are reasonably fit, and there are good transport links to the city centre. It is a residential area so you see genuine Spanish people and eat local food in local restaurants

I could have done with a heated towel rail in my bathroom. The towels never seemed to totally dry Apart from that, this accommodation is brilliant for a short stay in Barcelona

Amazing and friendly staff, very good communication, we even received a map with recommendations! There is also an option to leave you luggage at the reception after you check-out. The room was clean, there is also a common kitchen with fridge. The accomodation is ca 20 minutes from the city centre by public transport. Safe location with a lot of restaurants nearby.

The windows face to an inner yard and it is hard to get some air in the room. It is also very humid in the room and it didn't go away even after opening the windows or using the AC. One of our beds was very noisy and was squeaking a lot.

Part of a successful holiday is accommodation. And this one is no exception. Everything was great. Located in a quiet, residential neighborhood (good for resting after a full day of "running" around the city), but with access to 2 subway stations (each with direct links to points of interest), lots of good and reasonably priced places to eat (most are not touristic, as they are not located right in the center of town), and a few markets in the area open until late hours. The host, Gino was super friendly and gave us valuable tips on where we could dine and what sights we should see, as well as how we could get there. I can say that we managed to check around 90% of what he suggested (as we ran out of time). What's left to see and more, we'll cover in the next visit. There will definitely be a return.

Everything was great. For starters, Barcelona is the most beautiful city we have ever visited, it’s like a utopia. The accommodation was very nice as well, the bathroom had everything we needed and everything was very well-maintained, the bedroom was spacious and clean. My favorite part of it all was the staff, very friendly and very helpful and understanding. They made the place feel welcoming. The location was great, within walkable distance from two metro stations connecting us to any touristy attraction you could be interested in and the neighborhood itself is very pretty and safe.

The only downside was the lack of natural light in our room, because of small windows.

This place exceeded my expectations! The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and close to the subway. This city has an excellent public transport system, get your Hola Barcelona Travel Card! They have for 3, 4 or 5 days with unlimited use of the transport. It is absolutely worth it. The room was clean, spacious, and comfy. They accommodated a request I made with no problem. The staff was amazing and very kind. They recommended us a place to eat tapas that is incredible (La Esquinica). We discovered a Colombian restaurant nearby, El Cuyabro, which we recommend so very much!

The reception staff were extremely helpful and took problems quite seriously (nothing bad happened but they helped me through it quite efficiently) And they were friendly! The room was clean! Location is quite close to the center by metro. There is an Argentinian empanada shop closeby which I really recommend too!

Even though it was november the rooms were quite humid, the bed covers and my clothes felt kind of wet? Not sure how but it didn't bother me because it overall I thoroughly checked through the room and all was clean.

It's good value if you want just rooms and not other hotel amenities. It's away from center ville area but we used local metro and bus. Restaurants, cafes, groceries available close by. One bus to Park Guell, closest to that activity. Husband and wife owners speak English quite well which was helpful. Stored baggage before check in time was appreciated. Will recommend to others.

You could hear neighbors if you opened washroom or bedroom windows. It didn't bother us much because we only used rooms to sleep.

The rooms are modern and comfortable, great furnished kitchen to quickly whip up something for breakfast or a quick lunch. The in-room water heater works wonders for tea and coffee. The staff was extra helpful and nice.

The raised shower plate without a handle to safely climb down was a bit dangerous and the room walls were a bit thin, you could easily hear what was happening in the common/other rooms.

we really enjoyed our stay, owners are very helpful with great tips about places to visit, eat and how to commute in the city. The area is very safe even for two girls traveling from some night tour in the city centre back to hotel with a metro. Felt really well takes care of. Huge thank you to everyone working there. Can definitely recomend!

The property was very clean and comfy with an excellent shower. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. They booked us a taxi to the airport and helped with advice on things to do. The hotel was in a nice quiet area which was nice after the hustle and bustle of the city centre. There was a great bakery for breakfast and 2 fantastic ice cream shops nearby. Easy to get into the city centre on the Metro.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about the property. We would like to go back to Barcelona, but would choose a cooler less busy time of year. Summer is very busy and hot.
