As a woman traveling alone, I felt extremely safe in the hotel and the entire area, as it is located on the main road. I would highly recommend it to any person and especially to any woman traveling alone. the location of the hotel is phenomenal, you can be anywhere in a short time and taxis come every second. I especially liked that the staff upgraded my room without extra charge and I had a room with a terrace for myself. the view from the terrace was incredible. in general, the staff was extremely helpful and courteous. The hotel was clean and was cleaned on time and thoroughly.

the rooms are extremely noisy, if someone speaks at a normal volume you can hear it in the next room. However, since the hotel was rather visited by quiet residents, I had found this only 1-2 times as disturbing. i had chosen the hotel mainly also because of its whirlpool. unfortunately i only found out on the roof terrace that it is currently under maintenance and therefore cannot be used. information in the elevator or on the website would have been helpful. I think it would be great if other languages were included in the tv program or if netflix was installed, for example.

Location was great, 10 minute walk to the Ramblas. Rooftop swimming area was a bonus although small it was always busy but we always got a seat or bed. Eric on reception was lovely and very helpful.

Stayed three nights on room only basis, arrived around 11pm. The following day saw a card in the room 'ask about our breakfast deals'. We did the following day and were told it was for a minimum of three nights stay (which we were) but was not informed about this on check in so missed the first day breakfast deal and therefore could not it. Should have been told on arrival.

The location was perfect. For tourists, everything was easily accessible by public transport and the facilities were good. The check in time is a bit late but the hotel staffs were very helpful and warm.

Amazing friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic clean room with complimentary tea/coffee facilities which seems a rarity in other hotels. Nice breakfast. Great pool, jacuzzi and roof terrace and towels provided with towel deposit bin after a swim. Well organised Hotel. Only a block and a half from Universitat Metro. Bus 59 stops outside the Hotel which takes you directly to Las Ramblas, Port Vell and Barceloneta beach. I recommend you get a Hola Barcelona travelcard this is really worth it! if you cross the road from the Hotel and get a bus the end of Gran Via meets Placa Espanya near the Magic Fountains so Sunotel is well located! I plan to return again.

Noisy guest did disturb my sleep from 11pm and again 3.30am and 4am but this was not the Hotel’s fault and the Hotel were very quick to assist with noise complaints.

The staff were friendly and always stopped to greet us. The rooftop pool and jacuzzi were lovely and had great views. We liked our room, which was quite spacious for a city hotel. There were many cafes within walking distance, and not just on the main street but in surrounding residential areas. The wifi was easy to use and fast, a nice change from other hotels on our trip. Overall, a great place to stay.

There was a strange musty/ decomposing smell from the bathroom when we arrived. After a while we ran soapy water down the sink and bidet and the smell went away.

I was struck by the size and comfort of the room. It was much larger than I expected, with plenty of space to move around and relax. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the clean sheets and towels were a welcome touch. Of course, the location was also perfect - right in the heart of Tel Aviv and within walking distance of many of the city's top attractions. This made it incredibly convenient for me to explore the city and enjoy everything it has to offer. Finally, I must commend the host for his exceptional service. From the moment I arrived, he went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. He was always friendly and attentive, and his professionalism was truly impressive.

Hotel location was super. Everthing is quite near to go by foot or Metro. I like very much the swimming pool in rooftop and jacuzzy. Hotel was also quiet, but little bit noise coming in the room by door.

The stay was great, location is superb will choose this hotel again only for the location. The hotel is on the main street so it is easy to locate when you walk from any direction. The appliances and interior look a little dated but are fully functional and fully meet our expectations. The staff are friendly and helped with all our requests. on the downside, it took it little longer before our room was ready but that was not and issue. There is a pool on the top floor but haven't got a chance to use it.

Clean comfortable and friendly. Location was a good central base for a tourist. Pool and jacuzzibon the roof was great to relax from the hustle and bustle of a busy city.

Coffee machine in the room. Nice idea but no instructions on use so a few coffee capsules dropped down and frustrating. Just need written or diagram instructions please. Taxi. I booked and paid with my hotel booking for taxi transfer. Taxi wasnt waiting. Then i got a text giving me an expected time. Then a phonecall asking which terminal i was at. I was waiting over an hour so felt i was wasting time on my short trip and may as well have got a taxi from the airport to hotel myself. Would have been quicker.

Excellent location, close to the centre, with friendly and helpful staff. Spacious room with comfortable bed, small juliet balcony and good sized bathroom, excellent breakfast buffet with a wide range of food to suit all tastes.

The room was on the first floor at the front which is a busy main road, but there was excellent double glazing, heavy curtains, and good air conditioning. However the windows opening onto the balcony didn't have net curtains so privacy in daylight was a problem. This could easily be fixed as I noticed that there were actually two curtain rails.
