Location, clean and friendly staff

Hotel doesn’t accept visitor inside the rooms, my friends have to wait in a small lobby, and I paid for a double room.

After arriving in Barcelona to a fake Airbnb booking, we made a booking for this hotel at the very last minute and arrived within 30mins. The hotel is located in a side street off La Rumbla- ideal location, very central and less than a 5 minute walk to the closest metro station. The local market is also only a couple of minutes walk away and perfect if you like fresh juice and fruit! Endless options of places to eat and a supermarket very close nearby. We had a small issue with our room which was very quickly rectified by the staff who were very helpful and accomodating. Would happily stay here again and recommend to others!

Spotlessly clean. Excellent location, in Bari Gotic, but only 4 min from Plaza Catalunya, so easily assessable to rest of the city, & all forms of transit. In a busy area, but on a quieter side street, minimal noise issues, even though it's city center. Grocery stores, Mercat Boqueria, pharmacies, gadget stores, department stores, La Catedral, within 5 min walk. Cafes outside the front door. Has the rare mini-fridge in-room, they usually have a spare kettle on hand, & a shared, clean, microwave.

The wifi on the 4th fl. could be a bit spotty at times, called front desk (only 4x in 13 days) to re-set router, & it was fixed immediately. No worse than my wifi at home!

This hotel is very well located. 2 minutes walk to Piazza Catalunya, public transport (buses, trains, etc). There are several restaurants, cafes and stores on the same street. A very quiet street at night yet close to everything. The hotel is kept clean with daily cleanings. Staff were helpful and friendly.

The AC was not cold enough and they kept scheduling power out periods. I also think the price charged is higher than it should be for a hotel that offers nothing but a room to stay. The stairs were quite steep and could be actually very dangerous. There is only one small elevator and in case of a need for a quick evacuation, those stairs could be dangrous and even fatal if someone was to fall.

It has a wonderful location, couldn't be more convenient for a tourist: next to La Rambla, close to the cathedral, a short walk to Passeig de Gracia and the Gaudí houses there, and a short walk to the Picasso Museum and Santa Maria del Mar as well. The room had a balcony where we could watch the street and where my mother could smoke.

There was no breakfast option, only a modest coffee machine on one of the floors.

The hotel room was a little small, but really fine for my friend and I. It was sparkling clean and appeared renovated. You could not ask for a better location. I would definitely go back.

Really nothing wasn’t to our liking.

The location is phenomenal. Just off La Rambla and a short walk from the Placa de catalunya, so convenient for the Gothic Quarter, the metro (which gets you to all the sightseeing places you need and also the beach) and even the airport bus. The staff are really helpful. If you need a taxi booking, recommendations for things, directions, they were more than ready to help. The hotel also has luggage storage so if you have a late flight you can leave your bags after check out to have one last explore. The hotel doesn't offer breakfast but I thought this was a plus as there were a few lovely cafes on that street to grab a coffee and croissant, or even a cooked breakfast at, that I wouldn't have gone to if I was eating breakfast at the hotel. If you feel like going further afield the Boqueria market is less than a 10 minute walk away. I didn't miss not having it available in the hotel

Check out time was 12 but the cleaner wanted to come in at 10:30 when I was still packing. Didn't like feeling rushed on my last day

The room and bathroom was small, but clean and comfortable. I travelled alone.. The location is awesome, but be very aware, especially at night. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The location of the hotel is absolutely wonderful since it's right next to Plaça de Catalunya where pretty much every public transport goes through (including the bus from and to the airport). Having a fridge was also a big help! The staff was also incredibly friendly and helpful.

It did not bother us personally but be aware that if you have a room that faces the street in front of the hotel it can be a bit noisy at night even with closed windows, since there are still quite a few people up and about. The walls between the rooms were also on the thinner side.

Location is excellent, I asked for a balcony room and was made aware it would be a little noisy, I loved it, felt alive and Barcelona! The small balcony sits over the narrow street, a nice breeze and soundproofed with door closed. The street is a couple of minutes from Las Ramblas which buzzes. Great market halfway down Rambla, Cable TV, Mel on front desk made my stay always willing to help, staff are friendly nice small lounge area on first floor, microwave, jug and drinks machines.
