We arrived to the hotel early by about 2 hours but they let us check in as our room was ready. They even upgraded us to a room with a view of Placa de Catalunya! Rooms are very comfortable and modern. Loved the USB and USB-C outlets next to the bedside tables. Bathrooms were very clean and modern. Bed was very comfortable and hotel provided extra pillows on request. Service was very friendly and attentive. On our first day they sent up a bottle of champagne to our room which was a nice surprise! Staff here will do what they can to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Would definitely stay here again as it is a great hotel and the location is extremely central in Barcelona.

The moment we arrived from our overnight flight, the staff took great care of us. We got a free breakfast and a room upgrade with views of the square. The location was amazing, with everything within easy walking distance. We even got a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine delivered to our room. We would definitely stay here again!

Although it was a great experience and loved everything. It’s just a suggestion that restrooms need better cleaning in the corners.

Location was spectacular! Everything was within walking distance or a short bus/metro ride away. Very comfortable beds, quiet rooms, friendly staff, free upgrade and free water bottles. I was very happy with this hotel.

The staff was friendly and invested in creating a great customer experience. They provided valuable recommendations and information for navigating and exploring the city. The location and close proximity of the hotel to buses and the Metro as well as many walkable places was a big plus. Also, after a day of exploring the city we very much appreciated the complimentary snack and drink amenities offered in the lounge area. The cleaning staff did an excellent job taking care of the room during our visit.

Nothing you can do about this, but the lack of an outlet near the bed seems like an oversight. Needed an extension cord extending along the floor from the other side of the bedroom to be able to plug in an autoPAP/CPAP machine. A VERY minor item that was easy to overcome. The room experience was otherwise excellent.

Everything went well - exceeded our expectations!! Excellent staff very friendly all spoke English. Our room was upgraded without us even asking! An ice bucket with a full bottle of champagne and two glasses awaited us in the room on arrival. Our view was spectacular overlooking the plaza. Breakfast buffet excellent with specially cook orders as well were included. The staff were very helpful answering any questions and very prompt with room cleaning and any of our other requests. This was the absolutely best hotel we stayed in during our trip throughout France and Spain!

I loved everything about this hotel! Very special helpful staff and a great location! There was nothing we did not like about this hotel - I would highly recommend this hotel in Barcelona! The front desk was available 24 hours a day - you were always greeted coming and going.

I can't say enough about my stay here. It exceeded my expectations!! They went above and beyond my tiny request for a great view. If there was a 10 star rating, this hotel would be number 1. From the moment you arrive at the door, Although it was a celebration the weekend I checked in the noise fireworks was not overbearing. The view from my balcony was astounding! I really appreciated the water they gave each time you enter or leave without cost, the glass floor restaurant was amazing and the food was so delicious! My room on the 9th floor lacked nothing! The colors, the comfy bed and pillows, the robe, slippers, shower and the jetted tub were all amazing. I had to drag myself out of the room daily. I can honestly say that my stay here topped staying at the RIU in Madrid.

Room was clean, comfortable and good view of the plaza, staff was very helpful and concerned as to our walking at night, and very helpful getting a cab to leave the hotel along with helping with the luggage and explaining to the cab driver where we had to go and telling us how much it should cost. All in all a very good stay, we unfortunately did not have time to have breakfast but it certainly looked and smelled really good!
