Overall the apartment was comfortable and well equipped, pretty much as described on Booking. The welcome box containing water and chrisps was a nice touch. The window had good sound isolation, which was a nice surprise as the surrounding area is quite lively.

The bed/matterace was very unstable. It was impossible for one person to move (even slightly) without the other feeling it. It was also very squeaky, so our sleep quality over the two nights we were there could have been better.

Excellent location - the hotel is located almost in the center, but the inner side is isolated from the noise of the main streets. Clean and spacious room, friendly staff. You can leave things in the storage room at any time (if you arrive before check-in time). Convenient keyless entry via code or app.

There was no liquid soap in the bathroom near the shower (it also did not appear after intermediate cleaning). There is no iron and ironing board.

It's evidently a brand new building, I would've been the first one to stay in my room. Very nicely furnished, comfortable and spacious. Lots of appliances for the kitchen.

The staff were slow to communicate with, there's no one on site. I had an issue with my toilet (wasn't flushing properly) and it took multiple messages and about 5 days to get it fixed.

Even with no reception, you'll get a great service, you have a chat option, which I used twice. Everytime they responded almost immediately and solve everything smoothly. Absolut professionals. If you don't need a real breakfast restaurant, their breakfast option is basic, but nice You'll get coffe, tea, juice, cocoa, bread, ham, cheese, jam and some sweets. What made me happy was a Gluten free option. I was taken great care of.

Be aware that the breakfast are lobby breakfast. (which we only found out a day prior departure) You can take whatever you want to your room, but they don't have regular restaurant.

Great location near Plaza de Cataluña, in very good neighborhood. Beautiful appartment with large terrace, excess to roof top terrace which offers great relaxation zone. The appartment was very clean, modern and very nicely decorated. The kitchen contains all the appliances needed, including nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine. We used lockers in the hotel lobby to store our luggage on the departure date, which was very convenient.

The beds were not so comfortable and the kitchen could be better equipped, for example small coffee cups would be nice to have since there is a nespresso machine (which I liked a lot!).

I loved everything about this Apartment Hotel! The location was perfect to walk everywhere, and the neighborhood is more residential not touristy, and there are lots of restaurants and shops nearby. There is a convenience store and a bakery across the street which was really helpful, and there is a parking garage under the block where the hotel is located that was easy to access. I loved the digital access to the front door and the room, and the free lockers were very helpful for check-in and check-out. The kitchen is well appointed and I loved having a balcony that faced the street.

This wasn’t a problem for me because O have really good earplugs, but if you have a balcony that faces the street, you will hear street noise during the night. Similarly, the atrium amplifies the noise level on every floor that is open to the atrium.

I liked the location, the practicality and also the staff. They were very friendly and helpful. Also the design of the room was pretty and cosy.

the room was cold but unfortunately we couldn't heat it up with A/C. A/C only worked for cold. And the blankets were not very comfortable. Both the pillows and the blankets could be better. Sheets were very clean but not that comfortable. Blankets were very thin. The Staff was very helpful to provide us two additional blankets. Also the rooms by nature- needs cleaning after two days. It would be nice to have a cleaning every two days by default.

The property was really cool and super nicely designed. We got a welcome gift as well. Rooms were spacious, the sofa bed was very comfortable (bcs it had a normal mattress). The location was very good - close to the airport bus drop off & university metro station. It was also walking distance to casa batlo & la pedrera.

Everything was online, so the check-in procedure & door key in my phone were a bit stressful and I was worried that it wouldn’t work. The check-in was quite time consuming. In the end everything worked perfectly. The bathrooms have slide-in glass doors, so you can hear & also see everything, which is not great.

After a lot of searching to find a nice and decent place to stay in Barcelona, I finally feel we made the best choice!!! The building is recently renovated and everything inside is brand new, high tech and top clean. The style is minimal and modern. Check in and out was digital using an easy system. In any case, there is a person 24/7 for every possible help. Bathroom and kitchen is fully equipped (even if we didn't use the kitchen at all because directly opposite there is a nice place for quick breakfast). The area is really downtown, very safe, in front of a central but not noisy street, very close to everything we need to see in Barcelona. Walking distance from old town, famous landmarks and monuments even from waterfront and next to metro station in case you want to move farther. Defenatly our next place when we come back to this wonderful city!

It could be better if it was shampoo also, not only bodywash...
